Greenway Irrigation installed several hundred feet of drip line for us. We were impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness in completing the jobs (it took multiple visits) and addressing our concerns. We were particularly impressed with the work of Danny, Brian, and Ethan. These men took exceptional care to do things right and do them efficiently. Our shrubs and small trees look better than they ever have!

Great experience from start to finish. Matthew was great. He was prompt and courteous, and he always did what he said he’d do without our having to call and follow-up. Brian and Ricardo were the installers. They were very friendly, explained what they were doing, and always checked with us before they did anything cosmetic, such as placement of the controller, to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. Now we just wait and watch the plants grow😃

We had them out to install drains on the sides of our house to alleviate flooding issues in our side yards and back yard. Mike and Demond were amazing!!! Greenway recently installed a new sprinkler for me. They did an excellent job and we’re very happy with the system. We needed a few adjustments made to the system after our sod was installed. Greenway responded immediately and Chris Spirio came and took care of the adjustments the following day. He was also very careful with the new sod and made sure that everything was back in place properly following the work.

I received the best service yesterday. I called with sprinkler issues and Leslie responded almost immediately. I was concerned I couldnt get anyone out to my house for weeks but said she would have someone out that day. Chris came out to my house and diagnosed all issues and repaired them onsite and didnt leave until everything completed. Very pleased

We have a large lawn renovation in progress. Last week Oscar and Chris S. worked on updating and repairing our irrigation system. They collaborated very well with our landscaping plan.Augustin and also Chris S. have been back to further improve the updates as the lawn installation progresses.Overall we are very happy with their service, communication and professionalism, and kudos to the prompt response time in the office.

After being given only a few minutes notice of a scheduled routine service visit, the technician identified that a Rainbird solenoid valve needed to be replaced. They didnt have a solenoid with them and proposed to replace the entire valve instead for an upcharge. I declined. Over 3 weeks later, they finally provided a quote to replace the solenoid: $83 for the solenoid and wire nut, $230 for 2 hours of labor, $24 tax, $337 total! Look elsewhere if you need timely service or reasonable rates.

Technician was knowledgeable, thorough and explained work well. Chris also kept me informed throughout the job. Took photos and texted when I was not able to be on site.

Let me start by saying that I am not one to give poor reviews often. It takes a lot for me to take the time to do it. But in this situation I think it is necessary. I have given Greenway plenty of time to address the problem without resolution and even response.I am signed up for their member irrigation start up/shut down service plan. That means I pay more in advance to have priority for spring and fall service. About a month ago, a greenway employee(who was very nice and professional) came out to do our spring start up. Upon his visit, it was found that a valve needed to be replaced. Due to time restraints, it couldnt be completed the same day which was fine. I was told it would be scheduled in the next week or so. No problem. Well it is 5 weeks later and still no replacement. I have called three times and been promised it would be scheduled soon but still nothing. The last time I called, I left a message and it has been two days without a returned phone call.Im not a business owner but the combination of lack of service and response is unacceptable. Im not sure what I just paid over $200 for. I have an irrigation system that is not running and as a result have grass that is turning brown. Ive been more than patient and would just like what I paid for. I will be looking for a new irrigation service and recommend you look elsewhere as well.

Ask for Oscar! He was so fantastic to work with. He had to find an underground leak and several sprinkler heads which hadn’t been used in years and did so in under 90 mins.We bought our house almost a year ago and learned it had an irrigation system after we moved in. I was nervous that the irrigation system wasn’t going to work and/or cost a couple thousand dollars to fix to just make it operational but Oscar got it all up and running and tuned perfectly in the 90 mins he was here.

He quickly analyzes any issues we have and applies a solution -- in a very quick timeline. Today he was doing our Mid Season Checkup, and I showed him a few areas that were not getting as much water as others. He suggested changing our some of the sprinklers, and we now have excellent coverage. He does a great job.

Very poor experience working with this company. They didn’t bury wires and irrigation lines, forgot to winterize the back flow meter they installed (which busted and leaked), and now they won’t come fix the issues, meanwhile the plants and sod I paid their sister company, Agape, $40,000 are suffering without watering.

My experience with Greenway Irrigation was a very negative one. My first “red flag” was when it seemed the owner wasn’t able to provide a professional quote/proposal for requested work. I still moved forward because they are affiliated with the landscape co I used. I invested more than $3k in several projects w/them earlier this Spring. Seems I wasted my money - leaks and broken valves all over the place (even had to have Aqua dig up my yard) - AND an entire section of drip I paid for was NOT installed and I’ve now got to replace 5 15foot Nelly Stevens trees. Hasentree community - BEWARE Of these imposters and do not make the same mistake I made.

Carlos was fantastic! Very thorough, meticulous, and patient. I’ve never had an irrigation system before so when I called Greenway (they had been maintaining the system, I just recently bought the home), Carlos came out. He explained that their approach was to assign techs by geographic zones and he was going to be my tech going forward. When I explained I was not familiar with these systems, he suggested that I give him some time to run the system, make inspections and adjustments, and repair anything that he found wrong. He explained that he would be drafting notes online to continue the history for my system, and that when he was done, he would email or text notes to me so I would not have to do it. Now I have a succinct explanation of which zones (10 of them) control which parts of the yard!He then went on to explain how the programming works on the control panel in such an easy-to-understand approach that I feel totally comfortable with how to operate it. However, once programmed and monitored, it will be on auto-pilot. Carlos suggested using provided flags to pinpoint problem areas so that when he responded to a service call or was making a routine inspection, he would know precisely what areas I wanted looked at.What I especially liked about Carlos and Greenway is how professional Carlos was, and how he had such positive things to say about Greenway and how they treat their employees. This is a top-notch company!

Chelsea West was very helpful in getting a technician over to our house to adjust the sprinkler system when needed and to check everything out so that sod could thrive. Juan Carlos was the tech who helped repair our irrigation pipes. Very conscientious and professional! He left the grass as undisturbed as possible when digging to make the repair.

Scheduling was a bit problematic--originally scheduled for 8-10a but then mid-day admitted it would be more like 2-5p. However the tech who came at 4:30 was great. Stuck with the job, tried to do an in-place (cheaper) repair, and only then replaced the bad controller valve. Definitely knew what he was doing.

From booking the appointment with miss Chelsea (who was able to answer all 1000 of my questions in such a sweet manner), to Oscar coming out to complete the work (on time, and also super knowledgeable), I am just really impressed by this company! They have awesome service plans to go along with my new irrigation setup, Im so excited to have a fabulous lawn this year! thanks yall :)

Carlos was extremely polite and professional. He took time to explain everything that needed to be done and the reasoning behind it. Some zones in my system were being removed and he saved all of the heads to be used as replacement parts if anything fails in the future. After moving to the triangle I needed to find a new irrigation company. I wanted to find a company that was not only known for professionally installing irrigation systems but one thats also known for providing exceptional service after the installation. Greenway Irrigation is that company. I did lots of research and also went to the Raleigh home shows. I talked with several irrigation contractors including Greenway. More than once I was told that Greenway was the best. When the time came to get an irrigation system installed I called and emailed Greenway several times to get clarification and each time communication with Bobby and Leslie was always very professional. They were just easy to deal with. They handled all of the permitting paperwork and kept me informed during the process. After the installation they trained me on how to use the system. I am a very meticulous person and like things to be in order but I am more than happy with the outcome of our irrigation system. Greenway Irrigation is the best in the triangle area. Carlos was very nice and answered all my questions. He is a very conscientious person and noticed that he could position the rain sensor in a better position so it would be more accurate. He climbed up on a tall ladder and changed it. He also set up the timer for the irrigation system so the lawn will get plenty of water after it is reseeded. He placed flags at all the heads and made a note to have the flags removed after the reseeding has been completed. I was very pleased with the service Carlos provided.
