Five stars. When my car needed a jumpstart, I called Bo Deans. They got the job done, very straightforward. No mistakes, no unreasonable delays, no hassles. And no one made me feel embarrassed that my old car wasnt working perfectly (which has happened to me with some other auto repair mechanics). Lennie was polite and easy to communicate with. Misfortune happens is how I am able to have gotten to know these kind folks. I will say that my car was towed because of an event happening and me being slightly careless on moving my car as I normally would. Either way these folks took good care or my ride and the expenses of it. They were willing to expenses and understand financial difficulties and seem willing to help with the cost. Everyone there smiled and made my experience not as unpleasant as can be. The office there is even friendly that I was disappointed on not being there not long. Speed is very much a thing there when get your vehicle back on the road. Thank you for being there and being the company who towed me...

Best towing company in Durango. I will never use anyone but them. Some of the kindest people Ive ever met. My friend hit an elk and took his vehicle to them for repair and you would never know he even hit one, they kept him in the loop about everything. I myself have used their service and give Bo Deans 5 stars. Excellent company hands down.

They are not good,they will keep your vehicle My truck got stolen from my property an I reported it well Bo Deans retrieve it an they were supposed to contact the owners so I can pick it up well they have had it for around six months an wont let me pick it up an even reported it to state troopers still wont give it back. I have the title an bill of sale.They want me to pay them 1,200 just to get it back. I JUST BOUGHT IT FOR 3,500 AND WHAT??????

While traveling we had encountered some damage to our cargo trailer. At the time we were in New Mexico headed to Durango, CO. After a few phone calls to other shops who couldn’t help us on our time constraints, we talked to Rhonda from Bo Dean’s. She was very helpful and friendly. In mmmm my panic she reassured me that they handle things like this all the time. The guys in the shop patched us up with a temp fix in a hurry. They are genuinely helpful and very professional. Hopefully we don’t need them again but if we are back in the area and need help they will be our first call.

I was visiting my parents from Oakland, CA. They live up in Falls Creek Ranch and a bear decided it needed to get into my car (even though nothing was in it). The door was preyed open (not to mention the clawed front bumper....) I couldnt even close the door. Bo Deans came to tow the car and they also did a temporary fix to the door so I could drive it back home. They were amazing! Helpful and kind. The fix was done quickly and allowed me to drive the car home. Lifesavers! I hope I never need their services again, but I can highly recommend them for towing and body work!

This is a great company. I own the limousine service in town and have been using them for towing and bodywork for almost 20 years. I look forward to going into the office and visiting with Dennis and Rhonda. I have watched them interact with customers and they are always sincerely helpful to everyone. The truck drivers and guys in the body shop are always friendly too, and they do real good work. Best in Durango!

I had the MOST AWESOME experience at Bo Deans.I was traveling to visit family in Durango when my car was hit by debris that flew from an oncoming vehicle. In addition to major damage to the hood of my car, I had parts on the front end that were literally hanging/dragging as I drove. I was hoping for a quick fix that would enable me to drive home. I was referred to Bo Deans by a local. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my trip home would be safe. Repairs were quickly performed at a minimal cost. I cannot tell you the relief I feel. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. They were amazing. Thank you Bo Deans!!

These guys absolutely saved our butts and went above and beyond to help us out twice in a week! From the lady and guy who answered the phone to the driver, everybody was super nice and helpful. Nobody else in town would help us tow a motor home same day except for these guys! The driver (Wayne) was amazingly helpful both times!! I had a very impressive experience. I was towed by a very nice lady at new what she was doing. Just bought a new car lost the key to it it needed to be towed to the dealer to make a new key. The lady that towed my car was very careful. And I was very happy with the service.

My trailer and i were stranded on the shoulder of a busy highway in Durango. Kyle came right out, knew exactly how to get my trailer onto the flatbed with no issues and over to McNeals Auto Repair for a new wheel bearing and more. Kyle was courteous, knowledge and quick. Great company. Would absolutely use them again!

I called into the office, and the gentleman told me that they charge 250$ per hour. He also said that he would give me a better deal than that, but when his guys came out they ended up charging me 300$ for 20 minutes worth of work. Needless to say they ended up charging me even more than what they quoted me, I wont be using their services anymore. Dissapointed!!!

This place is a joke. My insurance rep recommended them back in January 2014. I had used them on a previous repair on a different vehicle. They were very difficult to deal with then, but I didnt know the car had been previously wrecked so I gave them some allowance for their poor customer service and treating me poorly. 2nd wreck, different car, It took them over 2 months to fix my car and it still had alignment issues from a front bent arm they never discovered (they had to replace a rim that was directly hit in the wreck, but didnt check the arms), the headlight wasnt aimed as the adjuster on the brand new headlight wont work, and the custom painted pinstripe is the wrong color, size and looks like it was painted on by a 4 year old. My contact at Bo Deans is a miserable man to deal with. Always insulting, belittling, and didnt care much at all so I have refused taking it back to them. Today, after nearly a year of my insurance telling me they would take care of it at a different location, told me it is my responsibility to deal with this company. I called my contact at Bo Deans only asking for them to fix the headlight. He agreed to look at it, but said if the adjuster is broke its not their fault. I will not deal with them. Nothing like what I would expect such as, we stand by our work or sorry to hear that youre having issues. He made it very clear they arent covering it, but go ahead and let us take a look. The sound of his voice makes me cringe. I would rather pay $700 for the second new light and install it myself rather than seeing these jerks. I would run swiftly the other way!

Bo Deans was recommended by my insurance company for accident repairs. We are from out of state and they treated us as if we were members of the community. Repairs were superb and accommodating us from out of state was above and beyond. You can depend on Bo Deans to get the job done.

My insurance company sent me here in June 2015 to repair a top to my car and today they called to say my insurance company wants me to go somewhere else. REALLY!!! NO CALLS or Communication!!! They say they will call you back but then they dont. Months have gone by and I have remained patient and now this. I have a convertible that is missing a window and yes its been since JUNE. I would have got it taken care of last summer had I known they were going to do this.After talking with my insurance company, I was told BO Deans has never spoke with them.DO NOT USE THEM!!!! LIARS!!!

These guys are great. We were stranded on the side of the mountain between Durango and Silverton with a huge camper. they towed us to a RV lot and set me up and then towed my truck to the shop. they recommended places to stay and have the truck worked on since we were out of towners. The person on the phone was great and the driver was even better. I think his name was Dominick (I hope thats right). he was super nice and very helpful. Great place to do business with.

Our pickup was stolen from Cortez, CO on the evening of Monday, October 22, 2018 and it was recovered in the WalMart parking lot in Durango, CO the next day.The truck was then transported to the Durango Police Substation approximately 4 miles away. To make a bad situation even worse, we were victimized not only by the truck being stolen, but also by Bo Deans Towing, LLC. While we expect to pay a fair price for any service, we do not expect to be severely gouged - especially, at such a vulnerable time. Even worse, we do not expect to be treated at such a highly disrespectful manner by the owner when we asked him about the unreasonable high cost of the tow bill. A short distance of the tow, minimal time of the truck driver from start to finish of the tow, does not justify a tow bill of more than $263.00. For this simple service, we were charged more than four times what this tow company had charged for a similar truck, towed a similar distance, just two days prior. To date, we have not received adequate justification for the charge, have requested a reduction in the bill, and will be disputing the charge.

These guys are amazing! We were driving our motorhome when two tires blew and our brakes stopped working. The driver Wayne Lile was our rescuer. He was so professional and was able to get our 37 foot motorhome on the back of his truck so quickly and safely. His wonderful personality lightened our situation and by the time he delivered us to an excellent mechanic, we were feeling a lot better. I think we thanked him 20 times and he was very humble and kind. After several other issues the past few weeks, we started doubting humankind so it was refreshing to meet Wayne. He took good care of us and once again we would like to say Thank you!!

These people said I abandoned my pickup truck, i gave them proof of ownership and told them to keep it there until i could go there, i agreed to pay the monthly fee of 60dlls... when i got there the truck was no longer there... THEY STOLE it!!! CAREFUL WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!

After an unexpected encounter with a deer disabled our car completely, we were fortunate to be towed in by BoDeans. The towtruck driver was friendly and competent and we found that was just the beginning of our experience with the company. Rhonda, the manager, was reassuring and spent time discussing our options. Her experience with every aspect of having our car repaired was obvious and we chose BoDeans body shop for the repair job. We had to leave our car and some expensive possessions with them while we made the three day drive home in a rental car. When our daughter returned a few weeks later to pick up the car after the repairs, they had taken our things from their storage room and packed them in the car so it was ready to go. Rhonda was available by phone throughout the entire repair to give us updates and answer questions. This is a company that obviously cares about its customers.

Took great car of rebuilding my car after I hit a deer

My car was hit by someone leaving a lot of damage to my driver side. I was not sure where to go but lots of friends told me that Bo Dean’s was hands down the best. Were they right!!! They are now my go to place for repair. You could not ask for better service!

Awful! I called on a Saturday night and they told me to call back the next day. I did and they made all kinds of excuses not to come out. They were useless. Call Basin Towing, theyll come out and help.
