These are the best people to work with. all you have to do is let them know what you need and it gets done. I purchased a vehicle and emailed them the information and the next morning everything was complete. Why go any where else.

Staff are friendly but the parking lot and drive way is a nightmare. Its so steep and small. If your driving a big vehicle keep this in mind.

One of the most appreciable aspects that I love about them is if I am late with my payment, for whatever reason, they will give me a phone call to remind me that my payment was due and ask if there is a reason that I needed more time. Andy Jones and State Farm have been my home and auto insurers for over 13 years. I couldnt be more satisfied with their customer service, advice and response. I remember back when we had that big hail storm in Durham, Andy had someone on my roof assessing the damage the next day, while others waited weeks with their insurance companies. I think the claim check was in my hands within the week. He handled everything when I was in a hit and run, in rental car in California with just one phone call. There was even a time when I got hit with a baseball at the Durham Bulls baseball game and guess who showed up with something cold to reduce the swelling. Yep, Andy Jones. Andy, Christine and his entire team are great to work with and the peace of mind they provide is worth every cent.
