I took my Fifth wheel tire in to have them installed and I put it on my Fifth wheel and in 3 days it was flat. Didnt put a new air valve. Great service tho. Thank you Good year..

Liz was extremely helpful with getting me a new tire! I came to Goodyear after struggling to get a new tire somewhere else that said it was unable to cover the warranty. Liz took the time to call for me and order the new tire and have it covered under the warranty. It is nice to know that there are people out there that will help you!

I have a fleet vehicle, and I used another shop to get new tires. Fleet vehicles can be a pain for shops to deal with. After wasting an entire day with this shop, I didnt get the tires. I called Goodyear and talked to Liz. The call and setting the appointment was under 2 minutes. I was worried because it was too easy. I got to the shop 2 days later, and Liz remembered talking to me and had everything set. Literally the most painless experience Ive ever had at a tire shop. I cant tell you how much I appreciate it.

Liz was extremely helpful! I needed more work done than I initially thought, and she helped me find the specific parts I needed for relatively cheap on Amazon. She probably saved me $400. The best experience Ive ever had getting my car worked on.

Goodyear to the rescue! I was sure I was going to need much more than an alignment but it was just some dust on the new brakes making all the noise. If you have never been here stop depriving yourself! Get the job done right and recharge in their luxurious waiting area. A shop like this is a dream come true for Easley. The clerks are super too!

These people are amazing! Had a day turned sour because of an oil change place up the road (take 5) broke my valve stem & sensor off & were rude to me cause I didn’t have a spar cause my trunk doesn’t open. Also I just bought a brand new set of tires on my car a month ago so for this to happen really ruined my Saturday! 10 minutes before close Liz & the gentlemen in the bay helped me graciously and made a horrible Saturday evening turn better! Thank you ladies & gentlemen for everything! My family & I will ALWAYS come to y’all with any servicing on our vehicles!!

I had an emergency with a tire that went flat. They stayed late and patched the tire. Really great service.

Disappointing!!!! Scheduled appointment on Tuesday for 8am on Thursday (this morning). Show up for appointment check in sit for about 20 minutes and was informed that the tires for my vehicle were not ordered on Tuesday when I made the appointment. No offer to make up for their mistake, just a they will be here tomorrow. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I have Toyota Highlander that recently had been making a clicking like noise coming from tire area. I couldn’t figure out what the cause was but it was driving me crazy. Now I’m not big on taking my vehicles to a mechanic because of previous bad experiences but I was in need of some new tires so I was wiling to give these guys a try and see if they could figure out what was causing the clicking noise. Long story short they figured it out with a few other problems and fixed it right up and now it drives like a new car. Liz was awesome and I think my techs name was Allen and they both did awesome. Thank you guys so much.

I always go to the same tire shops, but decided to try these peeps out. Got new tires for my suv and the pricing was actually better than I was expecting. It’s a good tire shop but please don’t go in there for other jobs like oil changes, alignments etc. Their pricing on that is WAY to expensive. If your fixing or replacing your tires than i recommend

Liz the service manager helped us tremendously. She was professional and very easy to work with. We (me wife and 2 children) were 2.25hrs from home and we blew a tire late Saturday afternoon when most tire repair places were closed but Liz fit us in. Otherwise we would have had to spend the night in Greenville. The waiting room is very comfortable and they offer snacks, refreshments and TV while you wait. The techs put on 2 front tires for us in about 30 mins and they were already swamped. We made it home safe thanks to the hard work of the team at Goodyear.

Came in to try and get a tire repair done since I work evenings was told they do repairs then rudely they dont do that and it wasnt their problem by lady a the front desk and then ignored ... really?! Going elsewhere I dont have the patience to deal with rude people anymore.

They did Alignment on my car messed my car up when back so they can fix it talking about my car was wreck when car never been in a wreck So I took my car to another goodyear they said just didnt want to do it

Punctured tire on a Saturday afternoon...We had a great experience today with Goodyear and particularly Liz R. (Sales Assoc 050). On a busy Saturday (8/8/20) with a full schedule and the phone continuously ringing, she explained in a honest, but very kind way that it may be Monday before I could get my tire repaired. She could tell I was frustrated (not at her/Goodyear - but at the reality of the situation) and calmed me down. We left my truck and somehow she worked it in for repair the same day. Thanks for your help today and for quick, kind service during this time of COVID !

Where do I begin?I had an appointment for an oil change...very simple.I brought my 2016 Ford fusion in,left for 45 minutes came back,was told that they ran into an issue.They proceeded to tell me my oil cap was stripped and that I would need to replace the oil pan and also my air filter needed to be replaced...They quoted me right around $900.00.I said absolutely not,and I took my car back.I left that shop and went to a small business,where the men there told me... absolutely no issues with my car,they did my oil change and checked my whole engine within 40 minutes..and $32 later I was out the door ..Good year tried to take me for a ride for sure..Never again...just beware if you go to this place,and be prepared to spend a ton of money.

Tire blew out on boat trailer on Interstate 85. Called Goodyear in Easley SC and spoke with Janet. She had one in stock. Told her I was on my way. She had the tire waiting on me and was in and out in no time. She went above and beyond to get us out quickly. Would highly recommend this store to anyone. Also it was a Sunday and thankfully they were open. Thank you Janet!

I showed up last Sunday at 730am walked to the door to see they didn’t open til 800am. That was fine I wasn’t busy so I decided to wait. I was the only one in the parking lot, at 800am I walked in the door and asked for an oil change and new wiper blades to be installed. I was told they were booked until Wednesday. Seemed kinda odd considering no one was there besides me and they weren’t doing anything. Real great service telling me your lazy and don’t want to get paid for a quick job right then and there. Won’t ever make an appointment here or even stop here again. Don’t waste your time pulling up into an empty parking smh

I began going to this shop because of a tire deal that was going on. Liz and the other staff made me want to go back every time. I would drive 30-40 mins just to have work done on my truck there. The customer service is outstanding.

Why is is NOT possible to leave 0 stars. Just picked up my vehicle which was left in the rain with the sunroof OPEN for an hour.They offered to have my interior cleaned...would be better to offer to dry it. They also offered some paper towels....WTFHad an appointment for 7am...they actually opened at 740 because thy had over slept.

Goodyear is where the service is at! Im so happy they were open to help me with my tire repair on July 4th, when no one else was open. They got me in and out quickly!

I picked up a pretty large nail in one of my new tires and thought that it was ruined. After it was inspected, I was informed they could repair it at no cost. Thanks for the great service.

Goodyear has been my go-to for years. Appointments are readily available, the service is reliable, the prices reasonable and never a surprise. Lizz and her staff make car maintenance a bearable necessity!

So this place does great quality work. My only problem there highly expensive! Like I’ve used this place for auto work in the past. But after shopping around other shops in town are dramatically cheaper. And for people with low income it’s just hard to pay the prices Goodyear wants. Other then that they do good work

Goodyear of Easley has the worst service you could possibly not ask for. Dont bother making an appointment. They offer free tire rotations, but its not worth the hassle. Save yourself a headache and just pay a few bucks extra at the dealership, other tire store, or just pay your uncle if he has a torque wrench. Ive been dealing with this business for a couple years and there has always been an issue with the service. Theyve never done it right the first time.

Im sorry, but it shouldnt cost $63 for a tire rotation. My jaw hit the floor when the girl up front told me that price. They tried price gouging me because I have a Ram 2500 and it cost an extra $10 per tire for the rotation. Are you kidding me? I went to Gwinns and got it done for $25. So if you feel like being price gouged for what you drive, make sure to stop in this dump.

I did not have a great experience. A few weeks back I went to visit some friends in South Carolina, well someone pushed me off the road causing me to hit the sidewalk popping both of my tires. Seeing as the Goodyear was the only place around that was open I went there. Everyone was friendly and nice they truly were, but they completely played me to get more money just because Im a female and dont really know anything about cars. They changed my tires but one of the lug-nuts was put on wrong so it broke. They called me to tell me that I now need a whole new hub because they couldnt replace just the lug-nut part. Which is a LIE, because my father just changed my breaks on my car( and the lug-nut broke not the fault of Goodyear just the people who put on my tires.) and you can literally just buy a new lug-nut piece and put it on there I watched him do it! Then they called me telling me my car needs to be aligned because its not drive-able, well my car pulls worse now then it did when it went in, what kind of alignment is that? I dont usually leave bad reviews, but this was just an awful experience and because it cost so much I had to spend all my rent money on this, causing me to lose my house. This just really irritates me because I feel like I was taken advantage of. Anyways I do not recommend.

Exceptional! I called in an emergency, took my car to them and 2 brand new tires mounted and out of the door within 20 minutes. (No appointment) Staff is amazing, lounge area clean and cozy. I can not say enough about the service I received today. They are lifesavers!

I walked in to an empty store, no customers, and was told they had no time left to do any oil changes (I walked in around 2PM & the store doesn’t close until 7PM). That’s fine by me tho, I’ll take my business elsewhere. These Goodyear employees care nothing about making their company money lol

This establishment is great The staff was wonderful. They got things done as quickly as possible & the waiting area, was easily.. the nicest waiting area I have ever been to. They also offer decent prices for what youre getting done. Not to mention.. I ended up getting held up from my appointment, due to being completely stopped by an accident. They were so understanding & took my car as soon as I was able to get there.

I bought my tires from them 2yrs ago. Everytime I need tire repair and/or replacement they are the people I go see. With my Road Hazard I could go to any Goodyear but the girls there make it a point to really get to know. Whenever I walk in the door (every 3-6 months) they call me by name. Also I have not had any issue with the service from the technicians. Next tire you need help give them a call and they will answer all your questions! 🤗

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Over several vehicles we’ve had everything from an oil change, last minute tires and brakes to an A/C compressor and water pump replacement. They even went out of their way to help me with extended warranty coverage for my last visit. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the service is top notch and the prices are fair as well. I had my Nissan towed here because it wouldn’t start. The people there seemed very nice and helpful and I was very comfortable with having them work on my car. When they told me that my car was ready they said that there were a number of issues and they got the car to start but it would probably shut down in the near future. I paid $500 for whatever work they did and went to pick up my car the next day. I drove it straight from the lot to the grocery store and when I got back out to my car IT WOULDN’T START. So now not only do I have to buy a new car, but I’m also $500 in the hole because they “fixed” my car. I feel like they knew there was no point in fixing it but they did it anyway so they could get some money out of me which is totally messed up. Not a fan.

Very honest about information on your vehicle (when needing something inspected). My oil change was very less expensive here then at valvoline but they are both partnered together somehow. Either way I had exceptional service and did not have to wait long at all for my oil change.

I felt pressured to service my car based on fear of not being “safe” enough and ended up spending way more money than I felt comfortable. I don’t know anything about cars so I caved in. It felt manipulative and I walked away from this experience without any additional knowledge.Edit: I got contacted by a representative of Goodyear to try to resolve my discontent and I am adding stars because of how good she was.

Wouldn’t recommend. I woke up to find a flat from a screw and nail in my tire. I went to Goodyear for the first time since it was the closest thing to me. They were down to one mechanic so I was stuck waiting an hour for them to look at it. I asked them for a plug or a patch and they told me they were unable to do either because the holes were to bad. I was then told I would just have to get a new tire, they didn’t discuss options with me just went for the $130 tire. A little late but now that I’ve looked on their website I see there were other options that cost less. I asked to keep my old tire and took it to another tire place later that day. They were easily able to repair the holes that were “not repairable” per Goodyear. I really feel like I was taken advantage of because I know nothing about tires and they could make more money off of me buying a new tire than repairing my old one.

I have been going to them for years. They are always friendly and helpful. They have always treated me like family. Sometimes they do take long than expected but I would much rather them spend more time on my car than try to cut corners to get it done sooner. Liz and Chris are the best!!!!!

Been here for 2+ hours for an oil change that I was told would take 20mins. They’ve tried to up sell everyone that I’ve herd them talk to. Told me that my coolant should have been changed at 60k but my manufacturer states 10 years or 150k. Recommended a brake flush as well but their own test strip showed it was borderline at best. Also recommended air and cabin filters that I replaced last month. Avoid this place.EDITBefore my service started I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated free of charge. I stated I did not because I had just rotated them. Come to find out after leaving they had done it anyway. After returning to have them re-rotate them, I was given a refund for my oil change.

I came in on a spare tire with a flat in the trunk on a rainy, miserable Sunday morning. I waited a few minutes and watched while Liz handled multiple phone calls and multiple clients in a very professional manner. Much better than I would have handled some of these customers! Liz and Stephen were able to replace my tire and do an oil change immediately, even though they were obviously very busy. Thanks for the great customer service!

Love coming here for my oil changes, tires and basic maintenance needs. I love that they always give me a heads up on new tires needed with my next oil change so I can try to budget for the added cost.They are super friendly and professional and always take great care of me. They always make honest suggestions about small repairs or maintenance and never try to push unnecessary expensive parts or upgrades on you like the slimy dealerships do.Also love the location as I can walk to go shopping or Panera for lunch and internet instead of being trapped in the waiting area with TV for a couple hours.

Great customer service from the young lady that was working the front counter Lizz. She was very helpful in finding the tire prices I was looking for. I was able to replace the tires I had for a more affordable price. The location is clean and the guys working in the garage were quick. I was able to get my vehicle in and out with little wait time at all. I would recommend this location to anyone.

People are extremely nice and take a good care of the car. Its a little pricey, but they apply coupons if they have them. I recommend their 2 years tire service.

Dont go here. I had gone here twice for an oil change, both times asking if they were going to do a 30-point inspection as well, and they said they would. They never told me anything was wrong with my car or if something needed replacing, so I thought my car was fine. I was having issues starting my car before taking a vacation to visit family, having taken this car into this Goodyear a month prior, but it was the night before I had to leave, so I could not take my car in to get it checked until I got back. When I got back, my car did not start at all. I had to get it towed to a dealership since I still had a warranty on the car. They found out that not only was my battery dead, but my air filter was NEVER changed since the car was made (I bought the car used) and my brake fluid was way past due for a change. All things that Goodyear shouldve caught when I took it in a month before my trip. Im lucky that there was not something wrong with my car that couldve put my life at serious risk. Ive had it for a year and I thought I was having it taken care of. I am never going to a Goodyear again.

We had a flat tire, but we were met with almost immediate service. The woman helping us was very down to earth and hospitable. There we’re no hitches with our visit, even though there were quite a few customers there.

I took my car to be put in align and paid $96 for them to do it. After waiting an hour and a half they were done, I left with my car and it was still pulling to the right. I took it back down there and they tried to put it in align again. When I left the second time, it was still pulling to the right. They told me that it was perfectly aligned. Honestly I dont think they did anything at all. I will never go back to Goodyear again for anything.

I scheduled an appointment online for 3:30 pm. I arrived at 3:30 and they didn’t have me in the system. I chalked it up to computer error. I took my kids back to the car and looked online at their next appointment they had a 5:00 pm open, so I booked it. I wanted to make sure I had a confirmation email so I checked my email. I noticed I had confirmation for 3:30 and 5:00. So I went back in to see if my name was wrong and if the confirmation number would help find my appointment. They said I wasn’t in the system for 3:30 but I had a spot for 5, but they had appointments at 5. So I asked if I was good to come back at 5 to have my car serviced. They said they couldn’t guarantee I would be able to be serviced. I asked what the appointment confirmation in my email was and she didn’t know. The rep thought I was trying to escalate so she became really defensive at the store. She couldn’t explain what I had scheduled at 5 or seem to care that I had gone through the trouble of making an appointment. I understand computer issues, I don’t understand lack of empathy, lack of solution, or rude customer service. I will not bother them again.

I use this goodyear location for my routine alignments and oil change, as well as well as emergency situations. The team members are always friendly, educational, and kind! Theyre more than cooperative!! They have made me aware of discounts and rebates that Id otherwise have not known of and never have they pushes me to buy a product that wasnt necessary. 10/10 from me.

I went to good year about a week ago I went to get my tire checked out and they said there was a hole in the side of it they claimed they couldnt plug tube or patch the hole because of the location. She lied through her teeth. They have previously been rude to me but I hoped the cooperation would deal with the very unfriendly staff who lies and is very rude I guess not though. Before I went to get my tire fixed a few months ago I had went and got my oil changed it took three hours and they claimed it would have took around thirty minutes to and hour but that was a total lie.

They lie to get as much money from you as possible. i made an appointment online because nobody would answer the phone. I had a nail in my tire. The man said the tire was not reparable and I needed 2 other tires.I knew this was a lie, so I went somewhere else and got the tire leak fixed for $10:00. Either they are incapable of pulling a nail out of a tire or they just wanted to charge me for things I didnt really need. The other 2 tires he said I needed to replace were fine. Ill never recommend this place to anyone.

Got my oil changed here priced good and a tire rotation. Neat and clean inside. I would suggest making an appointment ahead of time because I walked in and it was a little wait.

If I could give no stars I would. After having an accident in a different vehicle that morning had to get a tire fixed on another vehicle. Said they couldn’t patch it because it was in the side wall of the tread. Took it somewhere else and they patched it perfectly fine. You want repeat customers you should take care of the ones who walk in and need you because I would have returned for other services. Won’t ever return here again thanks to that. And you can’t make money that way.

I’ve been here a few times and have always received great service. On one occasion, they found several serious problems with my car that had been unnoticed by the dealer service department. I also got a great deal on tires here. I will definitely be back!
