Ive needed Victory towing for 2 separate occasions and each time they were professional and concerned to help fix whats wrong. Its a relief to know that the person helping you cares just as much about your car trouble. Thank you, Victory Towing! Their number is now saved in my phone.

I was stranded in a construction site and my car wont start. I called Victory Towing and Gene immediately responded. Honestly, Gene is a hero. He started as soon as I called and came to my rescue. He also gave me a ride to the auto service shop. He carefully dropped it off at the service and got a couple of photos too.During the drive, we had great conversations and I had a really good time talking with Gene. Another thing to mention is the ride he gave me back home from the service shop since I did not have a car. He is one of the kindest souls I have ever met and this service made my day brighter. Would recommend Gene and Victory Towing 101%. Have a wonderful day.

I recently was towed by this company all I can say is it was a total scam my car was there for a day and I paid $440, and it was only left there because they are “closed” for the weekend I live in Raleigh and was towed while in Durham when trying to get my car I called them multiple times for them not to respond until the next morning I was outside there lot a at 2 in the morning because I couldn’t get an answer and had to get picked up. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with getting my car towed and the most expensive thus company is unfair and greedy and I don’t think it’s right they can tow people when there office is close meaning you won’t be able to get your car until they feel like coming out.

What a pleasant experience using this towing service! I have used them to transport classic cars for my customers. Trust worthy and reliable! Look forward to continuing to rely on them for tows!

Victory Towing & Recovery were very professional and went out of their way to make sure my car was towed/delivered to the auto shop safely. They communicated effectively throughout the process and even sent me a photo of my car safe and sound at the mechanic. Hopefully, I will not be in need of another tow anytime soon- but I would definitely use Victory again.

I purchased a large van with a utility body from a dealer in PA. They shipped it here using a vehicle transport company. When it arrived the driver tried driving it off the flat bed and the back got stuck in the ground then one side fell off the ramp. The company dispatcher called for a wrecker. Almost immediately a boom truck showed up and Tuffy, his wife and son went to work right away. They were kind, calm, competent, fast and efficient. They knew exactly what to do which turned my stress level down several notches, thank goodness. And all this in the dark! At some point, another guy showed up with a rollback truck. Turns out, he was the person the transport company had called. Tuffy just happened to be driving by and thought we might need help so he stopped. Wow!! AND they were already towing a car so they had to unhook it to help us. These folks are top notch! They will get all my towing business from now on and I’ll be telling all my friends and co-workers about them. Thanks Tuffy, Kristina and Sean! You all worked together like a well-oiled machine tonight. Impressive and amazing!
