Clarence is an excellent mechanic and skilled especially with the older cars that many of us are trying to keep running. I had him replace the rear differential and the axle shafts of my 84 Mercedes 300D. The price was reasonable and the work done right. This shop is a one-man operation as of now and running out of the mechanics home shop. Sometimes you may have to work on finding parts yourself or you may have to call a couple of times to get an answer on the phone however the money you save is worth it for me.
Great people and great service! I highly recommend.
I have been doing business here for over twenty years because of their integrity and customer care...nice family-owned business, not a corporate franchise!
I bought my first Mercedes, a 300SDL in 1994 and shortly there after I met Clarence of Allen’s Wrench. From that point to the present, Clarence has been an outstanding mechanic. He not only has serviced my car, but my wife’s as well. To date, Clarence has serviced a total of eight Mercedes. Allen’s provides excellent and quality service. One of the issues I had with past mechanics, is I was over charged and at times paid for something that I didn’t need. It’s a wonderful feeling to have a mechanic that’s professional and honest. Allen’s Wrench is the BEST.
What a blessing to have met Mr. Clarence. True servant.
Took a 1998 E320 Wagon for repairs a couple years ago and never wrote a review, but havent had a problem since. They replaced a transmission part that at first we thought was going to be an entire tranny. Having some issues with the electrical system and have just called to make an appointment! Very pleased with there service, attitude, and willingness to show me exactly what was wrong....even let me tour the shop!
Charged $150 to fix an AC problem, that was not fixed. Called the next week and was told I would have to wait another 2 weeks before he could look at the car again. He stopped returning my calls.
