I left a message for a call back and they never responded.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I had a laptop screen light problem and I took it to another computer repair shop a couple of months ago and they told me it was the motherboard. I received a response in 3 days about what was wrong with my pc. However, I wanted to get a second opinion from another computer repair shop.I took my laptop to this company and it took one month to tell me its a motherboard problem after trying the screen cable, inverter and shipping parts back and forth to troubleshoot the problem. I had to keep asking for status every 2 weeks before I even received any updates. That was the first problem. The only problem I had when I took it in was a screen light problem. I told them to go ahead and repair it since I still wanted this laptop. When I picked it up and brought it home, it was so slow and the power adapter wasnt charging the battery. I took it back and told them there is still a problem and they need to fix it. The cost was $200When I picked it up I was told it was a virus that caused these problems and that its fixed. I explained the screen lighting is visible now but its still dim. I was charged an additional $50 for virus removal. Their attitude to me was basically I would just have to deal with it. Nevertheless, I had none of these problems before hand as I had told them. I took it home and I had to reboot my laptop several times because I was getting a black screen with a cursor and the battery still wasnt charging. I removed the battery and the laptop booted normally.I shouldve just took the time to take the laptop apart myself and troubleshoot it by swapping out parts several times as this company did. I received poor customer service and I will never deal with them again to fix anything. I have just decided to eat the cost and take the loss. As usual, they made it seem the other problems are software related and there before. The problem is that I didnt have these software problems until I took it to this place.Never ever ever again, I am basically now dealing with a laptop with a dim screen
