My recruiter was so easy to talk to and really understood where I wanted to take my career. I have never worked with a staffing company that actually cares about my needs like they do. My experience with Steel Toe was amazing. They made each step of the recruiting process positive and FAST!

Doesnt seem to do accurate assessments on the assignments they have contracts with every assignment is poor quality and understaffed so over time is mandatory and the office staff doesnt seem to care or pay any attention to employees complaints or concerns overall just not a company that cares about there employees or contracted locations. Would not recommend work for them or with them.

Been waiting on them for quite a while to get me back to work and always put on hold because I refuse to work on the day I give to God they cant find me a job. Its more or less they ask questions to give you the runaround to drag you along Im done with steel toe staffing

This staffing agency is very organized and professional, I needed a job very bad before Christmas to buy my kids Christmas Presents they had me a job literally the next day and there always available by phone if you have to leave a message they return your call very fast and they work very hard keeping you a job.. The Recruiters are very nice, I would recommend if your looking for a staffing agency try this one first...Thanks Steele Toe and all Recruiters;)))

I actually was told to call everyday to see if y’all have something open. I was constantly told I was being put on the hot sheet. Nobody told me there was a problem until I was blocked on Facebook for saying my opinion about Nicole Taylor. She was unprofessional with me in the past. I don’t care what she is doing for others. I only care about how I’m being treated. I was told months after calling looking for employment that I will not be helped in getting a job by Ashley. Once again I have came and talked to someone. If I’m calling you guys everyday looking for a job for someone to tell me they aren’t going to service me because they do not like my opinion why would I come in again. Of course she is falling the rules with you guys because there isn’t any rules there. Y’all are so unprofessional. Don’t try to make it look like my fault when I did absolutely nothing wrong. Would you want to keep working with someone who messes you out of a job? I don’t think so. And also after I called about Nicole Taylor y’all told me to work with someone else. So it really doesn’t make any sense to me.

Steel toe staffing is trash!!!!!!!! I’ve been calling for months for them to tell they aren’t going to help me get a job. They got mad because a told the truth about a unprofessional women named Nicole they just hired. They have no clue what they are doing.dont go here go somewhere else
