This review is for their at home personal training. I loved working with Sam! She wrote workouts for me based on the equipment, time and goals I had. Communication was great- she was responsive to my questions, tweaked programming based on my feedback and was always encouraging.It was really motivating and held me accountable while also being supportive.

Everyone at Choyce has such a great energy. Rob is a super motivational coach and Samantha is the best yoga instructor. The gym itself is clean and beautiful. Exactly what you’d expect from a premier training facility. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful new facility! The space is pristine and the equipment is in perfect condition. The owners and coaches are friendly, approachable, and attentive. They truly want their members to enjoy their workout safely and become a better version of themselves. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back.

Great gym that just opened up! The coaches are knowledgeable and down to earth. It’s great for people of all skill levels too. Really clean facility too! Highly recommend.

Beautiful gym with awesome classes and coaches!! First I took a CrossFit class which was an amazing workout and then I finished up with a hot yoga class that was the perfect compliment to stretch out from the workout. I love how the gym has CrossFit, HIIT workouts and hot yoga all in one gym! Super convenient and all around great value.

I went there for the yoga class with Sam and loved it!I have always wanted to try Crossfit, so this place is perfect because now I can take my first Crossfit class right before yoga!

This is such a beautiful space to work out. As soon as I walked in I immediately loved how sleek and clean it was designed. I went for a Sunday morning heated yoga Flow class with Samantha and loved it! She’s such a great instructor. It was great for all levels and the playlist and assists were amazing! CHOYCE has great amenities - water bottle fountain, Manduka yoga mats/blocks/towels, a shower and super clean restrooms. These thoughtful touches make it really feel like a luxury fitness experience. I’ve been to a lot of boutique fitness studios in NYC/ Jersey City area and this is one of the best. I have to also mention that the coaches are extremely friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! I haven’t taken a CrossFit or HIIT class yet but I’ll be back. If you live/work in the area or are just passing through, definitely check it out.

I took a Yoga class & CrossFit class at CHOYCE athletics, and I highly recommend it !!! The owners are soo kind and friendly. I took my first CrossFit class with Rob, I was a little nervous bc I didn’t know what to expect and Rob made me feel super comfortable and guided me throughout the whole workout. Thank you Rob!!! I also took a yoga class with Sam and I wanted to stay and take another right after because I loved it so much, she was so sweet and patient with everyone in class. I had the best experience at CHOYCE athletics and can’t wait to go back.
