We use these folks for our school magazine and various other print jobs. The quality is always excellent and they’re quick to provide quotes. We’ll keep using them for sure.

So I’m giving them 4 stars simply for these facts alone. “I” personally have not had any problems out of them. Except for someone contacting me threatening to turn my $200 dollar bill into collections. However it was past due but I had genuinely forgot about it. I’ve had business cards made since then which were pretty prompt and I had magnets made which were pretty prompt as well. Overall to date I am satisfied with AdResources performance. I do have a buddy who has been waiting on t-shirts a while. I think it honestly all depends on who you talk too. I’ve gotten prompt responses from one person while my buddy hasn’t from another. Customer service could be improved on as far as keeping in contact with customers and letting them know how their project is moving along. Other than that I am happy with the quality of work and timely manner in which my stuff has been delivered.

Worst printing service...did not tell me in advance about the charges and for a simple black and white print charged me $10
