Location was a bit hard to find because it is located inside of a store, but staff was very helpful in getting us ready for our 26ft one-way U-Haul truck.

If the agent’s attitude wasn’t so horrendous, I would give two stars. Called ahead of time asking if a truck would be available, was told to make a reservation and it will be. Did so, and came to the store which was hard to find, to ring no truck and a disrespectful agent.

Nice people and nice store. Also rented a uHaul from here a couple of times and they were quick getting us checked out and back in upon return.

Convenient location and had a decent selection of vehicles in the area at the back. Just needed a vehicle for a few hours. Staff were friendly. Had ordered a dolly be include din the rental but on arrival at my destination discovered it was not in the back. Other than that the service was as expected. Vehicle performed well and was easy to drive.

Paid $200 for one day rental showed up with the online reservation and no truck. No apologies no service no truck.

Biju gave me great customer service. She was very professional and answered all of my questions with a smile (which seems to be rare these days). Because of her, I will definitely rent from this location again!

Completely rude and disrespectful. I had a confirmedreservation and was told he could not guarantee me a truck. My reservation showed confirm in his system and he continuously said it was not confirmed. I tried to show him my confirmation email with the reference number and he would not look. I asked him if he could call the customer and see if they would return the rental by their due time and he told me no. He continuously hung up the phone on me while I was asking for assistance. I explain my card and personal info was on file and he hung up the phone on me. DO NOT GO HERE

Rented a 20ft truck for 24 hours a 12N but was told when I was picking up the rental that it had to be returned by 6pm.Ive used this provider previously with much better results, but that was several years ago.

Friendly staff, easy access.

I had worst experience here. First, Indian lady who was behind the counter was very rude she need more training on how to behave with customers. Second they scam their customer so,Make sure when you rent a truck check the mileage, gas on given paper vs mileage on truck. In my case I was in hurry and I did not check but I did took a picture which was unfortunately not enough as a proof. I spoke to their staff and they did nothing which is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I can give them negative 5 specifically to this location. I am writing this post as my friend ask me to book an Uhual and I said “Nope” not after this incident :D.

Called on 11/16/2017 at 1:30p the lady finally answered the phone after calling for up to 30 min with no answer she was having another conversation on another phone (on speaker) about child support issues and was very short, rude, and told me nothing was available and hung up on me. I have rented from here twice before and never had an experience like this and my situation was really urgent. I would not recommend this location ever😡

I use this U-Haul for business more so than personal but far as professionalism its not the most pleasant. The store is located inside the gas station the workers are helpful far as getting access to the trucks but if its busy in the local store it can be quite eventful.

Of all of the places Ive rented Uhaul trucks, this is my favorite. No long lines or long waits. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and attentive. The neighborhood has a very low crime rate. I left my convertible sports car in the parking lot for 3 days and have zero negative incidents to report.

I had a beyond horrible experience at this dealer location this past Saturday. After calling another location to get advice AND calling into UHAUL on Monday morning (spoke with a very nice lady), I was told I would be receiving a call back from the Area Field Manager, Jonathan Show. I didnt. On Tuesday I called Jonathan and left a message, no reply. As of today, Wednesday, I see a charge try to come across my account for a damage that is trying to be pinned on me of $700. The lady that worked at the front has accused me of a hole that was already on the truck. I explained to her that was already there prior to driving off the lot that morning. When I dropped the truck back off, I asked the lady at the front if anything else was needed and she informed i was good to go. About 20 minutes later, after leaving, I receive a call that I damaged the vehicle and then got hung up on. Not once was the vehicle walked before or after the rental to inspect. As my first time using Uhaul, I will not be renting again. Horrible experience at the Dunwoody Food Mart location! If you try to rent from this one, beware and do your own walk through and take pics before and after or you will get a call AFTER you leave the lot.

Arrived at opening (8 a.m.) on Saturday. Only one employee working the store, which is both a Uhaul and a convenience store. Was second in line. did all paper work and went outside to back to get truck but it was blocked by another truck. Went inside and told employee and he said he would come outside and move the truck. Waited for about 10 minutes and then went inside. He totally forgot about me and had several people in line. fortunately the next in line rented the truck that was blocking me and I was able to get out.During the process of renting this truck, which involved several contacts to the store informed them that I would be returning the truck to a Uhaul in north Georgia. On Sunday I got a call wanting to know where the truck was. I had already turned it in.Very disorganized operation.

Reserved a U-Haul at another location and cane to pick it up at scheduled time. The reservation was cancelled by then because they no trucks. No call no enail... nothing. We found out when we came to pick it up AT OUR SCHEDULED RESERVED TIME. So we made another reservation based on Sunday opening hours. Which clearly state 8am -8pm Sunday! My fiancé was standing outside for an hour until the failure decided to answer the phone at 9:15 when I called. They open according to the “failure” at 9 but not online. She was still late to work because he saw her waltz in at 9:09. She was dry and didn’t even apologize for not even being availablr at 9 or for the incorrect site information. Lord, she better stay in customer service because she won’t be getting too far in life. Gotta post on yelp so I can upload the picture with the schedule that shows they open at 8am on sundays !

The Uhaul vehicle was not clean and it was smelling badly. Otherwise no issues.

9/29 11:34am called regarding my uhaul truck a young lady placed me on hold stating she was looking up the reservation however she didn’t place me on hold she put the phone down and i could hear her and another woman deciding if they wanted to order Chinese food or pizza. They settled on pizza and Ordered 2 pizzas for $25 a pepperoni half cheese and then a ham and onion pizza. I was placed on hold for 15 min listening as i grabbed another phone to continue to call them to see if they would answer. They did not and i could hear the phone ringing in the background as they continued to talk as if no one was calling. Then . While i was on hold they were cursing and carrying on conversation until one woman said “is there someone on the hold” i then heard ohhh and then the phone hung up. So i called and the lady answered with an attitude and by this time i am extremely irate and state “thanks for hanging up on me while you ordered your pizza” and she lied and grew angry and said “ma’am i was helping a customer” and i said “that is a bold face lie” she stated I’m not going to sit up here and argue with you, she said your uhaul is here and hung up. I have never had such bad customer service in my life and i made sure that my nephew recorded it all. I will be calling to speak to a manager before i send this to the new station or anywhere else for that matter.

Best store for buying lotto tickets

DO NOT TRUST THE WOMAN THAT WORKS THE NIGHT SHIFT!!!I didnt rent a U-Haul because the place looks like a bad episode CSI...I did however play some of the Lottery sponsored slot machhines... I thought it was my lucky day because I got 3 diamond bad in a row and won $500.I thought but I was wrong... the white trash wombat behind the counter lied and said the store policy was to only pay out a max of $300 per customer... she gave me $300 worth of lottery tickets and I was to call the owner the next day to fight the policy.The next day I called and the cashier claimed that she paid me $500 in full and said I was lying.When I tried to tell the owner the truth, he called me a cheat and banned me from the store! Class act from these guys... there was two black ladies there that were gonna be my witnesses but they sided with cashier. Guess they got some of winnings too?So please, dont trust any of the conniving cranks that lurk here at night...If you got scammed too, dont lay down, contact the lottery & the dunwoody police dept. and help me get these crooks arrested!

Both people I dealt with at this location were rude and unprofessional. The van we rented was the old, rickety and had not been sanitized during the pandemic despite the worker letting me know the van had been rented multiple times that day.Terrible service. Smelly unclean rental. Just don’t waste your time or money here.

For me it was a good service, the gentleman and his lady, very friendly, if I need the service again he returned, to me it was a good service very friendly and professional
