Wash loaded in 45 minutes of my pickup appointment. Ms Elizabeth did a fantastic job

Friendly staff and quick to load a truck. There is only a few spots on the street to park so do not show up before the appointment time. They wont let you in more than a few minutes before.

Ive been at these company many times. Once the load was not ready and I spent day there. Other than that they load fast. They go by appointment. They have truck parking on the side of the road. No one complains about it.

Finally loaded after 6 hours past appointment time. At least 5 docks only load 2 trucks at a time and will refuse to let you in gate to even turn around even though you are on time but loads not ready. 3 hours to load, signs that say no sleeping while being loaded. They have truck parking on street even though no parking signs there thats where they direct you to wait when THEY are behind schedule.

This company hires illegal immigrants using someone elses identity very unprofessional.

They said appt but when youll be there on time they will tell you wait another 12 hours product is not ready. Leasy pantdropers

Had 15:00 appt. Called ahead to see if we could arrive early. They said come on over. Arrived at 11:30, loaded by 12:05. Cant beat it, personnel nice and professional

U are not going in until your appointment, but when u going in a dock they load u quick ...
