The owners of this place are so kind and amazing. They do beautiful work. My car came back looking like a million bucks after they were finished. I don’t live in Easley, but I will drive to them any time I need car work from now on. If you’re reading this review- thank you for your hard work on my car and I really appreciate you guys fixing it for a 2nd time after my friend’s dog jumped on my car. :)

Couldn’t be more pleased with the white glove treatment my truck received! Only had my truck a month before it needed body work and they did a meticulous job with everything. I would challenge anyone to tell me what was painted they even took the time to match factory orange peel. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional and treated me like a valued customer. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I do I won’t have to think twice they are my go to!

My husband’s car was damaged when a mattress flew off the back of a truck on the interstate. We reached out to Premier as they were trusted friends. We have never had work done here as we live an hour away. IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE!!! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience so easy from rental car info to all the small details! Everything was smooth and the work was phenomenal. Our car looks better than new and we will never go anywhere else! To top it off they sent us a thank you card. We owe them all the thanks!!

Took 2 weeks for the appointment, but like most good things, was worth the wait. They handled my insurance claim with Allstate very well, and negotiated on my behalf to get a better product than what Allstate originally proposed. Only been a week since I got it back, but very happy with the work.

Premier is the Chick Fil A of car restoration. They are always kind, helpful, and you can expect to receive the same A+ quality service everytime. Awesome service, awesome attitude. took care of everything and didnt try to cut corners. could have just replaced the skins on my doors without me knowing the wiser about the hidden damage, but informed me and did the work without hesitation. I have a 1999 Ford Ranger that has worked hard all its life and was showing it. I took it to Mark at Premier looking for direction on how to give my truck much needed TLC. Josh and the team at Premier made my experience as pleasant as possible. He handled everything with the insurance company, rental car company, local service department at the car dealership, etc. All I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up in perfect condition. He also went out of his was to offer help and advice to get my car up and running as soon as possible. He was polite, professional, and personable. I wanted to wait a little while to see how the clear coat and paint held up after repeated washes and details, as well as judge the look of the color in different ambient lighting conditions. Considering the factory option paint I had, I was initially nervous, but the match was (and still is) perfect. Customer service at the site was also great, and, details aside, I got the impression these guys have a culture of quality workmanship.I would not hesitate to bring my current project here for new paint, if I was still working nearby.

I got in a wreck and had to have my car worked on. After reading a few reviews I figured they would do a good job. I didnt expect to be so impressed. You really cant tell that my car was damaged... I take that back. The driver side headlight is obviously newer than the passenger side thats it. It looks amazing and my husband and I are completely happy. The only downside was the parts took forever to ship and we know that was on the distributors part.

I had the best experience with Premier! I was involved in a wreck and took my car to them to fix the damage. They did an outstanding job. My car practically looked brand new once I got it back. Their incredible customer service kept me in the loop on where they were with the job at all times. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

These people are really great. They took care of everything, car was ready in a truly reasonable time. They worked hard to make everything right even at the end when the door lock/unlock beeping did not work. Hope I never need their service again, but if I do, I am there.

Well charged my sis about$10,000 and pretty sure didnt even perform all the work that was claimed to be done. And didnt replace all the parts they charged her for. Also left the air cleaner unbolted I had to find two bolts just so it wasnt flopping around under the hood. Were quite slow also.

While traveling thru the state my car was damaged in a accident. I selected Premier car Restoration for repair after reading reviews.Had to wait about 3 wks before work started on car, however by that time all needed parts were available for the repair. Every question or request made by me were answered and/or followed.My car looked perfect upon completion. The car was completely detailed inside to include removal of water stains on three seats. It looked like it was ready to put on a lot for sale.I highly recommend this companies work.
