We have used these guys several times for computer repair and rescue. They have met every challenge and done so at reasonable prices. They are definitely our go to place for computer help.

My laptop was performing slowly and often times without any energy, despite it being fairly new. I took it PC Clinic, and it is now zipping along very nicely. All of my issues and concerns were addressed and fixed, and I am very pleased with the work done on it and how quickly the work was done. Great job!

I did not have an appointment but walked right in and was immediately helped! I was expecting to have to leave my laptop which I did. I feel that my laptop was worked on and returned to me in a timely manner a few days later. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely use this place again if/when the need arises.

My old computer hard drive pretty much croaked. They were able to get me a new computer and salvage my info in a short amount of time. Im no computer geek so they understood my needs and got me going again without too much of a learning curve on the new computer

Chris quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem I was experiencing with my laptop, made a welcome recommendation to upgrade from mechanical to solid state hard drive, and completed the work within the estimated timeframe and surprisingly low price. Also, helped me on the spot when I picked up my laptop, and later over the phone, by reconfiguring my email software and browser to be sure all of my emails, bookmarks etc. were properly imported. I was on a trip and ran into an issue with my laptop charger. Could not find a replacement anywhere within 6 hours drive and Amazon would not deliver for a week due to winter storm. PC Clinic went above and beyond and actually sold me the charger out of their repair and testing stock, potentially impacting their business but immediately and effectively solving my problem. Based on my 30 years experience in the electronics industry, it inly took 5 minutes to realize Chris understands computers inside and out. He places high value on customer service, professionalism, and produces a quality product. I was surprised to find that Chris was not working for a large corporation, as this is where most people of Chris horsepower and talent are located. I had unfortunate experience that is probably not indicative on the common experience. My computer bricked when upgrading the hard drive. Had to buy a new computer. Communication from PC Clinic during this experience was almost non existent which made waiting to find out what was happening with my work computer for week stressful.

In another life, I built my own workstations. I love this place. Intelligent businessmen and they know what they are doing. Experience level is deep. Great work ethic.They are also reasonable.

These guys are great, i needed to get my book on self reflection off of a broken computer.., its like my baby.., they helped me out for a very decent price. got the whole hard drive on a usb. they are very friendly and its a local business.

My problem was simple. The on-off switch on my computer simply didnt work. I took it to the PC Clinic and they were great. They identified the problem, ordered the part and installed the part at a very reasonable price and did it quickly. It was a great experience.

My 18 month old computer began crashing in the middle of a document and increasingly crashed more and more often until it was unusable. I bought it for $600 and hoped that it could be fixed, sparing me the agony of finding and buying a new one. I left it with the PC Clinic and they were able to fix it for a reasonable price in a reasonable timeframe. I definitely recommend them for any computer problems. The PC Clinic did an excellent job of restoring two laptops in our household, both of which were infected with a virus that had gotten through our firewall. They are extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. I highly recommend them!

When we had to update from Windows Vista, we contacted the PC Clinic and they recommended and installed Windows 7 Professional as an interim fix until Windows 10 settled down.Now that Microsoft will not longer support 7 and our computers are vintage 2008, it was time for an upgrade.Chris took us through our options and recommended customized systems that will meet our needs. We purchased a replacement for our desktop and will soon replace our laptop.We highly recommend the PC Clinic.

Great Techs & great service!I brought in a laptop with loose hinges that made the screen unwieldy at the expense of portability. They were able to secure the hinges for a reasonable fee which breathed new life into the laptop. They also gave me some options for moving to Windows 10 which I had been putting off for a long time. I highly recommend bringing any concerns you might have to this shop.

Knowledgeable, professional, honest --

I took two defunct hard drives to the PC Clinic of Durango. The folks there received me warmly and explained their policies and procedures thoroughly. In a few days they had rescued the data from one of the drives and saved it to another external hard drive that I supplied. Their charge for this was reasonable. The other drive had more serious problems that they could not deal with, but they gave me a shipping box with padding and an information leaflet for a company that deals with such problems. There was no charge for this service or the diagnosis. I found that these folks were very friendly, businesslike, and competent; they also have a fast turn-around time. If I have any more computer problems in the future, they will be my first choice, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
