I was attending another online facility before I found Eleanor health and I am so glad that I decided to switch. The staff here always helps me if I have any issues getting my medicine pushed through with the pharmacy. My peer support person Sasha has been amazing and I feel that I can talk to her freely about anything. The doctors always listen to what you have to say and try to help you the best they can. My therapist Evan always listens and helps also. All around these people have no judgements whatsoever and I have never felt better about the direction I am going in.

PLACE IS ATROCIOUS. I NEEDED A ONE DAY BRIDGE UNTIL MY NEW PRESCRIPTION AND THEY PUT ME THROUGH HELL. DENIED ME THE BRIDGE FOR 24 HOURS AND NEVER CALLED IN WITHDRAWAL MEDICINE. ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMPASSION. STAY AWAY OR BE WARNED.

Sorry, this is long. I couldn’t see a psycatrist for over two months when i started with them, but they did give me an MD named Sara Woodrow to get Suboxone. Since i was already on a lot of medication for depression anxiety and adhd. Dr. Woodrow told me she could keep refilling my meds until i saw the psych doctor. Then when i needed an adderal refill Dr Woodrow accused me of lying saying i hadn’t been on it for a long time when i had just started taking it a month or two ago. I don’t like confrontation and I’m a shy person but i still corrected her and then she was like “okay” and she decided to change me to extended release without really explaining. After that change my life has been in shambles since she decided to change my adderal to extended release. I had already had sleep problems which we had discussed it got a lot worse. I started failing in school and my house is a mess . When i saw her again 2 weeks later she said she didn’t want to change anything until i saw my psychiatrist in 10 days (with depression that an eternity) but yet she felt comfortable to change me to extended release? I tried to tell her how horrible i felt and she suggested i could just stop taking adderal since there would be no side effects (when its lists many withdrawal side effects like depression). I tried to explain to her how my depression has been a-lot worse, and i told her it all changed when i switched, she just said “I’m sorry to hear that.” Why did she feel comfortable enough to change my adderal but not comfortable to switch me back when i started having terrible side effects ?Im guessing she has pre conceived judgements of those who take it. I tried to switch providers but never heard back. It feels like I wasn’t heard unless I made a huge deal and thats a terrible feeling

I can’t say enough great things about Eleanor Health. They are helping me get my life back on track and after 15 years of being on pain meds I can finally live the way I was meant to. Every day is a blessing now, I use to think I needed medicine to get through life but now thanks to them I’m realizing how much life I was missing because of opioids. The nurses, doctors, therapists, and everyone in between are so helpful and willing to go well past their expectations to help me become a more productive person. They are totally about helping people with their addictions and not in it for the money, like most other places. I have been telling everyone about Eleanor Health and my family is forever in debt to them. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is stuck in addiction and wants help.SincerelyChris-

This place is changing the world of recovery. They are a completely different experience than any other addiction treatment facility for continued recovery. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences when it comes to suboxone clinics and IOP’s and from what I can tell about Elanour Health they are 180 degrees opposite. It will be the best decision you’ve made for your recovery. Thank you guys so much I can’t wait to continue my recovery with you!

Great place if you are REALLY serious about your recovery. They have a staff like none other. They ACTUALLY really care unlike Mindpath Health centers Aka Carolina Partners in mental health..who dropped me when I needed them the most...this place will not turn anyone away...they genuinely want to make an impact on the community against the plague of addiction and so they know that most people struggling to get help make excuses not to get help..like...they cant get an appointment THEY ACCEPT WALK-INS HERE!!! that should speak volumes...on top of that they will not turn anyone away bc they do not have cash ready to throw down....seriously...life is better with them...at least for me...I feel better and better every week...and before I found this place...I almost lost complete hope in the medical community and myself in general.
