Jackson was very personable, promised to get working on helping me with my employment right away. He asked the right questions and didnt want to push me into some job I wouldnt be happy in. Ive always had good experiences with Aerotek but Jackson was the best rep Ive worked with so far. Aerotek was the first temp to hire job that worked out for me.

Cody and Jeff were amazing to work with. They were so helpful and left me feeling like I had known them forever. They cared about helping me find a job that fit me and the life I want for my family. Tremendous lack of communication from the recruiter I worked with. Would not recommend.

I had to deal with Matthew Allen on my particular experience. I was given a call.. went over what I was looking for in a job/career. Supposedly was lining up an interview for me then fell through at the end. Which is okay, I’m understanding. After about a week I had to call him back to see if there are other opportunities out there. Again he was trying to line up an interview. Didn’t end up happening again. Then I reached out again through phone and he never responded. Pretty sure I sent him an email as well and he also didn’t respond to that. So if you want someone to not get you a job and give up on you, then he’s your guy!

The staff at Aerotek is very professional. They were the only temporary agency in town that was able to land me a job. Brie Kassane and Terry Calagon were awesome with job placements. They were very quick, speedily and made the extra effort in assisting me with my job search. Ask for them if you need employment. They will work around your schedule. Great job! I highly recommend this place.

I needed a new job got Yoan’s number from a former coworker of mine gave him a call and he got me a job running hoists he was very professional about it. He worked very quickly to get me a job. I appreciate it.

I just went direct at a company that I love thanks to Aerotek. Brie was helpful through the process and was available when needed, she didn’t try to push off my problems or concerns like other agencies. If I ever had to go to another position I’d call her again!

They do not listen very well and don’t actually do much. Just people who can’t get jobs trying to get others jobs, they will get you a good position but I’d say it’s about 30% chance you’ll get it. They pressure you into doing something you don’t wanna do if you don’t get the first one, Took me like a week to get a good job on my own after trusting them, just wasted my time. Not trying to be rude just real. They make millions from it. Just my opinion, I’d rather goto a staffing agency. Hope this helps.

If you have a felony dont bother. This company will send you for a piss test an when you pass they will put you to work because all they want is the quick buck on your hourly rate. When you deserve $ for the work you performed they prolong paying you an dont bother telling you when you will receive said $. You have to call an get an explanation. To top it all off they will call you more than your woman does like your best friends.

My experience with Aerotek has been very simple, straightforward and efficient. I have been working with Matthew Allen, whom is very helpful and quick with a reply. I would definitely recommend working with this company. They are very friendly and professional, but not too professional to where it’s uncomfortable.

Called last Friday and I spoken to recruiter regarding position in Lansing he said he will get back with me once he finds out if I’m eligible to return, it’s Monday and not heard anything back. There’s a lot ofMiscommunication with this company. Seems like only people with high experience will hear back

Very unprofessional. I met with Ally Converse for a possible job opportunity. Im on my second job in 15 yrs and currently employed. I waited 3 weeks to finally email Ally to see whats up. Mainly looking for feedback because i hadnt been on an interview in a long time. Still havent heard back from her. I understand if Im not fit for the job. Communication is key, and Aerotek is failing at it.. I will never recommend them or work with them ever again.

I noticed a lot of people complaining on here about them being unprofessional but remember there are always two sides to every story. I am guessing the people here who had problems arent the best source for how well this place will work for you. I for one had an excellent experience with Erin. Even though I did not accept the job that was offered because I found a job through their Sister Company I would still recommend.

Aerotek probably isnt the greatest place to get recruited for a job, but they can help. They technically put you into a database based on your job interests, location, and eligibilities (like skills and knowledge). So, job opportunities will come at you based on how well you match jobs that are available.If it seems like they are not proactive at finding you a job, its because they are not. They work for employers seeking temporary or permanent employees. Aerotek keeps their database filled with available workers and waits for employers to come asking for them.

I spoke with a recruiter on the phone today 10/8/19 @ 3pm. Looking for a second job, even though i dont really need one, but why not. He asked my name and before i would even finish my first name he rudely interrupted me with yeah I got it. Ive used Aerotek in the past. They helped me and they worked with me. but this time it was very unprofessional recruiter. It Only Takes One Bad Apple

The lobby was clean and the staff are professional. It was just a little tricky to find it for the first time. There should be better directions in how to get to the office.

Horrible communication they dont care about the person they are working with, I would not recommend anyone to them, go somewhere else, this place would be a last resort. I did all my paperwork and it was the week before Christmas I put my two weeks in at my other job and my 10 month old son got sick and because I was unable to make it to take drug test within 48 hours they said they couldnt employ me for 6 months, I communicated everything with my recruiter and basicly got nothing but unemployed!!!

Unprofessional watch how your word things or they will never text you back worst temp agency ive been through will not work woth them again. Took a job through them went to work for one of there contracts man disliked how i talked said i talked about the army and he disliked it even though he started the convo then promptly complained about it been waiting for a text to confirm im fired no reply from there rep caitlyn save your time there employers are undependable also some of these reviews are just made by fake emails mainly the positive ones everyone ive talked to when ive mentioned aeroteks name had a bad experiance with them they arent proactive about your future or willing to work with anyone despite issues

Short version: I do not recommend working with Matthew Allen; after we met he completely ghosted me for 3 months (and counting...).Im not sure if this applies to all of the recruiters, but my experience has been truly awful. I scheduled an appointment with Matthew Allen for the 20th of june. We met, talked about my background and career interests, he seemed nice enough. He told me that to start the process of job searching, they needed two recommendations. After what I thought was a reasonable time, on July 3rd I wrote him an email, asking if he was able to get these two recommendations. Since I didnt hear back, I waited long enough after the 4th of july, thinking the reason for the lack of a reply was that I contacted him too close to the holiday, and wrote him another email, on the 13th of July. Eventually I swallowed my pride and called him, on the two numbers he gave me, the 17th of SEPTEMBER. Called, in the next few days left a couple of messages, still being ignored.The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because when I decided to call the office and ask to talk to literally ANYONE else, they let me talk to someone who at least was honest enough to tell me that, given my background, I should probably talk to someone at TEKsystems.
