This company was unresponsive, borderline rude, aloof, and took two extra months on a time sensitive survey assignment that they said would take two weeks. Unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

I saw all the negative comments but still, I decided to call them anyway over there days and two calls still nobody called me back. I agree, don’t waste your time with this company move on.

I used these guys on a job in North Carolina. They are difficult to contact. They could careless about meeting time frames on your job. 48hrs to 72hrs minimum notification to have any work performed when the industry standard is 24 hrs. They take hours to perform work that should take less than an hour. I would never recommend using them. One would think in this economy people would be grateful for work, but instead we are treated as if we should be honored that this company has allowed us the honor of hiring them. Fired them. Replacement company was able to accommodate our time frames wonderfully and without issue even with less notice.

These people are rude and have no customer service. I called and left message with secretary to get an estimate over the phone. A man called me back and when he told me the price, I said oh wow that is high, I didnt know it was that much. He hung the phone up on me. If I could give them no stars I would.
