UPDATE:I have changed my review to 3 stars based on the response I received from the owner. He acknowledged that his employee was wrong and that I was not treated professionally when I questioned and discussed the inaccurate information with his employee. Additionally, this location has taken good care of my son’s car in the past, so I feel it is fare to increase their rating.During my visit I was told the wrong 5w30 was previously used because it wasn’t a full synthetic. I was told that my vehicle was REQUIRED to have full synthetic (~$27 upcharge) by the manufacturer and was shown a print out that said this. I agreed to have the synthetic put in as I felt pressured by the “look, I don’t make any more money by this, I’m just trying to help you not do more damage to your engine” comment. I then contacted my mechanic and asked, he said synthetic was required only for the turbo model and that my vehicle was shipped from the factory with a standard 5w30 mineral oil, not synthetic.I stopped them in time and they used standard 5w30 as I requested.When paying, I explained in more detail so they would know that the info they provided me wasn’t accurate and was for the turbo engine only.Well...he told me I was wrong and that “he wasn’t sure about any mechanic that is open on a Saturday...but whatever” and told me my vehicle did originally ship with synthetic or at least a synthetic blend and that I could call the dealership and they would tell me he was right. I called the dealership and spoke with a service writer. I gave my vehicle model/year/engine specifics, and.... my mechanic was correct. The vehicle does not require synthetic oil.I would have given a higher rating (people make mistakes) if it weren’t for the fact that he was so arrogant in saying he was absolutely correct and that I (and my mechanic he wasn’t sure about because it was Saturday) were wrong.My advice would be to double check with your owners manual, mechanic, or the dealership and not to take this Jiffy Lube’s recommendation on oil type, regardless of how confident they seem to be...

I like going to this jiffy lube because it is close to me, but this may change. I got there 30-40 minutes before closing and was turned away. As I got there a bearded guy walk out and I asked how he was doing today, he replied very busy. He told me he had a 3 man crew working today and had one vehicle in for service and one oil change that would take 30 minutes. Every time I go into jiffy to have an oil change it doesn’t take 30 mins. Doing a little research on my part it should only take between 10-15 minutes with “jiffy lubes get in-get out philosophy.”The gent wasn’t rude or anything, but let me know that the jiffy in meridian will be open the next day (Sunday). And will out apologizing just went back inside. I may be reluctant to use this jiffy again.

GREAT service and some of the nicest young men Ive run into in a long while!I have been taking my car back to the dealer for quite a while, but this is much closer to home and my oil change, lube and new wiper blades was finished in a jiffy. Will use this Jiffy Lube from now on and I dont have to wait in line for hours here either.........What a pleasant experience this was!

Ive been taking my vechiles here for a few years and Ive always been happy with their service. Yesterday they really showed what great humans they really are. I had $120 stashed away for an emergency rainy day. They happened to come upon it and handed it over to me!! Wow! I was impressed! I had just spent the last few days dealing with an unethical plumbing business and to come across these guys who knew what the right thing was and did the right thing really made my day!! Thank you!!! Great service and honest people! :)

I took my sons 1972 Ford Mach 1 Mustang there to lubricate the ball joints and u-joints. The manager said no charge !!! What a pleasant surprise. ..!!! I tipped him for his kindness. I will definitely return when I need my oil changed

Every single one of the workers here are so kind and helpful. After I got an oil change my car would start up and then just die... but they took the time to figure out what the problem was and even went the extra mile and bought something that was needed for it. 10/10 would recommend!

They are efficient at how they do individual jobs. (2 me theyre prices are a bit steep)for the establishment; they are tidy. [On a personal note: if I didnt have a disability I would be willing to work for Jiffy Lube]

Was preoccupied with family things when I got my bill. Charged me 70+ dollars for an oil change (my car has 6000 miles on it! Brand new) they didn’t have to do anything. Never again you rip offs.

Very nice crew. My only complaint is that theyre not at all in a hurry to get things done. No line but I waited over an hour for my oil change.

They greeted me as I pulled up with a smile. They offered me their services with no pressure. They got my vehicle serviced and back on the road quickly.

Long wait during a time thats normally not busy. Staff did not give helpful cues on where to go, what to do. Just stood there looking at me, which was awkward. Great air conditioning inside though.

Writing based on the car wash. I was using the third bay when looking north and half way through my wash, the hose made an awful sound and stopped working. Left my car covered in soap. The hose was also bent at the ceiling so it wouldnt swing around my car. This has never been a very well taken care of car wash.
