I’m in my home and fedex does not even knock on the door to let me know they are on the porch with my letter! Then they put a sticker on the mailbox that cannot be removed. Really lousy service

Went in to do a simple Amazon return and unfortunately had employee Michael wait on me. This guy must have a superiority complex because he was not only rude, condescending, and obnoxious, he came across as racist, prejudice, homophobic, and confused of his responsibilities; or maybe His customer service style is based on ethnic profiling! In any event, UPS would be smart to REMOVE this person from face to face customer interaction!! Horrible and very intimidating experience.

Driver tossed his lit cigarette in my driveway and just left it. They constantly leave the packages sitting out in rain/snow, and never so much as ring the doorbell to let us know its there.

I had an emergency and although I was a few minutes late for the last time to drop off they took it and got it out today. Love them!

The employee was very nice, but they didnt have the software to process a return....directed me to another fed ex location.

Kept saying weather delay on my package days after the snow melted in December. We called and they couldnt give us a good answer. We made are threats to go higher up at 5pm that after the FedEx driver claimed weather delay for the that day again. We made it back home at 7pm and my undelivered package due to weather on a dry sunny was there.

This office seems to have trouble with drivers not being able to deliver. Aztec office has no trouble, but Durango repeatedly fails
