I first started calling job placement agencies when I was furloughed during the pandemic. When I reached out to Kelly services in Lansing, Erika was my first point of contact.I appreciate so much first, her kindness and impressionable personality. Than, the detail orientation she goes to, to know what type of job you would be the best fit for. Very easy to talk to, if you did or did not feel a certain job was the best fit.Also, the professionalism puts her on a high pedestal. She makes sure for each job interview you have all the information for success. Along with, following up after each and every one. Than, as a final step she emails and texts, best wishes for the first day.By the end, I felt she was a friend!Highly recommend Kelly services in Lansing. They have a variety of jobs they can place you in, ranging from all areas of the professional spectrum.Thank you Erika for all you did!

I absolutely love this place! Especially this location!! I was in their system for a week and they had 2 assignments for me. the first one I didnt get because they wanted someone with a background that involved heavy lifting. Iv done my share but most people dont think wedding gowns actually weigh that much. ;) But the second job they offered suited my talents and personality to the T!!! Amber Chamber and Amber William are amazing!!

Kelly services doesnt even deserve the one star rating based off how terrible this agency is. I worked for the branch in Lansing mi they were very professional and supportive. The branch is Augusta is the worst the recruiter I worked with (Richard) was very deceptive and misleading I applied for an forklift operator position and even took an forklift physical and drug screen and was told to show up @ club car for orientation for a forklift position with starting pay of $11.00. When I arrived I was then placed in an assembler job paying $9.25 an hr. I called Richard my recruiter from Kelly services to inform that I have had 4 surgeries on my feet and couldnt stand that many hours he just said it nothing that could be done so i found another job try MAU, spherion, prologistix or even people ready they all better than Kelly

WORST TEMP AGENCY IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD THAT IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! FIRST THEY GAVE TWO OF MY JOB POSITIONS AWAY. THEN FINALLY TOLD ME THEY HAD A OPEN POSITION FOR PARAMOUNT COFFEE ( WHICH PAYS MINIMUM WAGE 8.50 AN HOUR) ONLY BECAUSE WHOEVER THEY GAVE MY JOB TO HAD QUIT OR GOT FIRED! WHEN I HAD ORIGINALLY WENT FOR MY INTERVIEW WEEKS AGO... THIS STUPID LADY TOLD ME I BASICALLY HAVE A JOB JUST WASNT READY FOR ME TO START YET WHICH WAS THE JOB I HAD ORIGINALLY WANTED PAYING $10.00 BY THE AIRPORT BUT TURNED AROUND AND GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE! NOW THANKS TO ME ACTIVATING MY MONEY NETWORK CARD LATE I HAD TO GET A PAPER CHECK IN THE MAIL... THEY TOLD ME THAT MONDAY (YESTERDAY) WOULD BE THE LATEST I SHOULD RECEIVE MY CHECK IN THE MAIL. BUT STILL NOTHING!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER IN LIFE RECOMMEND KELLY SERVICES TO ANYBODY! NOT EVEN MY ARCH ENEMY!

The stupid lady who works shes psycho, they treat they worker like slaves... they think your stupid or about thing no respect what so ever., I hope this kelly services shut down and go out of business for good. I would NEVER recommend this races low life place to anyone.
