Just had my first leg wax here. I work very close and have always wanted to come in. I love it my legs feel refreshed and brand new I don’t know how to reallyDescribe it. Mitsi is phenomenal. Shes my go to lady. If I have an issue shes quick to help solve it. She listens and understands what it is Im looking for when getting waxed. Thats hard to find. Really wish they were in a different plaza though.

Service is great. But very pricey. Jess did a fantastic job for me. Underarms which is Im scared of waxing were not really painful.

Not impressed with my complimentary eyebrow wax. Wax wasnt hot enough and did not remove much. Maybe it was because I wasnt a paying customer, but I still left a decent tip. I hope to get a better wax next time....

All the woman are super nice and welcoming. I seen mittisy and she let me explain how i wanted my eyebrows she was patient when all 3 of my kids under 5 had to come with.😘

I have been going here for two years with no problem always give recommendations to friends at how amazing they are how professional until today the day I get a call from Sarah saying it’s my 3rd cancellations because you know being a mom of two i can’t always get a babysitter and times don’t always work. said i can’t only do walk-in so with two kids i’d maybe sit 1-3 hrs to get in????? are you serious?????? I’m not perfect but who is. Also last time i couldn’t make it MN had the blizzard and couldn’t get out of the driveway!!!!! And with the attitude she called in was very very unprofessional. And every time i can’t get in i always called. I’m going here one last time and will find new place so sad that rules are made after you make a mistake cause you know couldn’t get a babysitter. Explain this the first time not on the third and it’s like oh hello thank you for the rude call yea defiantly won’t come again. might be a lil mad but this was uncalled for .

I went to this place, because I saw good reviews about this place and their staff. My experience today was awful, first I called on Saturday around 3pm to make my appointment for Sunday at 9:30 am, the girl who wrote my name decided to change it to Andrea, so when I arrive the girl at the front desk (who wasnt the most kind person) couldnt find me, even though she was supposed to look for my last name, so she just gave me a paper with the agreement to sign, after I ask her if that promo about the $5 dollars off for a like on facebook was still available, (because I saw it, not because she offered me) after I went with the cosmectician to do my brows, I asked her please just clean around my eyebrows I dont need shape, just clean them, and yes she cleaned it but a lot and she did two different shapes, I didnt realized that when she gave me the mirror because she did kind of trick brushing my eyebrows to make them look good, when I went outside to pay $23 (almost like a haircut) she gave me the discount, so the total was $18, she asked me for a tip with 15% as minimum, so I payed and in the screen of the payment I was still Andrea and I told to this woman look Im still Andrea and thats not my email so maybe you can have trouble with the payment, take my phone number and please call me if you have any problems so very upset she answers me oh I just cant find you in my system and I told her because Im a new costumer this is my first time here, Ooooh big mistake she got so mad and sayed oh you are new??? Forget about it, you are fine.Honestly I didnt want have a fight with this woman, I already felt very uncomfortable with her behavior, but after that I just thought that is not fair because Im paying for a service this is not free!!! I decided to use my money in this place, so this is not what I am paying for!!! What is happening with your costumer service??? Its so basic all the mistakes that you made with me!!! And now Im reading that you also have a promo if your are a new costumer so this woman just answered: forget about it???Absolutely dissapointed about this place I will never go back

I would not recommend getting an eyebrow tint here i spend $50 dollars for something that I didn’t even liked
