We had a very positive experience working with Trinity. While they specialize in historical homes and our home is not (unless you count early 90s as historical), we were drawn to the company because of their responsiveness, organization, and transparency. They helped gut the back of our house, build a beautiful custom kitchen, turn a screened porch into a 4-season room, and replaced all the windows and doors in our house. It was always easy to get in touch with Dan via phone, email, or text and he was professional and responsive to all our questions, concerns, and plans. Transparency (and accuracy) in the budget, billing, and timeline was also a tremendous plus. The project turned out great and we highly recommend Trinity.

We highly recommend Trinity Design/Build! Lee, Jody, Steven, and Mike were a fantastic team - we truly enjoyed working with them on our custom new construction home. From start to finish, the folks at Trinity were transparent, straightforward, professional, flexible, and communicative. We have a gorgeous home that fits the neighborhoods character and managed to come in UNDER budget! We were engaged and involved in the decision making process and always felt like we received honest guidance from our Trinity team.

Trinity did an amazing job to help us restore the Hill House, a 1912 historical home used for civic purposes. They were helpful, responsive, and took great care to ensure even the smallest details were finalized to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Trinity. The Trinity team is the best!

We decided that we would enjoy our 50 year-old house even more with a modification to improve flow from the front door to the back family room. So, we removed the woodburning fireplaces and shared chimney in this 2-story home to create a walk-through opening between the living room and family room. In the walk-through, we decided to install a wood medallion floor to connect the two rooms. Oh, by the way, we made a late decision to refinish the 50 year-old oak floor in all the rooms as well.Trinity did a fabulous job in executing the plan. Great to work with, they were able to work to our tight schedule. One of their strongest attributes is communication. Updates with questions along the way to ensure we were all on the same page occurred frequently. Another real strength is being willing and able to get it done, including when we asked for additional work. And, of course, managing the subcontractors to ensure quality in every aspect is an attribute they excel in.Were planning a large sunroom addition to make this home our last. We will definitely contract with Trinity for this very significant work. I highly recommend them. They know what theyre doing. And theyre great to work with.

Nice job! Lee Kane and his team pulled off a modest but complicated assignment extremely well. The work was done with care and consideration for our situation, here in the #StayHome times. The crew were thoughtful, capable, and careful, a pleasure to have around. Cleanup was impressive, better than new, and their follow-up has been timely and thorough. Thank you all!

We recently completed a 6-month project to design and build an addition to our 1920s bungalow, while reconfiguring a section of the existing structure and upfitting almost everything else. Other reviewers echo our thoughts exactly: we were prepared for a difficult experience, but at every step the Trinity team was professional, conscientious, detail-oriented, trustworthy and approachable. They were truly a joy to work with and we’d heartily recommend them to anyone. There are a couple of things I’d like to highlight:First, our house has been our longtime home, and it has a lot of history beyond our own. Respecting the character of the house meant a lot to us; Jody, Lee and everyone who worked on our project seemed on board with this before we mentioned it. They brought a level of craftsmanship to both the design and construction phases that I believe would be hard to find elsewhere.Next, we could tell that Trinity’s cost and time estimation practices benefit from their experience (especially their experience with older homes); they were conservative in areas where we were most likely to encounter surprises, which proved essential for keeping our expectations in line with reality. They were able to complete our project ahead of schedule (!) and on budget. Finally, I’m not sure you could find a construction team more committed to cleanliness: we visited our job site nearly every day and saw first-hand how regularly trash was cleared, surfaces were swept clean, and materials were organized. I’m positive this contributed to the timeliness and overall success of our project. In summary, 10/10![This review was also submitted to houzz.]

We had a great experience with Trinity Design/Build. They carried out the planned rennovations and extensions with a thorough eye to detail and we are very happy with the results on our house. Their web system is very convenient for selecting fixtures, appliance, etc. Communications were very friendly and responsive.
