Keith and Wes did an inspection, and agreed that my plan for remediation in the kitchen made good sense. They found no issue with mold in the crawlspace, which was a concern we had. And, they did it all for no charge. So I was very pleased with their visit, and with the outcome.

Our ice maker hose split while we were away. Once discovered, Servpro was onsite within 2 hours with several people on a Sunday and started the mitigation process. They were very knowledgeable, took no shortcuts and made sure anything damaged was addressed or removed. We had multiple fans in the house for 8 days and they were in the house on and off over that period as well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and make the situation as easy as possible on us. I HIGHLY recommend them!

These guys came in for a significant residiential fire disaster restoration project. They were there two days after the fire and did an excellent job tearing the place down to the studs.

My water heater went out a couple weeks ago and I had a small flood in my sons room. They responded quickly and efficiently (even on a saturday!) My home flooded from a broken water softener inlet. The home had been flooding for at least 5 days so it was extensive. And on top of that it was a Saturday late afternoon. They responded quickly and efficiently and within 5 hours working into the late evening they had eliminated the standing water. During the rest of the cleanup they communicated and kept Me apprised of all they were doing. I felt helpless but they assured me they got this.

Not even a customer. Me and a coworker were stranded with a flat tire and our jack was not working. A team of three of the employees was driving by and stopped to help lending us their jack. They even helped us with the tire. I didnt get all of theier names but o e of them was named Dion Smith. Definitely would use a company who employs these type of people.

Logan and his helper came today and took care of a ceiling leak I had from a busted swamp cooler line. They were very courteous and informative and did a very good job assessing the water damage and cutting out the wet drywall in the ceiling and removing all the wet insulation. I can not say enough good things about Servpro. This was a tough winter, with a lot of snow. The insulation in my crawlspace was water soaked, and was flooded with over a foot of water. Keith and his team did a great job of cleaning our soot covered ceilings, walls, carpets, and ducts left from an oven fiasco while I was gone for a few hours one day. After contacting two other Durango firms to get an estimate for sprucing up our crawl space before selling our house, we had the good luck of contacting Keith Harlan, owner of Servpro Durango, to look at the task at hand. Instead of telling us the usual Chicken Little story about our house (you know, The sky is falling, the sky is falling!), Keith told us very simply what could be done to optimize the crawl space (basically cosmetic issues) and how much it would cost (half of one other quote, one-third of the other). He and his team, led by Zach and Rick, took care of the job quickly, thoroughly, and economically. They were here when they said they would be here and kept at the job until it was done right. I cannot over-praise the professionalism and service mentality exhibited by Keith and his men -- and they are such pleasant human beings, to boot! Call them -- you will not be sorry you did so.

8/22/2019I love Servpro of Durango! This company is professional, knowledgeable, caring, prompt, dependable and efficient. Life happens... and we have had to use them twice. They care about your home as if it was their own.Both times that we used Servpro was due to burst water pipes. They move your items away from the water, set up drying fans, and check for possible mold damage. They come back to inspect that everything is drying out properly. Our first water incident was a slow leak from the water pipe behind the refrigerator. We were unaware of it since it seeped underneath the refrigerator to the crawl space under the house. Beside drying the water up, and moving our possessions, they were able to detect mold in our walls. They sprayed to get rid of the mold. We havent had any mold problems since. The second time was from a break at the water filter under our house. Luckily, we were able to find that in about 15 minutes. My first thought was to call Keith at Servpro. After that phone call, I felt relief because I knew help was on the way! Logan and Deon were the first to arrive from Servpro. When the work was complete and the heaters were on and in place, Logan gave me his number in case I had any questions or concerns. I was in panic mode when our hardwood floors started buckling and I found water in the crawl space due to a leaking hose bib. Thankfully, ServPro responded immediately. Logan (the project manager) and his several colleagues were exceptionally polite, professional and expert. They carefully removed the tongue and groove hardwood in the wet area, salvaging at least 80% to be reinstalled later as they uncovered the wet subflooring. They tented the wet areas including in the crawl space with plastic and set up fans and dehumidifiers and checked back each day to measure progress. Everything is now perfectly dry and ready for floor reinstallation by another contractor. I highly recommend ServPro Durango and Logan if you have a similar water or clean up crisis!

All the people have been so helpful and gone above and beyond in helping me. Zack Fosco has gone out of his way to help me, with the insurance company that is giving me a hard time about covering the leak in my roof, and which has caused damage inside and outside my house. Theo and Austin that took out the ceiling in my one bathroom and crawled all through my attic space are such nice and helpful young men. They set up the dehumidifiers and cleaned up perfectly. Jackie in the office have been so good to me with my questions and being upset with the insurance company and trying to get someone to fix the whole mess. I have never been treated so well or professionally by any company before, and they even helped me find people to contact to fix this problem. These people work extreme hours, on weekends, go overnight to other towns and go above and beyond. They are wonderful.

The Servpro team came quickly after I initiated contact regarding water damage in several rooms of my Colorado home. Logan, Harley, Ray and others were at my house repeatedly during the following days completing their cleanup, logging moisture levels and making sure all the in-place equipment was working correctly Their service was at all times very professional. They answered all questions thoroughly. They explained exactly what they were doing each visit. Logan and Harley later cleaned everything that was within the scope of their job. Extremely polite and professional. I always felt confident, safe and secure in my interactions with the Servpro folks knowing I could trust my belongings and my home with these gentlemen performing their jobs. Id highly recommend anyone else needing services related to home water damage consider using the Servpro folks.

ServPro was the first restoration company we called because of the good experience my parents had with them years ago when their basement flooded. Our home was affected by the recent mudslides: 2-4 inches of mud on the inside of our home. ServPro was fast to respond to us, friendly, and sympathetic. The mud was out of our house fast and Rick called to check on us regularly and asked how we were doing. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with disaster.

Cody and crew were on site the afternoon my friend let me know I had a serious water leak in my home in Farmington, NM. (I was out of town.) They packed up my kitchen, moved furniture out of harms way, pulled up kitchen flooring, cut out wet Sheetrock, and dried the place out.Now repairs are finished and I’m beginning the process of unpacking thirty some boxes and I’m very impressed with how carefully things are packed. Servpro is awsome!!!! I have had trouble with a rented apartment with cat urine, they responded quickly and have gone above and beyond to fix the problem. I called them because of a mold type problem we had in a room at work, they took care of that right away. My Mother also had a water break in her pipes in the ceiling of her house, she is 87 yrs old and they did EVERYTHING to take extra good care of her. It was a pleasure to do business with your people when we had a water leak and subsequent mold problems. They came and cut out the carpet where it had been wet, removed a section of the wall to check for mold and set up their drying equipment, above and below the floor. They exuded confidence in their job, making me feel like they knew what they were doing and explained things along the way. The floor dried out when they predicted it would be and showed up to remove their equipment when they said they would be here. July 17th we were hit by the first of two floods and mudflows that struck our home in Meadowridge. Servpro responded immediately and professionally. They had to manually muck out over two feet of mud along with all the remediation caused by water damage. Thanks to their hard work remediating both floods our home looks like home again.

These guys were awesome! They helped me with water damage at a house I take care of and I couldnt have asked for a better group of guys to do the job. They had crews out there the next day assessing the damage and started work almost immediately. All the work was done in a very professional manner, they didnt cut any corners, and they made me feel like this job was their number one priority, even though I know they had a busy schedule. You cant even tell where the leak was and it actually looks better than it did before! They always stayed in good contact with me about what was being done, which is usually not the case for these kinds of issues. I would highly recommend these guys for any kind of water damage.
