This is a great place to get a job through. I felt so welcomed and cared about. They really do want to help you get a job! The process was a bit time consuming, but it was worth it.

This is a great place to get a job through. The staff is full of nice, caring ladies that help you in any way they can. All of the people that have left bad reviews for this place are just lazy and ignorant. Of course you have to fill out an application before they tell you what jobs are available so they can see what you’re eligible for and see if you’re qualified before they waste their time on you you bunch of idiots. But I highly recommend getting a job through this place.

This staffing agency decent. It is to large though. Has many applicants and many companies. Which makes the environment and atmosphere of this staffing agency very uncomfortable. They make you feel so disposable since they have so many people to choose from. They cattle you around having you do hours of paper work and videos (not paid!!) Jumping threw there hoops. Wish they had proper competition to make them have to treat people better. Not places like steel toe (there just plain awful). Similiar to Philips staffing but more employee oriented. They care more about the companies they staff for than the people they send to them. We are the workers we are the most powerful components in any business. These places act like we need them as they sit up on there peddstool deciding who get to work and where. But the truth is they need us and if people stopped going there they would have to do better or go out of business. But they count on you sheeple to come regardless how they treat you because your probably desperate in need of a job.

Just called to see if they had any positions, they honestly expect everyone to drive to their location and spend a hour filling out paperwork before they will even tell you what jobs they have. Most staffing companies offer less than livable wages, and We skilled workers would like to see what type of compensation they offer before we waste our time.

I went to Phillips Staffing in Easley on Monday, Sept 16. I was told to wait for a clerical position and that I would hear something by Tuesday or Wednesday. Never did. I showed up to the office on Thursday, they couldnt help me because the recruiter who originally talked with me was not there. I was told I would receive a call from the manager. I never did. Friday, I went in to speak to someone about getting a job. Any job at this point. I was told that they would call me no later than Monday of next week. Monday of next week and still had not received a call. Went in on Monday and was told that the recruiter who orginally spoke with me was still not in, I essentially begged for another recruiter and was told they would call me. I went to Phillips Staffing because I need a job. I have a clean background, good work references and good work history. I feel like they have wasted a week of my life that I will never get back. I have a two year old son who I am the sole parent taking care of. I cannot believe the blatant disregard for lying to my face, saying they would call me when they havent and the fact that if they did not want to hire me, they should have been upfront and honest to begin with instead of wasting my time that could have been spent anywhere else and would have been more meaningful. I will never recommend Phillips Staffing. The staff is so inconsiderate and rude and acted like it was a chore to even lie to my face. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any staffing company anywhere. Yall just need to quit while youre ahead, cause at this rate yall arent even doing your damn job.

Horrible agency, They are unprofessional and they act like your wasting their time when in fact tthey are wasting your time because they have no intention of getting you a job. For an co.pany thats has been in business since 1968 it certainly was not the Easley location.

The first time i tried them they called me a week after the application was filed, knowing i wanted permanent or semi permanent employment, they tried to push a 2 day job off on me . i didnt take it. the second (AND LAST) time they put me to work straight away for a month and a half. i had a doctors appointment on a tuesday. on monday, i filed for half an hour off at the end of they day to go to this apointment. thursday i got a complaint, friday i was fired. they say i was fired for bad performance, and bad work ethic QUOTING DIRECTLY FROM ONSITE MANAGER TIM DUERR @ TTI IN PICKENS.up untill thursday i had not had a single complaint, and busted quota every day i was there, had a smile on my face every day i was there because i actualy liked my job. it seems i was fired due to a personal distaste by the onsite manager over a medical disability, and when i came to the home office to ask why i was terminated, the employees where very rude and unprofessional . i will NEVER go back to this staffing agency and i would not suggest them to anyone.

They expected me to fill out the paperwork without telling me the jobs that were available. I did the paperwork and I followed the lady to her office. She had an attitude and didnt care of I found a job or not. This company needs to be shut down.
