Best Luxury Car Company I have ever hired. Always arrives on schedule, and professional during all phases of planning, execution, delivery and billing. They send a professional email with all the details of the pick up. They are dressed in suites which is A+ for our industry of business. All of our executives get treated with the most respect. The drivers are on point with constantly checking when the airplane has arrived even texting me to notify me that the plane has landed. They have very nice professional name signs. Cannot recommend highly enough. You will not be disappointed in Hamptons VIP Ride.

My family and I have used Hamptons VIP on several occasions and the service provided is outstanding. The drivers are consistently on time and usually 15 minutes early. Very quick response when I needed a ride from LGA to East Hampton. The driver was very polite and SUV was extremely clean. I asked to stop off to get food and it was no problem. He knew the fastest route and I will definitely be using VIP all summer.

Diego responded in less than 3 hours! I told him we were still TBD on number of passengers, timing, etc. and he said no problem. Every time I spoke with Diego to make a change or add something, he ALWAYS said no problem. Diego and his drivers did whatever it took to make sure my clients were happy. This makes me happy! Amazing service! Beyond expectations. As a NYC real estate salesperson, I had to plan a last minute trip to preview houses in Amagansett for a client. In the chaos of closing several deals and moving in to a new apartment in the city, I confirmed for the incorrect date. I showed up, just 15 mins before my first appointment, with no way to get there. I called Diego and his partner at Hamptons VIP Ride, apologetically explained the mix-up, and asked if there was any way they could accommodate me. Not only did they send the friendliest and most professional driver named Alex, but he showed up quickly and in the exact same SUV I had booked for the incorrect day. As I would hope, the SUV was super clean and comfortable. Alex got me to and from my appointments quickly and showed me around Amagansett. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.
