Our business has used RestorePro for the third time this past week. I thought it was about time that I take the time to say something nice about them. We are a historic, mid-rise apartment building in Raleigh. Our projects are on the smaller side for them but they have treated our business with the utmost care and respect. We have found the team at RestorePro to return our calls quickly, get an estimator to our site also, quickly and best of all, we have found them to be quite reasonably priced! We will use them again, should the need arise.

Jake and the restore pro team were AWESOME! Jake was on time for every appointment and always returned texts and calls. The process was informative and moved quickly with a solid plan of action. Our bathroom remodel from a plumbing leak came out beautiful which included all new tile, paint, plumbing, shower reconstruction and glass installation. Highly recommend Jake and his team to navigate you through a tough ordeal! A plus is how clean and organized the guys worked.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. The work performed was great and I cant say enough about the customer service. The project manager Kyle was amazing and literally always on time. The work was completed quickly and the finished work was superb. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend this company for all of the reasons above and more!

This review is based on the contractor Jaimie Wood. The day of my house fire was devastating for me . Jaimie reached out and helped make sure that I/we understood everything that was happening from that day going forward and he made sure that my family was not too overwhelmed being they lost mostly everything inside. My wife and I are retired and very particular about the cleanliness of our home. After a dishwasher leak onto hardwood flooring, RestorePro was on the job within 24 hours of the call on a Sunday. We had stopped the leaked and suctioned up the water immediately. Cory and his crew quickly removed the kitchen cabinets, appliances and affected hardwood flooring. Drying was immediately commenced both in the house and underneath. The damaged portion of the house was encapsulated in plastic with zipper openings for easy access and the subfloor covered with heavy cardboard. The crew checked daily (including weekends) on the drying process. We most appreciated their communication, arriving when promised, their courtesy and attention to detail with a minimum of mess. There is no way to make this a pleasant experience but Cory and the crew made it is as tolerable as possible. We are using RestorePro for the reconstruction and will highly recommend them to our friends when the need arises.

I’m very happy with the work performed by RestorePro. I arrived home to most of my house being flooded so I called on a Sunday after a holiday and Corey Ritter’s crew was out in less than an hour to start the drying out process. They worked directly with the insurance company to get an estimate together. I also used them for the reconstruction process. Chris Davis’s crew did good work. I felt informed about what was going on throughout the process. I appreciated the weekly calls from Ashley or Molly just to make sure I was happy with everything and to see if I had any questions. There was an issue that arose after construction was finished and Chris quickly got someone out to take care of it. I highly recommend RestorePro.

We had water damage to our flooring due to an overflowing toilet. What a nightmare! However, I immediately reached out to RestorePro (around midnight) and I was connected with the on call Manager right away who walked me through my next steps. I am thankful for Josh Oliver for getting his amazing crew to my home right away (on an early Sunday am) and reassuring me that they would take care of us and not to worry. RestorePro really went above and beyond helping to address the mold issues I was having in my house. Joe came out for the initial inspection and was extremely thorough and checked out every issue I asked about no matter how small. He was happy to answer any and all of my questions and give recommendations for how to prevent the mold from returning. He came out immediately after calling and had a team come the next day to perform the cleaning. Jimmy and Chris were absolutely wonderful and cleaned all of the mold beyond what I thought was possible. My insurance claim adjuster referred me to RestorePro after the initial company that I choose to help me couldn’t meet me timeline. I had a bathroom shower leak that was leaking through the tiles that affected the lower level bathroom. When the tiles were lifted up to assess the damages, the results were really bad as part of my subfloor was rotted. I was really stressed about this happening since I recently just purchased my home.When I contacted RestorePro I spoke with Summer and she was very professional and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. She sent Jamie out who assessed the damages. He went over the repairs that would be needed and wrote up a quote for me on the same day. After assessing the damages, a quote and a timeline was giving to me. I agreed to everything as it was reasonable and very fair. I was then assigned Phillip Love as my project Manager. Philip was the best project manager that I could ever ask for. He really helped my wife and I overcome our anxiety with this process. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got back our home to its original condition with no disappointments. Phil was very patient with me and I really appreciate that since I was a challenge customer who was particular in my needs. This company was referred to us by our Insurance company after rain had got into our house due to poor roof design. Initially the communication was great and then once we decided to use them, the communication fell off. We reached out to our insurance company and the communication picked back up to where we started off. RestrorePro came and did the watering meditation the next day. They assisted me in getting my insurance claim. The only reason the entire job took so long was because of the insurance. Once the insurance company approved the claim. RestrorePro was on the job pronto. The flooring we originally ordered was on backorder for 3 months. RestrorePro talked to the insurance company and got them to allow an upgrade in flooring. They did the sheet rock and painting in one day. You cant tell where repairs were made. Once the flooring came in, it was 2 days to complete the job. One to lay the floor and the next to paint the baseboard. They even came back to move my antique secretary back in place. RestrorePro frequently called to ask how things were going. Ill be using them in the future for any damage. I give them 4.5 🌟.

Do not do business with Fayetteville and Aberdeen location they over charged my aunt and then sent there guy to her job to get check knowing that the sump pump wasn’t hooked up so now she has to pay a Electrion for something that should of been done.

Thus far I have had to go out of my way to figure out who what when and why . This has become a hinder on my family and myself since we been residing in a hotel over a month now. One electrical outlet seems to be easy replaced and fixed but when we are the dislocated party in all this seems the process / communication is little to none. I shouldnt have to find out and track down the professionalism of any repair company when Im already out of my home, not to mention my family is also on the go. I would expect better communication and readiness since the insurance company is paying more for my hotel stay then many times over for the repais. I had initially had one electrician come inspect the fire damage, to only have that selected person not even come back to work on my home. They were replaced by a 2nd electrician, of whom I have to figure out the remedy. Yesterday was suppose to be the meet up day here it is 5am Tuesday morning and I have no clue when our home will be repaired. They arrived promptly and removed damaged ceiling and insulation, as well as utilized fans to dry out the areas exposed to moisture. One day, I came home from work thinking Id be able to relax. Instead, I came inside to rain pouring down from the kitchen ceiling because my son left on the bathroom faucet all day (9+ hours).I never had to deal with this before, so I googled and chose RestorePro based on all the positive reviews.From start to finish, it was an incredibly positive experience.
