I’ve been coming here for a while now. The nails are so so great no matter who I go to. Although they are always pretty busy and sometimes behind with appointments it always seems worth it to me. They are all very caring people and make sure you love your nails before they let you leave. I will continue to go here. They impress me everytime. I recommend.

Why bother making an appointment? I had a 1:00 appointment today with Pam got there and I was asked to take a seat as she was doing a pedicure on another client! There are too many other nail places in the immediate vicinity to mess with customers precious time! Won’t be returning here!

So disappointed this was my daughter’s first time getting a manicure and first time for coming to this nail Salon and I have never seen such a dirty place ...The owner that I believe he is blowing his nose with his hand (no tissue) in the sink that they have for customers to wash there handsThe ladies that work there all have there feet up on the counters one of them coughed with NO Mask on ... in other words NOT RECOMMENDED

I love this place. I started coming to Cindys mainly because they were open on Sundays and it became a match made in heaven. This is one of the few nail salons that will be honest about their wait time and let you decide on whether or not you want to stay or go. Everyone is always polite, and the skills, services, and attention to detail are second to none.

I used to go to Cindy’s years ago. I started doing my own nails to save $$ when my kids where little. Now that I’m old, vision challenged and a little to chubby to reach my toes, I went in with no appointment and asked for a mani and pedi. The place is a little dated, but clean. They took me right away. The woman that took care of me did a wonderful job. After my pedi, I looked and asked where the glitter was. She looked and realized that the wrong polish was in the box. She apologized and immediately fixed my toes. We chatted about gardening during my pedi. She was very pleasant and I would recommend Cindy’s Nails.

This was my first experience at Cindy’s and it was a fantastic one! I had a gel mani and pedi and had two nail techs work on me to make sure I got out in time for work (one was even the boss!). They were extremely accommodating and gentle. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

Cindys does a nice job on nails. Usually can take you in without appointment. Very accomodating to whatever designs you have in mind. Its better to book ahead,but,many times theyll see you the same day you call! Friendly people,good customer service.

Had an appointment at 2:30, but was taken a half hour later when they’re were other workers just walking around. But that’s not all!! Cindy herself did my nails and I’ve never been so unhappy, they were beyond rushed, not even painted all the way. Not shaped the way I asked for, and had to go home and FINISH my nails myself. Also kinda rushing around the establishment like it’s a playground and Cindy’s relatives just taking naps all over the salon. Not very professional, went there once and NEVER will I go there again.

Great customer service!

I usually go to cindys during the week because it is relaxing and I love how well they take care of me. This week I ended up going on Sunday because of my schedule for Monday. They were very busy, and I know it gets busy but come on. Haven’t you heard of customer service? They were rude and rough. The lady poked me to get my attention to go sit down. She would poke my hand for me to move it and she was literally falling asleep as my hands dried. She did not clean my nails how they normally do and was very rough. It was an awkward visit and I do not know if I will be going anymore. It was an awful experience and very disappointed in how my nails look. When the guy owner over heard me talking about them, he wasn’t willing to fix them up for me. And on top of it all she didn’t even shape my nails properly and when I told her no I do not want acrylic she kept trying to convince me to get the acrylic. I’m very disappointed as I loved going here. Sadly, not anymore.

I wanted to give this place a try. I walked in and at first no one said a word. I looked for a brochure because I wanted to see what they offered and prices. Finally someone came up to me to see what I would like. I told her acrylics. She hands me a ring with four double sided nails and tells me to pick my color. So I sit down choosing one. A young lady with long blonde hair and brown eyes comes to get me. She says follow me. So I follow her. She’s headed towards the back. She sees me following her and says no you sit there. At my station. She never said that. She came back picked up my hands and started working. The whole time she spoke with her colleagues and very loud. I believe she spoke to me 3 times. I paid and left. I was in the grocery store next door and noticed she missed several coats on one nail so you could see right through the polish. Another nail had dirt or fuzz painted right in it and they all needed to have the back sides cleaned out. I went back and I asked the girl her name. She said she didn’t have one. Said I could scrape the inside of the nails myself which I said that is part of what I pay for. She wanted to fix the screwed up nails but I had groceries in my car. Do not go here if you want a relaxing experience. You won’t get one here.

Theyre hit or miss. If you need to quickly get your nails done then this is the place to go. They do a great job with my eyebrows but last time I went to try their pedicure their water was brown. At least they were honest about it.

I only like to deal with Pam, she is so sweet & does an amazing job! I only gave 2 stars because of the poor customer service & a couple of bad experiences I’ve had here. I do not like the guy that sits in the front to do my nails, he rushes & does a terrible job. My nails weren’t fully painted, you could see where the clear coat didnt cover the entire nail and the uv gel was bumpy. (unfortunately i noticed after leaving). I also kept trying to tell him that my thumb nail was lifting & I wanted him to replace the whole nail. He insisted that wasn’t necessary & kept filing the nail. The next day, it was lifting more. I went in & Cindy simply put nail glue on it & said it’s fine. No. It needed to be replaced but apparently they are too lazy to fix it! Another time I came to fix a nail that completely fell off, i got there at 9:59 on a saturday (they opened at 10) there were already 3 people ahead of me. No problem. More people started coming in & apparently had appointments so I was not being seen yet. I sat for 30 min before asking HOW MUCH LONGER, DAMN! Cindy told me no one is available. I went to the salon across the street & got my nail fixed in 5 minutes. 😑 the only reason I still go here is for Pam.

It was difficult finding somewhere to get my eyebrows done since moving to North Branford but I happily take the trip down there road to come here. Always quick and precise.

Nice people, cindy did a great job on my boyfriend Halloween design nails.

Had to wait 30 minutes before i got to sit for my pedicure. I also wanted a mani and as i was getting my feet done one of the people came and started to do my nails as i was sitting in the spa chair. He super rushed on my nails that in 3 days they peeled right off. (Gel) I wasnt given the full manicure experience as they wanted to hurry up and kick me out of the salon. If they didnt have time to finish and wanted to rush they could have told me not to stay.

Cindy and her family are very kind and accommodating. They build genuine relationships with their regular customers and more so, do great work.

Both me and my friend were very happy with how our nails came out but you should make sure to make an appointment.

The lady went a lil ruff and she was pulling my finger and my nails were lumpy and looked nothing like the picture! I would give it a 3 star and I wouldn’t recommend this.

The wont color your whole nail unless u bring it up for them to...ive had to double look and stop them numerous times

Mai is my favorite nail tech! She is awesome! The whole Cindys nail family is wonderful to be around and sometimes I even get some wonderful homemade Vietnamese food!! I would definitely recommend this place 10x over!!

Cindy the owner is completely compassionate, never turns customers away. She is highly skilled, dedicated,& talented. The premises is clean, the fees are reasonable.

I went after work to the guy who did my nails before that did good but this time i was very unhappy, as i was saying went on a weekday he did my nails and the next morning one of my nails cracked so i went straight to them and the lady who works next to the guy took me filed it said i had air in my nail, had me thinking like ok your guy did my nails and he didn’t know that? But she filed it, add more acrylic and repainted it but she did it so quick i kid you not the same nail broke split down the middle and my pinky nail acrylic came off, like really?? New customers you should make sure their services is great to build more new clients, but i guess they didn’t care this time. Never again will i go there for my nails..

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I went in for a gel fill. I knew I was going to have to wait being a walk in but the lady that did my nails rushed so fast. My nails look all wonky and horrible but since I did not notice til after I left they were already closed I did not get a chance to ask her to fix them. They are crooked not fully polished. One side is up on an angle the other side is looks like my real nail. It is so hard to find a good nail salon. But trust the reviews Avoid this place. I will NEVER go back.

This nail salon is all around AWFUL. DO NOT LET THE GUY TOUCH YOUR NAILS. Was just charged for a pedicure had NO lotion, NO massage and NO exfoliator. I’ve never heard of a pedicure with no lotion!!!!! Im seriously disgusted with how my nails turned out.In addition, my pedicure was PAINFUL. My whole foot was scrubbed with a hard bristly bruch and my feet were left bright red all scratched up and TO STILL PUT NO LOTION ON MY FEET. I am seriously blown away. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

First time I went here a guy did my nails, all I needed was a fill. He did it pretty quickly, neat, was $25. I left on a good note. Its been months later since I had my nails done, I decide to go in for a full set, coffin shape. Also my daughter wanted her nails painted. We go in they look a tad bit busy, Im greeted with hi what you need? I replied. I want a full set, and my daughters nails painted. She said ok pick color. So we did we waited for about 20 mins then a lady came to then paint my daughters nails. So I wait with her. Painting a childs nails doesnt take that long unless your on your phone, talking with a customer/friend beside her...even my 6 year old said Mom why is she on her phone and not painting my nails? And I said I know just be patient. Meanwhile another 20 kind had to go by. Thats 40 mins now! And I havent even started mine! So now Im at the dryer with my child. People are coming in its like Im forgotten about. Not mention another lady had apparently called for an appt and was not help by the person she requested? And she was not happy. So I walk over to the lady in charge and I said about how long will it be? She said oh about 10 to 15..she has a appt. You dont. I said her having an appt doesnt have nothing to do with why I been here for about an hour and no one has even started on me. So i walked back..at this point I dont even care to have mine done! Then its like Im being talked about it. A girl who was doing someones pedicure then comes over to do my naila...Im not even sure if she washed her hands! I tell her what I wanted, she seemed nice, she was young. Needless to say I was pretty worried by the work she was doing the whole time. I had a feeling it wasnt going to be good. She needed more practice with acrylic. Needless to say when I left. I really analyzed over what she did and on some the acrylic is on my cuticles, skin. Some areas are lifted, which you know your hair gets stuck in! This is usually when its time for a fill!!! $50 later for what?? Not to mention I paid for coffin shape, why is everything but that? Each nail looks different! Sad when you have to go home and try to file them how you wanted them and at the same time taking away the polish. My daughters nails were nothing special either. I mean usually theyd put a little more effort else where for kids, my daughter didnt mind bcs she doesnt know. But seriously? Apparently its hit or miss. Ill be finding somewhere else. I dont even dare to go back and have them fix it they are so sore!! And Nail places usually dont handle these situations well. So Ill just post my review for others. Also I posted pictures of them. These were done on Jan 19th. Got there at 12 left at 2ish.

Nice people but poor hygiene. Person doing my nails kept taking cigarette breaks and didnt wash his hands. Stunk like smoke. Places for hands with uv were gross and clearly not cleaned

By far, THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Service was horrible! The ‘’nail tech’’ kept filing my nails uneaven, and when I asked for the file to show her how I’d like them done, she said she was going in the back and would come back when I finished filing my nails. I was so shocked I had no words. Asked for the owner and she too was in the back. The owners Mom finished my nails nicely.. But the owner came back and sat next to my booth and couldn’t even apoligize for her employees unprofessional behavior!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW

My sister got her nails done. She got tips for prom and they were disproportionate and we had to take her back so they could fix it. And the lady cindy who sits in the front was trying to pretend as if she didnt understand what we were trying to say but she fixed it and we just wont get our nails done there again

I PUT ON SOME NEWS AND THEY WENT ME UP ALL TWO DAYS AND WHEN I RECREATED OR ATTENTION THEY JUST STARTED TO SPEAK IN THEIR LANGUAGES AND I AM CUSTOMERS OF TIME BUT UNTIL TODAY I RECESS THAT PLACE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. AND ITS NOTHING PERSONAL. EVEN THOUGH THEY DONE NAL WORK I DONE IT RECOVERED. NO MORE
