Master Plumbing is awesome!!! Service Technician Jeff McCullough came out to my house to check on a leaking toilet in my downstairs half bath. This leak wasn’t your average leak, but Jeff dug in and found the source of the leak and had it fixed in 15 mins. Honestly who does an estimate without charging you a service charge just to come out?? No one does these days so I was very impressed right from the start. Mike arrived on time, was very clean, friendly and courteous. He put on his boot covers so he didnt track dirt. Right away I felt he was a trust worthy person. He pointed out the problem and showed me to reaffirm the work needed to be done. It was clear cut and estimate provided. I will put Mike Vollmer from Master Plumbing in my contacts for future reference should I need a plumber again.

My man Steve M. really saved us today! One of the worst experiences a homeowner can have is waking up to water on the floor and soaking the carpet. Im so glad we called Master Plumbing and even more thankful they sent Steve out! He arrived quicker than expected and was able to trace the leak and fix it amazingly fast. He was thorough, testing any potential cause before confidently assuring us the issue was resolved. I rarely experience Steves level of professionalism, it was refreshing. He went above and beyond to make recommendations on how to address the damage and provided referrals. Last week, my kitchen sink started backing up. I did everything I could to clear it, even pulling the elbow under the sink, with no luck. I called around to a few places, but everyone was booked out for at least a day or two. Austin from Master Plumbing was able to come out in a few hours. He gave us a bid for the job. When the problem turned out to be harder than he anticipated, he did a great job and still stuck to the bid. Great job. Thanks Austin!

Jim Colburn resolved a problem in a unit I was renting. I was moving in the morning and the washer valves were frozen open. He responded quickly and was able to cap them off so that I could make my exit the next morning without a flood. Had Master come out to move my water softener from my old house to the new one. Got a text message and email with a picture and bio of the technician coming out. Pretty slick. Jim was my technician and he was very friendly and thorough. Move and install was quick and done perfectly (even up to my unreasonably high standards). Jim Colburn did a fantastic job today. He checked the air pressure in the ballast tank and it was low. He filled it up and at this point it seems to be holding steady I was not charged for this although my warranty expired because I did not get a maintenance called done during the first year he recommended I contact his boss and if he came out and did a maintenance on it I may be able get my lifetime warranty reinstated hes very professional and went out of his way to explain everything to me so I can check it myself

I had been waiting on another company for several days I called Jim at master plumbing he came out in about 2 hours and worked until the issue was resolved. It was late and im sure he wanted to go home but he never complained he was very helpful im very grateful for his service!

I had faucet leak. It was bad not just a drip drip drip, full on watering running, cant shut off even with the water valve turned off. I call and they were booked up for the day. However, they could get me in after hours. To my surprise Jim showed up way before 5pm so I didnt have to pay the after hour fee. (so nice) Jim was awesome, he got the faucet fixed quickly and was able to look at another sink with a broken pipe, replaced that in no time at all. Thank you!!!!

Called at 8am and our technician Jim Coldburn came quick and had it fixed/completed by 9:15am. The cartridge that turns off our water for our shower/bath jammed and wouldn’t turn the water off and needed replaced. Jim was very friendly and let me observe his fix so if it happens again in our other baths it’s something we can fix now.

We called master rooter to look at our garbage disposal which was not working. we were billed $150 for the technician to hit a reset switch. I would not recommend for any services!!When I called other plumbing services, Master Rooter had the highest charge for an estimate. When we requested a quote on another service it was double what other plumbers charge. I will not use again!!!
