We rented a large tent, tables, chairs, linens, lights and an arbor for a Bridal Shower. The customer service is outstanding. I spoke with several different folks during the process and they were all very helpful and answered all of my numerous questions in a very thoughtful, helpful way. Everything was set up beautifully for us. I highly recommend, A party Pleasing Rental! You will not be disappointed.

I ordered cross back chairs for my wedding and they were exactly what I was looking for! The product was high quality, the team was very responsive and communicative and the delivery/pickup process was seamless. Would 100% recommend

All I can say is wow! Not only was the tent we rented beautiful along with the tables, linens and games but the customer service was like nothing I have ever experienced before. The person who answerd the phone walked me through everything, helped me for my budget and recommended me actually spend less thank what I thought I needed to. Then day of delivery the two young men who set everything up couldn’t have been professional. What made me write this review though was the fact that they went above and beyond to bring me a different set of walls for my tent even though I was the one who ordered the wrong set. Without hesitation they offered to bring me what I needed and put all my concerns to rest. Throwing a party is stressful. A Party Planning was the one thing I didn’t stress about!

After waiting months to finally hear from someone. Im finally told they do not rent to my area. But they do however rent to two areas 10 mins from me.

We hosted a catered event in our backyard, and their recommendations and insights were invaluable.The setup crew was also a well-oiled machine, arriving the day before to make sure the tent, tables, chairs and linens were all in place -- as well as taking things down the day after.Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Highly recommend A Party Pleasing Rental. Provided a very nice tent, tables and chairs for my sons 1 year old party. Booking was fast. Setup came early Thursday and early Monday morning. Can only say positive things about the experience.

NOTHING was pleasing about my experience with A Party Pleasing Rental.Starting with the surly woman on the phone when I placed the order which she ultimately got mostly wrong. (It was so wrong in fact that I felt the need to make a personal visit to the store to ensure that it was corrected.) But the coup de grace was when they came on Sunday-- a day early--to pick up the tent and tables. This party was given at a new house that was not occupied and we were just heading over to set up for a farewell lunch for the out of town guests when I got an angry call from the next door neighbor that a bunch of stuff had been thrown over by her property. Imagine my shock when I arrived to find the tent gone and the tables and bar that we were planning to use---all gone! Also, our things were thrown totally carelessly on the lawn and the back porch. The back yard looked like a bomb had gone off!As a result, we had guests arriving while we were still trying to replace everything that they had moved off the patio and had not bothered to put back. We had to scramble to find replacements for the tables that we were planning to use. WHAT a nightmare! And so embarrassing for us. They also lost the cover to my ice bucket which of course makes it totally useless.Obviously, never again :-(

I had a really good experience with this company for my birthday party. The office staff were knowledgeable and helped me figure out which of their rental items best suited my crowd, space and budget. The delivery guys were prompt and brought the items to my yard and even picked them up while I was at work on Monday. The tables and chairs were good quality rental items. I would use this company again.

Very surly. Asked man at register if he wears a mask he said sometimes man outside getting propane just walked away when I asked. I cant go somewhere that has no regard for other people and their safety.

We had a great experience with the popcorn machine rental for Living Waters Churchs Family Move Drive. Quality equipment and friendly service. Will be a customer in the future.

We did not have a good experience with Party Pleasing Rental. Their delivery/pick-up guys were rude, entered our business without our knowledge and stole items that did not belong to them. Unfortunately their management was unreasonable and nasty.

Had 9 long term helium tank rental accounts with this place for well over a year if not more. We picked up a helium tank from them and didnt notice it was empty until about a month later because we didnt have any events that required balloons. Management practically called us liars and refused to help us in any way. In a very rude tone of voice told us that it left their facility full and we must have left the nozzle in so it leaked meanwhile the nozzle was never once inserted into the tank during this time. So not only did they give us an empty tank but they wanted to charge us over $200 to purchase another one. Didnt even offer to meet us in the middle or anything. Horrible business decision because being short term greedy cost them all 9 accounts because we found a friendlier and cheaper place to go. Dont expect any smiling faces when you walk in. Also had a similar situation a few months back when they charged us $40+ for a nozzle they apparently delivered. Manager refused to speak to me on the phone when I called to cancel the accounts and had his young team member playing messenger boy instead of picking phone up himself.

We love A Party Pleasing Rental! Their flexibility, helpful staff and quality selection make them our vendor of choice event after event.

Wish I could have had an experience. Called twice for an estimate, left an e mail message on their website and no response whatsoever.They obviously dont need my business, so Ill take it elsewhere.Actually, 0 stars.
