I absolutely LOVE Taxi One! Been using them for a few years and they are dependable with friendly drivers. They go all the way from Montauk to NYC and all major Airports and even go to Shelter Island as well as Orient Point and the North Fork. Wherever you want to go, call them! Wifi access in all vehicles. Ladi Smigura is the owner and a great guy!

The worst taxi compny I have ever encountered. The say the car will arrive in 30 min, and hour later the car is nowhere to be found. The operator says its 5 min away. 30 min later same story: no car, and the operator says its 5 min away. This games goes now for over 2 hours until you find someone else to give you a ride. The original taxi never shows up..Tried it three times. Three times the same story..Thanks God Uber, Gett, Lyft will be allowed in Hamptons July 1st onwards.

Scheduled 5:35am pickup to catch train. Never showed, missed train. Good choice if you dont want to get to your destination!

1 hour late for pick up after a wedding, no good reason or apology

Great cab service

They were late for a previously scheduled pickup, and then were not responsive on the phone. They ended up sending us a taxi from another service.

The dispatcher kept saying that the taxi was arriving in 2 minutes, unfortunately the taxi arrived 20 minutes later and we lost the train
