Fast and great technical resources for Cisco / Meraki.
I first came to know the work of engineers Greg Wassil and Pete Burgess at ITSco about twelve years ago, while at a large, multi-office medical practice, and have found them to be excellent technical partners, whether providing remote support for Dell / EMC systems, complex Cisco switches or wireless solutions. In addition to having excellent technical backgrounds and experience, both are genuinely nice people, equally at ease talking with in-house technical staff and the C-level people who sign the checks.When I moved to a small tax and estate law firm, I re-connected with ITSco for all of our firms software purchases, SonicWall licensing and Office 365 tenant services, and find their prices and service to be second to none.My best and favorite ITSco service experience happened one Friday night about a year ago, when an old out-of-warranty Dell switch breathed its last. I had been on-site, trying to get someone from (gigantic) Dell to sell me a simple switch. No one would help because it was after business hours, on a Friday, etc. No one.I sent an email to Marla Wolf at ITSco, and she answered me back THAT NIGHT and got me engineers recommendations for (better) Cisco switches right away. By the time someone from Dell managed to contact me on Monday, the new Cisco switches were already on order with ITSco.The firm recently purchased a new Dell server from ITSco, at a better price than I could order it directly, and with technical oversight from people I trust.I give Integrated Technical Services my highest recommendation.
I have been working with itsco for several years. Glenn and Rich are particularity great techs and very easy to work with. Vinny in sales is great too. I recently work with Rich on a network project and he really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
