Chris the service manager was excellent. When I needed assistance, he was definitely helpful and made sure a customer was happy. Definitely represents hilltop Nissan as a reliable source of looking out for its customers.

Friend of mine got a 2014 Honda civic. 800 dollars service charge that they refuse to void. Get the car and service light is still on, one break light not working, tire going flat, didnt change the air filter, oil was dirty so it wasnt changed. You say that legally you cant release the car without a $800 dollar service, at least do the service.

Everything was very coordinated and smooth from drop off to picking up.Only one problem charging a customer to rotate tires when car is already up on lift is to much.Especially when you are there for a free oil change.With the air guns Im sure it takes less than ten minutes.I will not be getting my tires rotated next oil change.Thank you

Upselling useless repairs said my tires needed to be replaced took to Costco plenty of thread left

Diagnostic Fee Danger!I dropped off my vehicle and wrote that no charges or work should be done without my prior authorization. However, when I showed up I was charged a $95 diagnostic fee which I did not authorize and which Hilltop refused to remove. I argued, then I just paid it and drove away. I will not return.

Bad experience. Will never do business here.
