Very unprofessional customer service on the phone. You just lost a potential customer due to your rep telling me something would be too expensive for me.

I called this place on Saturday to ask for prices and availability for one week later. I left a message for them. They returned my call around 5pm Monday. The person that called me back started the call with a halfhearted, insincere apology for not returning my call earlier on Monday. She was giggling and thinking it was funny she did not call until late Monday. I am not sure why she thought it was funny. In any event, i told the lady what i was looking to rent and the date. She told me she would call me right back. She did not call back. Sadly, i was a repeat customer and had spent at least $1,000 with them last summer in rentals.I will not rent from this place again.
