With this organization being fully attached to the state, it has risen to the height of incompetence. I have always been of the opinion that a career path such as adult day care programs or rehabs for those needing was the same as joining the cloth. Its a calling and therefore the absolute ignorance of those in charge and collecting a substantial pay to not have this program fully operational is beyond belief. These same folks most likely vote in the stupidity that resides in NJ state government officials.

As a paraprofessional this is not the agency you want to work with. They pay less than other agencies and if you ever have an issue good look getting a hold of someone or getting a response. Theyre very unorganized as well. I had quit a few months back after 10 years of working due to a hostile work environment and was still getting phone calls from them despite me notifying them that I was leaving. I have more serious issues I could report but at this point I want nothing to do with this company.

I was an intern for the marketing department at Easter Seals for two months this summer. I really loved the whole experience. Everyone was friendly and receptive from the start. The work that I was assigned was meaningful both to the department/the organization and to my personal development. The people here appear relaxed (everyone smiles and greets you, even if they dont know you), but they are hard workers who are always coming up with fresh new ideas. I miss this place, but lucky for me, theyre close by so I can visit. Absolutely would recommend volunteering here!

Easter seals is a great company that has the best interest in their clients. Very good for the community in need of friendly and extra support.

Never like Vicky Jo Sullivan! She is a Job coach she broke their policy by driving me from home to interview!! I kicked her out!! She is so nosey about my life and complaining if i didnt do researching the comapny ! Wow!! Beware of this lady!!

ESNJ is an amazing organization! I volunteered at the walk this year and the staff are great, friendly, and welcoming. I could tell by the interactions the staff had with the ambassadors that this non-profit really cares about their work and their desire to help people with disabilities and special needs live, work, and play in their communities!

I interned for Easter Seals New Jersey as their Marketing Intern this past summer and fall. It was a great experience and I would do it again! I learned the ins and outs of marketing and event planning! I worked with a great team of genuine people, and gained network connections for my future endeavors. One of the biggest things I am taking with me from Easter Seals is giving back – the whole time I learned about how, every day, our team works together to give back to the 8,000 individuals we help to create the best lives for! I would definitely recommend this opportunity to anyone who is interested in working in the field of Non-Profits, Marketing, and Event Planning, and most importantly, truly realizing what it means to give back to your community. It was a very proactive and positive journey!

Easter Seals is a wonderful day program that gives my son great opportunities to do community service and makes him feel proud of himself by helping people!

Horrible place to work. Everyone has been there for a while so their so laid back and treat the clients anyway they want which is horrible. Managers dont care. I left asap.

Working for them is hell never get paid on time, and when you talk to them about it they dont know what happen to the time sheets! Once they find them it then take a about a month to get paid
