Just had a great experience with Tyler and his expertise and knowledge of computers and home networks. He was able to log on remotely which saves travel time and was able to quickly understand why my printer awas not connecting to my computer. It really helped that he is associated with our internet provider so he really understood our system. When we realized it needed to be in person, he asked me where I was--City Market parking lot. He came down and met me there within 2 minutes and he busted out his tools and fixed my computer right there for me in the parking lot! I have an almost 9-year-old MacBook Pro laptop and my system software was seriously outdated. Im a graphic designer and I needed to be able to access many websites - several of which either gave me a warning that my software wouldnt support their sites anymore or I couldnt access them at all, and my design software was seriously due for updates. When I contacted Durango Computer Repair, Tyler was so knowledgeable and immediately assured me that this could be done and made me feel completely comfortable about the transition - mostly because he cloned my old system and desktop. I was able to go between the old and the new platforms to be able to continue my workflow seamlessly. Tyler went the extra mile to make sure that I would not have any issues. Its not always easy to find techs that are so familiar with Macs. He has helped me with several other smaller issues that I couldnt figure out - I feel so good about having him in my corner to help me with keeping my computer streamlined and running smoothly.
