Terrible experience. We were hired on and told we had allot of work, we worked for 3 weeks, never missed a day, never late, completely one-sided with Spanish to americans, spanish being picked over hard working Americans. We called and were told that we were being put on hold due to lack of materials for the new job coming up....we have been waiting to hear from someone to let us know when to come back to work. No one will give us a straight answer......been waiting for almost 3 weeks now to come back.....over 100 people were hired.....only 15 people actually stayed working....all Spanish. Most unprofessional company with leaders and management not knowing what to tell their employees. To mark who is the director of operations, u told me u would call me back and u know u have put allot of people at an inconvenience, with promises of work and production then nothing......how can u run a successful business when u do this to hardworking families...same to jenny ....who in the beginning told us they had work for 6 months....3 weeks, no one takes a job for 3 weeks, we want permanent work.........so if ur looking just for that, dont sign up for this company. Getting hired and let go so shortly but me in a terrible bind with bills and a place for my family to stay............UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST.

Dont bother wasting your time it is not permanent or full time they only use you for a week or two then tell you production is low they dont need you.

It is good for work and what I like the most is that we work from Monday to Thursday and I have a day to do my personal things midweek

The worst job I have ever had!They do not guarantee the 40 hours that they say at the beginning. They are unprofessional, when they run out of material they send people to the house no matter what, and they simply tell them to call them back, they have rested me several times, on one occasion it was for 2 weeks.They take advantage of employees and treat women very badly, they cant even go to the bathroom when they have their period! The cafeteria is in poor condition, they have few ovens to heat lunch and they send too many people at the same time, a suitable space for 30 people, sometimes they send more than 50, many of us ate on the floor.The supervisors think they own the company, especially one Ani, and they treat the employees very badly and have their own group of favorites who even take breaks with them!They are not meeting minimum insulation standards! Even a case of contagion has already been confirmed in the Durham company, that is, there must be more infected!They are running out of employees because most people are committed to taking care of themselves and staying at home while COVID19 reduces their spread. They take care of their supervisors through masks, but the other employees only distance them.The only thing they are interested in is producing, they are not at all interested in the health of their employees!I repeat again, the worst experience of my life!
