Today, I called Marty Lindseys office to renew my policy and provide an update. This should have taken less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, someone named Aralou answered the phone and demonstrated she was clearly more interested in getting my card number over the phone than answering my questions. Her tone was so RUDE. I am amazed that people without customer service skills are expected to answer the phone and provide good customer service. I clearly had to renew my policy. Why not be pleasant, answer my questions and then allow me to glady provide my payment? Why not be so kind that I recommend your organization to other people? I have been with them for 3 years and never had a problem until today. But this will be the last year. I also initially did not know this, but I think she may be part owner/management. If thats the case, that makes this situation worse. YIKES! Please RUN!
I have enjoyed all my interactions with Marty Lindsey and his staff. Over the past couple years we have a have added and remove vehicles, added our 16 year old to our policy and filed a windshield claim ( thanks to a huge walnut falling on my windshield). State Farm was easy to contact, helpful and quick to act on what ever we needed. And SF had better prices than our last insurance company that we had been with for 30+ yrs.
Marty and his crew are always there to answer my questions and concerns. They even took the time to make sure I understood what to expect with car and home price changes during these covid times. I always enjoy saving money while having people that are efficient and easy to work with.
This agent and State Farm will fight you not to take responsibility on a claim if your looking for confidence in an insurance company look elsewhere.
Easily asscessable, employees are very knowledgeable, and easy to wirh
Im not here because Ive worked with Marty in regards to State Farm. Im here to warn people that while working in a previous role I had a run in with Marty and his capacity as an adviser for a fraternity at the University of North Carolina. His arrogance and demeaning tone of view are not indicative of somebody I would feel comfortable doing business with for something that can directly effect my life.I dont mind being yelled at while doing my job, it was the nature of the business I was in where some people would love you, some people wouldnt. I just feel it necessary to give those who are looking for help a good warning about who it is they are working with.
Great customer service! Everyone was very prompt and helpful. Alyssa is amazing!
