So my fiance has been waiting on a very important package since the beginning of this month that he is needing by Tuesday for his sisters wedding and the website said that it was supposed to be at our apartment yesterday and yet here we are Sunday at noon and still hasnt shown up. Plus yes we understand that it is Sunday but shouldnt there be someone there to take calls in case if a consumer is wanting to know where their package is at? At least with Amazon you get your package in a timely manner and they updated you on everything as compared to this place where they havent even sent my fiance a text at all letting him know that it is delayed still. We are both not happy at all with this delivery service.
Well organized nice stuff for pick up the will told where u should drop ur empty trailer and ur free after they told when u will check back.if u wanna go outside or stay and sleep after they will pull out ur trailer when done.

They seem to be well staffed on the customer facing end. No long lines with only one teller, like you might see at some retail locations. Mostly friendly, colorful, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Overly helpful at times might I say. Good energy. I guess you get what you pay for - with the long overdue postal rate increases maybe thats what were getting now.
According to tracking my package was at this facility for over a week. I have tried calling countless times and left messages with no answer or call back. Very frustrating. Just wanted to know if my package was actually still at this facility or if it was lost.
This sorting facility is a disgrace to USPS. When attempting to call, the voicemail is always full and are never able to reach a person. Ive had a package sitting in this location for over 2 weeks with no way to contact them.

4 Certified letters lost the second they hit this distribution center. At least the USPS can brag about their diversity initiatives and how whites are now underrepresented. See their own website...
I delivered a load of mail here. the office staff would probably be more efficient if they werent watching football on the big screen TV in the office which to me seems very distracting. I was sent to the wrong side of the building and it was a waste of time but should have took an hour to 3 hours

My package has been stuck in a loop for 20 days after being originally sent out as FIRST CLASS. Apparently the machine cant read the label. Maybe a human should take the trouble to actually look at the label. It has gone back to the St. Paul facility 5 times. Find the damn package!
Unload here took 20 min, plus friendly stuff, will take load here with out thinking.
They have held my package since 7:40am this morning. I am in Coon Rapids. How hard is it to get it to me? They delivered my other package, and the website for tracking is a joke. No update all day. In fact yesterday when my package was actually due, the site kept telling me my package would be delivered by 8pm. Again, what a joke!!!!!

Delivery app was at 10 am and driver came at 9:45am and sitting there for 3 and half hours and nobody even started yetStay away from this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
