I just did my first Root Canal and I have to say I was very nervous but Dr.Green put me at ease.He ask me several times if I was okay and he shared what he did during the procedure with a state of art 3 d photo image of his job. I was very impressed and satisfied with everything that was done to make me feel apart of the procedure, and how it was handled. It’s nice to see & feel at ease at a Dentist office. After a lifetime of fearing the dentist, my friend referred me to Dr. Zach Green. I immediately felt at ease! Dr. Green is so gentle, soft spoken and explains each step along the way. Pain during the entire appointment was nonexistent! A 1st for me! I had several gum line cavities and a crown. The new crown fit perfectly!I have no fear of returning to his office for further treatment.

Ive been going to Nathans office for years, and they never disappoint. Debbie up front is always efficient, polite and organized, and Nathan is great - always says hi and checks in even during a routine cleaning. Trish is awesome at the cleanings and they just installed new imaging machines to make the x-rays better too!

I have always had excellent experiences with this practice, whether just teeth cleaning and check-ups or more intrusive work. I am always greeted by name and everyone remembers my family and asks about them. Trish has kept my teeth clean for several years now. Recently I chipped a tooth and called asking them to sneak me for a consultation and possibly a repair. Debbie at the desk got me a same day appointment. Dr. Robison gave me options and clearly explained each one. I made a decision and he quickly and painlessly made the fix. I had been going to Dr. Nelsons office for over 25 years. When he retired I was very happy that the new dentist, Dr. Nathan Robison, kept the same wonderful staff. Trish does a thorough but gentle cleaning every time. Dr Robison is very professional and does a great job of explaining things. The office equipment is state of the art and keeping the patient pain free and comfortable seems to always be the goal.

We recently moved to Durango from Boston and were so happy to find Nathan Robison! Our whole family of four thinks he is the best dentist any of us have ever had. Ive never had so little pain at a dentist. The whole office is lovely, from the minute you walk in the door to Nathans follow up call after a procedure. If only all medical care could be this humane!

Just moved from Florida with a broken partial. Hadnt applied for Colorado Medicaid yet so had to pay in full. Dr. Robinson took his time to explain my options as they related to my personal issues. He suggested the less expensive, but temporary option of a fixed partial instead of a full flexible one or extractions/full denture, which is what I need and considerably more expensive until I can get the insurance in place again. He even went to the lab after work to help the guy make my partial overnight. Im 60 yrs old and have a lot of advanced dental issues, and I can say with confidence that Dr. Robinson is the best dentist Ive EVER been to. Uhhhh... Can they clone this guy? Just to add a note... a month later I came back to get a deep cleaning from Trish. I was extremely angst as I have had this procedure several times before and its always been very painful. Trish was calming and gentle. She gave me nitrous and that helped a lot. Also, she put headphones on me with soft music so the whole experience was more calming. Never thought Id say going to the dentist was ok, but it really was. Whew, Thanks Dr. Robinson and staff. You all rock!

DDS Robison, is the most though dentist I have encountered in 50 years. Hi visual and verbal explanations of the procedure is very appreciated. Dentist Nathan Robison is relatively new to Durango, opening Twin Buttes Dental in 2015. He does the same type of work that all other dentists do – except he does far more. Specifically, unlike all other local dentists, he spent three additional years getting a graduate degree in Prosthodontics, basically the science of cosmetic restoration and replacement of teeth. In other words, he is an expert in such things as dentures and dental implants. What is more, unlike other local dentists, he has his own laboratory, so he has complete control over quality and can provide a finished product much quicker than those dentists who send their work to out-of-town labs.Dr. Robison is very friendly, bright and obviously competent. But the quality I found most attractive is that his recommendations were based on common sense.In my case, I broke one of my dentures and began calling several offices to get a price estimate. The quoted estimates for a new set of dentures ranged from $3,800 to over $5,000. I then did a Google search and discovered Twin Buttes Dental. Dr Robison, after looking at my broken denture, said there was another alternative – namely, he could repair the denture for $250. For me, the decision was a no-brainer
