Molly did a really great job of talking me through the process and making me feel comfortable during my appointment! It was very clean and professional inside and the prices are fair. Definitely recommend!

Bailey was my esthetician for my first bikini wax at 31 years old. She talked me through the entire process and was honest about what to expect. Her energy made feel right at home and totally comfortable, which was not nearly as bad as expected!! Yes it hurts but it’s a wax, let’s be honest. Highly recommend Bailey and I’m sure everyone else is amazing, they did pay to go through schooling for this ya know! She also educated me on how to take better care of “her” which was news to me. I was not planning on making a secondary appointment (like I would do for my eye brows) but all hair reacts the same and I’m looking forward to my next visit :) OH! And if it is your first time.... they give you half off! Why not give it a try?

Rude staff. Waxer (Hannah) was very unfriendly, did not even talk to me during the service, it was really uncomfortable. This was my first time at this location, I have been going to EWC for 6 years. Will not return to this location. Also, she did not even add any brow powder/liner to my service.

It was my first time going, I was very scared to go and get a full wax. I was so scared for that fact that I thought it was going to hurt really bad. To be honest only a couple pulls only really hurt everything else was pretty easy. Erica was so nice and talked me through what she was doing. It was never quiet in the room. Definitely ask for her she did very well. I love the outcome.

I love this salon! It is so fancy, classy, and nice! The staff is very friendly! I came here after having a bad experience at the Burnsville location with the manager on multiple occasions. Izzy was very nice and personable! She made waxing painless for me! I will definitely be back!

I started going to European wax center after waxing the city closed. The salon is always so clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Bailey is amazing at what she does and it’s clear that she is knowledgeable. I’m not sure how I ever had a Brazilian wax before seeing her, she makes it so easy.

Always have had the most friendly and professional service. The difference between their wax and the hot wax with papers is unbelievable! The time and the amount of pain is drastically diminished. I would never go anywhere else.

Maybe I should not rate this operation based on my last visit, but the experience is still lingering with me. They must have added a fresh from school team member, and I got her. Lets just say things didnt go very well. I didnt realize how badly until I got home, so asking me how it was as I paid and left was a good idea but I could not give accurate feedback. I will just comment that she did not have a process down to do what she had learned in school, and she needs an experienced person to work with her more in a work setting to help her develop her own processes.

I have been going to European wax center for many years and have never had a more knowledgeable and experienced waxer as Bailey. I look forward to my monthly waxes just to chat with her and catch up! If it’s your first time and you’re nervous go see her. She will get the service over very quickly and will keep you comfortable the whole time.

Saw Abby at the Eagan location for my first Brazilian. Needless to say I was nervous about how painful it would be. She had me breath through the whole thing with her and it was almost painless!!! Definitely recommend their service.

I have been going here for years and I was skeptical about going back after covid but it was actually amazing. I always see Bailey and she is FABULOUS! She always does an amazing job and is very thorough. Everything was extremely sanitary and I felt very safe during my appointment.

Abby is great and the people here are friendly! They are also clean and sanitize really well too! They required masks from the beginning after reopening and I think that was great and proactive of them. 🙂

The Eagan Euro Wax is definitely the best I’ve been to. Everyone is super inviting and it’s a warm environment where the staff truly seems to care. Often times I’m greeted by name at the front desk, and Abby always delivers an exceptional service; I don’t even have to specify how I want my brows waxed anymore, she knows exactly what to do and remembers. I have been coming here for a few years now and definitely am happy to keep coming back, and the wax pass is a bonus with great savings and I don’t have to think about paying every visit. Love it! Keep it up, ladies! :)

I went in for my first time eyebrow wax and i was really impressed with the service. Maritza at desk was very welcoming and took her time explaining everything, not to mention my eyebrows were complimentary for first time guests! My waxer Miranda took her time with me and explained all the steps and answered all my questions, making sure I was happy with my service in the end. Erica always does such a great painless wax. She is so easy going and makes sure we talk the entire time to distract me! She is highly recommended and will take great care of each person she sees! The one who did the waxing was incredibly sweet. Im not a fan of how its a speed wax business. While its great to get in and out within 20 minutes, it feels as if being rushed things are missed and theres no comfort or personal touch. What I mean is the table I climbed on is very high. They offer a step but even with the step I had a challenge getting up and down. If youre getting a Brazilian, the time it takes you to strip isnt factored into the waxers 15 minute time slot. If it takes you a minute to strip, its time lost and the customer suffers.I cant see how this is a healthy atmosphere to work in. Being on a constant time crunch and being told to speed up seems extremely stressful.

I had my first wax here last week and the entire experience was GREAT!I had Becca check me in, she was very nice and check in was quick and easy! I started looking at some products before being called back, Becca was able to inform me of an AWESOME brow building product without being pushy. Now Im absolutely obsessed with it and cant live without it!Mikayla called me back for my Brazilian, she was super sweet and very easy to talk to throughout the wax. I have gone other places, and let me tell you this was one of the LEAST painful experiences I have ever had. She does big strips, painless tabs, pulls quick, applies pressure and GETS ALL THE HAIR! Seriously, this is your go to girl for your next Brazilian!

Came in for my first time and ill absolutely be back, coming in my eyebrows arent the thickest from getting them done at nail salons but the waxer, erica, showed me everywhere she plans for them to grow in and now we have a plan! She also filled them and they looked AMAZING. Im so happy with my experience.

I was so happy this location opened up, super convenient for me being less then a mile away. Front desk girls are always super nice and on top of their stuff. Also, Evie is the girl to see. She does a wonderful job on eyebrows.

Mediocre experience. For a place that is about appearance, there are definitely some pieces lacking. The girl at the front desk wore a dingy, Ill fitting white shirt and had no make up, or her hair done. When they tech came out, her red scrubs were covered in something white, and were not clean at all. For my eyebrows, she only semi understood what I wanted. I wont go back, but if you want cheap, quick services, they hit the mark. Definitely didnt get the polished feel though.

Bailey is a great help and really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable! Thankful for her help getting me summer ready!

I had the absolute worst experience at European Wax Center in Eagan. It was my first Brazilian was and Erica who did my wax knew it was my first time and she didn’t even give me the chance to ask any questions, which I wanted to because it’s a personal area and my first time. She told me to take clothes off from the waist down and get on the bed and the second she started putting wax on. She didn’t give me any instructions on the after care. I am SO sore and can barely walk. She didn’t even get all of my hair and missed spots. I called the next morning to have them fix it and my appt was at 330pm. I left work early to get there and there was random traffic so I called and told them that I was in a little traffic but I am on my way, she told me that there is a 9 min mark. I get to the place at 3:38pm and she told me I had to cancel...they wouldn’t take me for something that they messed up on. I will never be returning to this place and will be sure to get my money back. Terrible customer service and no empathy towards me and the condition the wax left my skin in, which is a terrible rash which makes it hard to walk.

Amazing team here 1st timer and love it! Already scheduled for my next waxing for another area of need!😳 thank you ladies for making this great!

I’ve personally never had anything on my body waxed, I even pluck my own eyebrows! So going into EWC was kind of nerve wracking.. considering I was getting a Brazilian. But when I talked to Maddie, she helped me out and made scheduling it a breeze, I was even excited for it afterwards! She offered a lot of help and information and gave me some peace of mind about the whole thing. I will definitely be coming back soon!

You know the thing about being a middle aged man? Just about the time youve amassed enough experience for people to start taking you seriously, you start losing the ability to see up close, and simultaneously, you start sprouting hair from places that you really dont need hair. Like, for example, your earlobes. You can tweeze that unwanted hair away... If you can see where it is. And even cheaters dont help, because a fair number of hairs hide in places you can feel, but cant see in the mirror.This is one reason that guys should visit European Wax Center. You go in, lie down on the table, turn your head this way or that, and the technician smears some warm wax on the affected area and yanks away the offending hair, leaving you nice and smooth.The one negative thing I need to say: they understand that the majority of their target market are women. They offer services for men, and have a well thought out menu for us. But they havent quite figured out the marketing piece yet. After I made my appointment online (very convenient!) I got an automated confirmation email that closed out, See you soon, gorgeous! As an andro-American, Im a little uncomfortable being called gorgeous. But thats really the only negative thing in a whole collection of positives. My ears are whisker free, for at least a few weeks. I feel more confident and marginally more attractive. Thats worth the modest price.
