Requested missed pickup, they confirmed and said they would be out in 24 to 48 hours. Never showed. Trash is still out there 5 days later. Poor service for the price. Fees keep going up for what?

DONT USE THIS COMPANY they will constantly raise your payment. After relocating to Lillington about 10 years ago this was the company the previous owners were using so we continue. We paid $94 quartly which we thought was steep. While talking with our neighbors they said they paid $48 for the same company. I immediately called them and they lower our payments. Not even six months later they raise it AGAIN. I called around to different waste companies and now we pay $45 quarterly.

We had a dumpster for over 10 years, the price would go up, we would call to cancel service and the price would go down. Finally had enough when the price went up to over $250 and had been in the low $100s. Called to cancel and find out we have been auto renewed to a 3 year contract. Asked for a copy and we had not signed it. Luckily our contract was up this November and they came and got the dumpster. We now have 4 of the plastic containers for a cost of around $50 per month.

Your service is a joke. I have had my service with you for 5 weeks and you have missed picking it up for 3 weeks now. I just paid you $71.50 last week for your services. I wish that there was another option in my area, because you do not know how to do your work.

Payment is supposed to be $48 every 3 months. They have automatically raised the price to $78 with no notice. I called and she said it should be $48. I asked why then is it $78? She said the computer automatically raises the price. If a customer doesnt call in to change it they dont do anything about it. WOW!!!

Used this service for approx 30 years, when services was started it was called Garbage Disposal Service (GDS). Called to discontinue service and find out they have been renewing a contract every 3 years, now have to sign a release saying will use no other service for the duration of the contract. Never had a contract with Republic Services. Nice way to treat a long term customer, come get your rusted hole filled container, will be paying you nothing more.

Have trouble describing how horrible this company is. Customer service is their last concern. Expect missed pick ups, no one to answer the phone at the local office, and your issues to be ignored and mishandled. Even now, after my account is closed they are attempting to charge me for the trash can removal fee $44. I dropped off my trash can myself to avoid the fee, but still received a notification that I owed them for the pick up...that never happened. I called and explained the situation, spent forever of hold, and was told it was resolved, but was still charged on the credit card....so I now have to call and deal with their incompetence and poor business practices again...months after cancelling.

Lets just say they are the absolute most terrible customer service I have ever seen!!!! First we have had them for a year!! Our bill has gone up 25 dollars!! Now they say we have two unpaid bills for 108!!! I tell them to come pick up the dumpster and they say Im under contract from two more years of rates going up when they want or just bad customer service!! $75 dollars a month when we signed up it was 53. To bad I will never recommend them and their rude customer service for anything accept find someone else!!! You wanna fix it.. my email address is at the top!!

Worst service ever charges $94.50 quarterly switched to Bullseye Trash service only $50.00 quarterly. Then they want to charge $62.00 dollars to pick up cans after admitting they over charged us for 2 years!

I cant reach anyone. My recycle has not been picked up and totally full. Ill just use City dumpster. Thats what my taxes pay for

The worst company ever which provides the worst customer service ever. They literally mishandled my account in every way possible. And good luck getting anyone on the phone to help you. And when they do pick up to help theyre incompetent.

Horrible!!!! Not worth the one star I had to use to leave the review. Had them by now choice bc the city had a contract with them and they never ever empty my containers. I have to call them every single week for the past 5 years. Corporate offices dont do any thing about it either

Absolute worst trash pick up service Ive ever seen called numerous times to try to fix the problem nothing has been done seems the driver forgets what the cans look like when he gets to mine cause he sure dont pick it up
