I got a pedicure on Tuesday, I never hit my foot and my nail chipped Wednesday night. I went to the salon to have it fixed, the tech at the first booth on the left said they were busy (4 clients only) and because the nail tech wasn’t there that did my feet they couldn’t fix it. I paid $45 plus a tip to get my pedicure.

They did not want to put gel on me and they dried them with a fan and they were damaged

I usually love this place as a backup but tonight I was truly disappointed. Upon my arrival I greeted everyone and not one employee (management included) spoke to me. I then selected a color and proceeded to sit in the waiting area. After sitting there for about 15 minutes I was finally asked what services I was in for. After stating that Id like a fill I sat for another 25 minutes. At this point other customers who had come in began to complain about the extensive wait, several would be patrons decided to take their business elsewhere. At this point I had been waiting for 40 minutes, and decided to ask how much longer it would take. When I did, the owner just stared at me, so I decided to repeat my question, at which point she looks around and says she doesnt know and that maybe I should just come back tomorrow. I then sat another 18 mins at which time a nail tech was finally available. The nail tech then starts on my nails and hands me off to a gentleman nail tech who had just come in. He asked what nail shaped Id like and I stated that Id like coffin shaped nails and he proceeded to give me wide, square shaped nails. I was not, and am not happy.. I walked into this salon at 5pm and did not leave until 7:20pm. Thats unheard of, even if youre being serviced. I definitely do not plan on visiting this salon for a good long while. Ill just drive all the way to Annas in New Haven.UPDATE: It has been a year since I had those terrible nails done but yesterday I was in a jam and this was the only place available so I decided to give them another shot. BAD idea. The nail tech did not lay the acrylic well and I had to ask her to fix it by filing the lumps and bumps down (she really would have left them lumpy and bumpy if I didnt say anything). I then had to ask her to redo the shaping of my nails as I asked for coffin shape and most of the nails were clearly square shaped. I asked for black polish and once I left I noticed that she had given me midnight blue polish. Not only that but I also asked for several stones and I noticed that the nail tech only actually gave me 2 stones on fingers where there should have been three. She instead placed the the reflective back of stones that had fallen off in those places instead. I would reccomend that anyone seeking nail service seek it elsewhere and if you must go to this salon do not use the young lady at station #4

Horrible acrylics, did not do what I asked her to do. They put so much powder on my nails that they ended up looking like blobs. I do no come here at all, it was my second time and I’m officially disappointed. Never again. I’m pretty sure the store owner was the one who did my nails. They did everything so quick and didn’t even clean my nails properly. They try to do everything fast and messy and demand a high price. It was a waste of $40. I hate my nails. It looks like I already need a refill and I just got them 3 days ago. TRASH! Don’t come here!

I had a fill done with Cindy. She was fantastic. I will be going back.

I literally JUST got my nails done this Saturday, got a GEL manicure and pedicure, have been out of work for a few weeks, have barely lifted a finger and Cindi’s gel manicure that she assured would last MORE than 2 weeks, didn’t hold up to me putting a cup of tea to my mouth, I AM SO DISGUSTED! I could not tell there, but once I left, the streaking screams economy manicure, they are stretching the products at the expense of a half way decent service, I am going to go to get it repaired, not sure if I will return.

I walked in almost at close and they still did my nails and didnt rush it was a great experience and my nails look great

Excellent customer service and great job with nails.

I got my nails and feet done today nails are not even feet not done right over priced for poor quality. Three customers complained at the same time after service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS SALON. THE ATTITUDES ARE UNCALLED FOR.

DONT GO THERE!!! They will have you wait 30 mins and take other customers before you. I had the worst experience ever. They were asking me additional $5.00 for reshaping my nails which I was already paying $25.00 they are scam!!!! I don’t wish to give them any stars.

I called ahead and made an appointment. They asked with who, I said I have never been here before so anyone is fine, I just want a mable design. They told me half way through shaping my nails that they had to switch my nail tech. I asked why and they said that my nail tech had an appointment. I reminded them that I had an appointment as week,and they said but you said with anyone. I don’t think unpractical that assume it would be the same person throughout the entire appointment. My new nail tech could not match the shape and could not complete the design. I have a zebra design instead of marble and they also charged me 10 for the design I did not want.Horrible customer service, and awful work. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

Was a customer for over six years. Forgot my credit card and was treated like a criminal. Made me leave my phone and the owner embarrassed me in front of customers. Never went back. Does anyone understand what customer service means today?? Not at this nasty place!

Love my nail tech, she is the best ! I went to a place down the street Vi Nails and after I left and paid $30 I went right to my nail tech. she saved my nails from hell!

The girl didnt speak any English but knew what she was doing. Very good nail job and the price was very good.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. They do an amazing job at acrylic nails and I wouldnt go anywhere else in the area.

I love the way they do my eyebrows. Get them perfect every time.

After getting my nails done I pd with my card,the woman who checked me out was very unprofessional,when the phone rang while my card was in process she accepted the phone call made an appointment with the person, I had to ask her several times did it go through,she defenetiely did not know what she was doing,when I looked online I saw that I was charged 2x,when I showed the lady shes telling me I need 2call my bank I did so right there a rep talked 2her & told her it was sent through 2x as ignorant as she was it was explained to her even though it went through on her end with 1paper copy it was processed twice I asked her 2call her bank 1st word out of her mouth is Im not the owner @this point all I could do was tell my bank rep is put a dispute for the charges .

Terrible time. They are rude, and will not take fault of their mistakes they try to blame you. Do not go. It is over priced and ugly. They cut you and make you bleed and dont even care.

The employees there are extremely kind, and they always welcome you with a smile.

The nail tech I had for sure doesnt have a liscense. Sloppy nail acrylic, does nails the way they want not how the customer request. I asked for stone and gems on my nail she said they didnt have that but it was literally right in back of her on a wall. asked for a design she denied me. So from that I got the vibe she was doing less for more and to be done as soon as she could. She Insisted to do my eyebrows so I specifically told her I only want the ends cleaned up and she still messed up my eyebrows, took off more hair from the beginning in which I didnt ask. I told her I didnt like them and wasnt paying for them. the owner still demanded me to pay for them disregarding the customer being right policy. Then went to put out a 5$ tax on my credit card in replace for the eyebrow charge. They might be used to people coming in and out not stating how they really feel about their experience there. But people who work hard for their money will not settle for less when its coming out of their pocket. Especially when its on their body at that. Waste of money, the pedicure was trash too. Rude and unprofessional place of business.
