I just wanted to say how DISAPPOINTED I am with the service from this agency. I have been a longtime customer of Allstate and have dealt with several agents over the years. I have never had such poor service as Ive had with this agency. Had to make several calls to get anything done and even then changes I requested were never made. Ive called on more than one occasion and their voicemail box was full. Also, when you call the message does not even identify it as being an Allstate agent. Poor service and bad communication.

Horrible!! After signing the paper work, its really hard to contact with this agent. He does not response to our emails and voicemail.

I hope very much that this is a very long-term relationship。
