We had a large crock pot full of chili spill in the back of our minivan. It soaked in to the carpet, went under the carpet, in all the nooks and crannies around the seat attachments and frame, etc. Tried cleaning it, but just couldnt get the smell out and couldnt get it totally clean. The odor got worse and worse, and by day 4, we found maggots underneath the carpet. So gross... Tried asking a detailer, but everyone was either booked for weeks, or didnt want to touch it.I called Jackie at BEST and she was immediately ready to help. She arranged to have me bring in my van the next morning and Andrew deep cleaned the vehicle. The carpet was toast, but they got the smell (and the maggots) out, and at a VERY reasonable cost.I cant recommend this company enough and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a water supply line break flood in Farmington a couple weeks ago and knew BEST was the company to call. Made a quick call and Bert and Diego arrived in Farmington in a little over an hour to assess, set up drying equipment, and begin moving carpet and baseboards. They are very knowledgeable, good communicators and worked quickly. Bert explained the process and expectations very clearly and really helped us understand what to expect in this disruption. Field Manager Thomas assessed the success of the restoration and is an expert in every area of emergency cleaning and restoration. Kirsten in the office has been very helpful working with us and our insurance adjuster also. We can say enough about BEST services and staff. Our home flooded from a broken water heater and Zach was out the same day I called! He was very professional with the entire process. They were very neat and tidy with moving all the furniture and even went above and beyond moving the furniture again to make room for us to stay! He was very knowledgeable on then entire process. A pipe broke at my house and I was standing in 2 of water in my basement. Best cleaning was there in under 20 minutes with dehumidifiers, and air movers and did such an amazing job!!! They worked so quickly and efficiently that my brand new wood floors were salvaged and there was no drywall damage. This company knows how to do it better than anyone else, they are fast and efficient! The owner even called to check on the job and was extremely professional and caring. I was a total nut case and he was very kind despite my freaking out. have also used them for carpet cleaning over the past 15 years, I tried another company one time and it did not compare, I will never use anyone else. They are the absolute BEST!!!!

When we had a major roof leak, Chris and his crew came quickly. He provided a quote for demolition, clean up (including tests for mold etc), treatment for existing mold and mold prevention, drywall repair, and texturizing. They finished the job on time. Chris even power washed and swept the floor! We will definitely call them again should we need.

Awesome and super friendly guys. Very professional. We had the misfortune of a flood in our home and we used a company that our insurance recommended. A year or two ago my house was flooding! It was raining so hard street drains etc could not keep up. I woke up, put my feet on the floor-oops! I mean Water!!! Called Best Cleaning and they showed up and lessened our misery by tons! It was 4am! The gentleman was able to get through the lake at 8th ave and College to get to our house! My carpets were destroyed! I have a kid, a big dog, light colored carpet, and pay no attention when I take my trash out and drag it down the stairs - so you can imagine.
