I reached out to Triangle Appliance Repair as they were listed as an authorized repair service for LG washers. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews. I initially reached out via FB and I was given a number to call, left a message, they got back with me shortly and scheduled a time to look at the washer. On the call they asked for the model and when the technician showed up he was prepared to assess the situation. What I thought was terrible, was a simple fix. He showed us what was causing the issue and repaired it quickly and efficiently. He was on time and was quite pleasant. I would definitely use Triangle Appliance Repair again. Thanks to them I dont have to listen to my washer bang during the spin cycle!

Literally have called this company 15 times over a month to try and get up with someone (I left voicemails almost every time) and got only one response to say that they would call me back and I never received that call back. I had an appointment setup for a manufacturer warranty repair from Whirlpool customer service. I called Whirlpool back today to cancel the appointment and re-schedule with someone else since they apparently don’t want my business. During the brief conversation that I had with the individual, it sounded like they were going to charge me a fee for a dryer that was basically brand new and just needed to fetch some connections that was hooked up to a sensor that fell to the bottom from cleaning the dryer vent. Whirlpool happily re-scheduled me and left a note for this company.

Please do not use this business. They are the most unprofessional people. The repairman came and without even looking at the appliance to know the make and model, or telling me what is wrong, within 5 minutes of coming wanted me to pay him. The owner of the business is equally arrogant and ignorant. They have no clue what customer service is. They just want to take your money.Stay away from these fraudulent scammers.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate of the parts and labor to repair. They showed up as soon as the part arrived, worked efficiently and with minimum disruption to the kitchen. Polite, informative, skilled, and reasonable.

It’s sad that this company will never answer their phones but as soon as someone posts a true/honest Google Review they will immediately respond and lie regarding calling customers back. Glad I avoided using them and got an appointment elsewhere. I’m sure the response will be that you don’t see me in your system, that’s because you never answered my multiple calls to set up service. Don’t bother replying to this feedback, you’ll just lie anyway.

Came out to the house to repair a broken oven under warranty. Didnt have the part and said it would be several weeks to order. Part came in a about a week, so not sure if I got lucky or if they underestimated the time to overdeliver on the job.The part was installed but they didnt put the oven back in properly. I called and requested someone come back out, which they did in a timely manner. That person was at the house over 4 hours and still wasnt able to get the oven back in right. Said they would need two people, who came out two days later to finish the job.Although it took a long time to complete a simple job, I dont blame them because as they showed me the base in which the appliance rested was faulty. The builder cut corners and therefore the appliance wasnt properly installed. They didnt charge me anything, even though the amount of man hours was quite extensive.Would certainly recommend and use them again.Only advice to management is to get someone to pick up the phone and be more active about calling back in a timely manner to confirm appointments. I had to call several times to fix the issue and each time was annoyed with an extensively long voicemail and not get a call back until the repair man was already in route.

This is probably the worst place to go .They do not answer their phones and do not care about the individual they are servicing. My fridge has been out for over a month. They came and said they had to order a part- gave me no time frame. I called a week after they came to ask the status and they do not answer. After my work is complete i will be sure to contact the BBB and file a compliant also. This company should not be working with the public.I have 5 children in my home due to covid and i have not been able to have milk or anything for my children and they seem to NOT CARE. DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE

A repairman came out to the house to repair our refrigerator and prior to paying we asked him to provide us with a receipt that included the work that was done, the diagnosis made by the company and a statement of the warranty for parts and labor. The repairman said he could not provide us with such a receipt and continued to demand payment. We restated our need for the receipt and the repairman got combative in a way that made us uncomfortable having him in our home. We asked him to leave and requested that he have the office send us the receipt so that we could then make payment. He honored our request to leave but not before he brusquely pulled from my hand the paper he had previously handed me. The repairman also did not conduct himself well during the repair. Several times he dismissed our request to protect the refrigerator door from being damaged by the wall. Finally WE placed a shim behind the wheel so that the refrigerator door had the necessary clearance. Throughout the servicing the repairman expressed frustration and we believe that he was cursing to himself at a low volume, but not low enough for it to go unheard. We expect people who come into our home to treat us with respect and make us feel comfortable in their presence. This was not the case and we would never have this company come back to our home.

I had a good experience. Called on Friday; got an appointment for Tuesday. Was promised that they would call on Monday to give me a two-hour appointment window. The promise was kept! The technician actually arrived 15 minutes early (called ahead to give me a heads up). And my washer is fixed.

Chris, the repairman came to fix our dishwasher and only turned the water on under the sink and told to call back if there were any problems and that since he charged me $80 just to turn the water on he would come back for free. A few weeks went by and it stopped working. I called and left a lot of messages, no response. When I called the company they said Chris had no authorization to say that he would fix it for free and that since it was over 30 days they would not come. I tried to tell the man on the phone that my mother was moved to hospice so calling about a dishwasher was not something high on my priorities, although I did try calling Chris. The man on the phone got very angry and said this is my company I am not sending any one for free. I asked him if he would at least get the message back to Chris since Chris knew what was going on with this case, and he refused and repeated that it was his company. It was a horrible experience and he was extremely harsh especially considering the circumstances.

Im sitting here waiting on a repair. I scheduled this one week ago and no one has called me to say they are late, the office doesnt answer the phone and they knew I had to be at work in Wake Forest at 4. I guess they are so busy that basic customer service is not necessary.

To start, no phone call to notify me they were not coming when I was scheduled Monday between 8-12... So four of my hours wasted at home, when I could be working during these times, considering I have my own business to run! I had to call, at noon, like most would do when theyre sitting around waiting... Just to be notified that it would now be Wednesday between 1-3... Glad I called so Id know.... Wonder when or if they would have ever called? Lowes should NOT use a company that is ran so poorly. A simple phone call to notify a customer would have been fair/mature of a business. I guess they run theirs different than most... And they must not care about their reviews, I wouldnt either, if Lowes is just going to funnel them business. (My dryer is under warranty in case you were wondering why Lowes was mentioned) Good luck with them if theyre your choice of appliance repair.

I wish all home service companies were as awesome as Triangle Appliance Repair. Had a power surge throw an error code on my Bosch stove. Looked up the code and ordered the part. Called Triangle Appliance Repair to install it. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Owner Todd came out and immediately noticed there were two different parts...I’d only ordered one. Todd showed me what to order, how it could easily be installed DIY, but also offered to install it himself for an extremely reasonable price, gave me his cell number to follow up. I ordered the part, installed it like Todd instructed, all is fixed! Great company- thank you!!!!

My partner had a very disappointing experience with a dishwasher repair that echoes some of the other reviews. She called several weeks before Thanksgiving for a clogged drain line in a dishwasher, waited 2 weeks, they came out, did assessment & charged for that visit. Then before Thanksgiving, they did a fix & it leaked all over the floor. She called again, but they were not available till after Thanksgiving, and no apology for the leak nor did they ask if there was water damage. Then came after the holiday and charged yet again, claiming it was a different problem (had they verified the first fix worked better, there would have been no leak and I assume they would have fixed this separate problem since it was in the same drain line). Final cost: over $400 total. Brusque at times; would not recommend. Im glad others have had positive experiences...

Our freezer had an internal leak. The owner came out, diagnosed it, order the parts and came and fixed it. While here, we were talking about appliance repairs. He said he is pretty careful about the guys who work for him, wants to know if there are any problems. He is the only one in his company who works on Miele so I know when my induction cooktop has issues as it will, the top person will be the one to come. I was very impressed with him because weve had other companies out and I wasnt happy.

Opinion: Company is a joke if not maybe a ripoff. This is my opinion and experience.First, you call and seek a service request, and then Triangle Appliance Repair schedule you for an appointment. Then, they come out with a tech -- lets call him Biff -- and tell you what you already know: e.g., your ice maker is screwed up or the board on your stove needs to be replaced.Lets go back to that first call to Triangle Appliance Repair. You call. They schedule and warmly warrant that they can fix your appliance problem. What they do not tell you -- and cannot contractually obligate you to as nothing here is of a meeting of the minds -- is that your service call to tell you everything you already know -- you need a new ice maker -- and, then, for telling you what you already know, you owe Triangle Appliance repair 95 bucks (or something close to it). In my experience, the gal or guy on the phone never told you about this insidious fee.As for the diagnostic call. It takes Biff 10 minutes TOPS to tell you what he and you already knew-- a replacement part needs to be ordered and installed -- and then you are left with the 95 (or close to) bill, which you have never heard of. It takes about 10 minutes for all of this. 10 minutes is at most .2 an hour. On an hour basis, my raw math equals 380 an hour. Thats ridiculous. So I went through this ordeal with these Yahooos from Triangle Appliance Repair, a couple of times. Once, was for my ice maker. I paid the service call and then labor for the install for some non-OEM replacement that never worked well, and then the tech said would never work well through the door because of some reason I never understood (I have spent the last two years digging my grimy hands into the ice bin, rather than conveniently pressing a button on the face of my fridge, because Triangle Appliance Repair wanted to not execute a proper repair. ). So, in essence, Triangle Appliance never fixed the problem. The tech was like, I dont know what to tell you. You have ice, but you have to open up the freezer and dig in there to get the ice because [I dont know how to fix allowing it to come out of where it is supposed to from the front of the refrigerator].Lowest recommendation I can give, and it is deserved. I could go on about Triangle Appliance Repair attempts to resolve issues regarding my stove. I hate this company. Its practices and performances are less than sub-par. This is all opinion, but I hope others can save themselves from what I believe to be questionable practices.
