OnPar Technologies in engaged in ongoing work with our Non-profit organizations Office 365 rollout to about 75 users. They were selected out of 4 potential Certified Microsoft vendors because they listened to us, understood what we were asking for, and gave a quote that was spot on in terms of fulfilling our needs.Other vendors simply did not listen (or didn’t follow up) during the proposal process and quoted us things we did not need or would not work with our organization. If a vendor is not paying attention during the initial process there is no expectation they would pay attention down the road.OnPar has been very reasonable and fair, and they are responsive and knowledgeable-what more could you ask for? Theyre a rapid path to reaching Microsofts internal support, and their rates are reasonable when they need to take on a support task themselves.I can buy M365 directly from Microsoft, so if Im going to have a partner, Im looking for a group that knows my specific situation and needs, and is there to be an ally in providing for those needs.
