What a great company. On time, professional, and fast. He came in said hello asked where the refrigerator was as we discussed on the phone and began fixing it. We had a leak for several months thinking we needed a new refrigerator. Ended up it was a defrost malfunction. All fixed for under $200.00. Thanks Doc.

Very knowledgeable and honest. I received detailed advice over the phone to troubleshoot the problem before he would come out and actually charge me for a service visit. I would absolutely call him again for repairs.

Fantastic experience. He had me check all sorts of things on the freezer while we were on the phone, then gave us detailed instructions for resolving the issue ourselves to save us the service charge. It worked like a charm. Well definitely call him any time weve got an appliance issue.

Honest repairman...I called to see if I could get a quote for repairing my stove top and unfortunately, he did not carry the parts for my particular brand of stove top. Rather than telling me good luck and sending me on my way, he asked me what was wrong with it and talked me through some quick fixes that may fix it without sending a repair person. Sure enough, it was just resetting the fuse, which I was able to do by myself for free. Even though it did not get him any business, he was still kind enough to help me troubleshoot. I have much respect for this kind of business ethic.

All the reviews are on point. I called Appliance Docktor and the man was very honest about what my problem may be and helped me figure out that the compressor on my refrigerator was bad, and that a replacement would be more cost effective than a repair. Havent actually used him yet for repairs but definitely has my business if something comes up in the future.

Washer stopped agitating/spinning...I remembered the great experience recently with a refrigerator and immediately called the Doc! Just like before, he had diagnosed the problem before he ever arrived and with expert precision was done in just a few minutes. Exceptional value for and exceptional level of service! Ive called the Appliance Doktor several times over the years for help with appliances in rental houses. He will always ask questions before he comes out to see if its worth fixing so that you dont waste money on a service call. When he comes out he is courteous and great to work with. Unfortunately, nowadays its usually not repairing these appliances and its often cheaper to replace them.

He was very informative and not looking to use you to make money off service calls. Tell him your issues and he can confidently make a close diagnosis to tell you if your items are worth servicing or just better off replacing for the money spent.

These reviews are absolutely correct. Call the Docktor! He talked me through the problem with my refrigerator and encouraged me to try to fix it on my own before calling him out there.

You have to respect a repairmans ethics when he refuses to take your money for a washing machine thats better off being replaced. I would recommend him to anyone.
