Disappointed for a second time with a small fence installation. The first time it was installed the boards warped in a matter of weeks. They offered to redo the fence and I opted to pay more for a higher quality wood. These things happen, so no worries up to this point. The second install appeared rush, as you can see from the pictures, the top of the boards are not level across, as if no level line was used. The middle support on the back is very slanted. The board on the front with the latch was also installed crooked. Why? All these things I was willing to overlook just to be done with it. But now, a few months later, all the staples they used to install the fence are bleeding down onto the wood and it is quite an eyesore. So it appears the wrong staples were used for the application. A quick google search taught me that for cedar fences, use stainless steel, aluminum or polymer-coated fasteners. Don’t use galvanized steel – the zinc in the fasteners may react with the acids in the cedar and create corrosion streaks. So what now? I guess I have to spend hundreds more and buy the tools and materials to do it again myself next year. Very upsetting...

I hired Brad ONeal to clean my gutters. I called the day before and they scheduled me right away. I was sent a confirmation email/text, and give me a 2 hour window etc. Brad sent me a text to say that he was on his way. He cleaned the gutters efficiently and thoroughly. He came with a face covering due to the pandemic and he was very nice and professional. I will hire them again.

The prices are affordable, and the service is amazing (above and beyond amazing). I wont call anyone before ONeals Odds and Ends if there is a home project I cant do myself.

Last job with ONeils Odds and Ends was to repair a portion of roof that was leaking.After finishing the job, I noticed that debris such as nails, siding etc were all left in my driveway. Ended up having to comb my driveway in order to ensure everything was picked up so I wouldnt end up with a puncture in my tire.The first rainstorm I had after the repair showed me that they had fixed absolutely nothing and the roof was leaking just as much as before the fix.Had another team come up to take a look and noticed there were missing sections of 2x4 and portions of 2x4 rotted away. ONeils never mentioned this and charged me for repairs without doing the job properly in the least while also leaving debris all over the site.I absolutely do not recommend using them for anything other than simple jobs, if at all.
