Called to request an inspection of my system. After a few weeks I had not received a call to schedule the visit so I again called and was told the lady who initially took my information no longer worked there. An inspection was finally done with the report recommending that several issues needed correction. After that communication became one sided. Emails and voice messages were never returned. After several weeks of trying I gave up. Not sure if this company is still doing business so you should probably seek septic service elsewhere.

Awesome company! Very knowledgeable and professional. Was on time and got right to work. Went above and beyond. Took extra time to make sure the whole system was functioning properly and extra clean. No doubt the best there is. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you again.

Great company! Fast courteous service. Keith came out the same day and was extremely knowledgeable. It was money well spent knowing that the job was done right the first time. Came highly recommended and lived up to the reputation.

Very professional, showed up on time and ready to work. I felt very comfortable having them on my property. They left the area clean and did not damage any surrounding areas. They were quick and I did not feel over charged. Quality work and a good price, the best I’ve seen in Idaho. The previous guy who installed the system did a sloppy job, he was cheaper but hey I guess you get what you pay for.

Keith was on time, honest and knowledgeable about our system. He explained the problems with our septic was having and completed the repairs quickly. We are glad that we have another service provider option. We will use him again every year. Thanks Keith

Nice at first and then after the work is done sends a bill that’s way more than previously discussed. Plus charges $195 for yearly septic testing after stated it would be done for no charge since he was already doing everything he would have done for the test... when questioned the initial bill he removed some of his labor but then charged $195 for the testing which he already said would be done at no charge... deceitful! Or previous testing company only charges $90. Do not recommend this company! Should have seen the red flags when he bad mouth a competitor... very unprofessional.
