Dr.Delgado was so knowledgeable and really made sure I understood all of the treatments for my sweet kitty. This was my first time here and we will definitely be back! I can’t thank you guys enough.

By far the best animal medical and boarding place for your animal. They really do take care of their pets. Theyre kind and will work with you to find the best solution for your animal who isnt feeling well. Theyre very responsive and professional.

Our doodle had an accident around 5:30 pm and her paw was bleeding badly. We didnt know what had occurred. We called Dunedin Animal Medical Center and although it was past the time they normally see new patients, they welcomed us to show up and saw us immediately. We were so lucky they were able to quickly diagnose and treat Coco and she is rapidly recovering from the procedure done to repair her torn dew claw. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thanks a million for being a true doggie parents friend!

Dr. Calhoun is 10 out of 10!I took my pup to see her for the first time today and we will surely be coming back for all of our veterinary needs!She was so kind and patient which means the world to me considering my pup is very nervous at the vet.Dr. Calhoun did a very thorough exam, came up with a great treatment plan for my pup, and made sure all of my questions were answered!My pup and I highly recommend her!The rest of the staff was very pleasant and helpful as well :)

FLEAS!!! We boarded our dog there for two nights this past weekend and they require and charge a fee to supposedly give all animals flea medication as they arrive for boarding regardless if they already receive flea treatment at home. Well… our little dog came home with fleas. We’ve boarded him at two other places in the past and have never had this issue. Those places were both booked for this past weekend which is the only reason we took him to Dunedin Animal Medical Center and we will never go back.*** love how they blame us for our dog coming home with flea in their response to this review. Our dog has never had fleas and for them to deflect the situation onto us is not surprising ****

This is absolutely the worst vets office possible. Second time my dog has been left in a kennel for six hours to ultimately not get any care done. No updates are given unless you call in. Take your business else where. You will thank me and so will your animal.

Dr. DeStefano is the best! He is always patient and thorough. The staff here consistently goes above and beyond; they are always willing to accommodate anything we need. Our dog gets excited when we go to the vet!

My husband and I take our dog Molly there, as well as our cat, Jack. The staff has always been so kind and accommodating, and I find their pricing to be very reasonable. I feel really safe taking my kids there, and highly recommend if youre looking for a veterinarian.

UPDATE!!! 3 years have passed and we still LOVE it here! they always make sure to get us in when one of my dogs gets into something (often hahha plus my 8 year old contributes hahaha), always checks in with us after even just normal routine appts. We love talking to them at the front desk, always makes our day!Thank you for keeping my babies feeling young, and staying healthy, and loving them like they are your own!I switched to Dunedin Animal Medican Center from another local vet and I could never have made a better choice!! I came in for our first visit, with my 2 dogs, and toddler. They immediately put my in a room so we could be more comfortable! Everyone was so friendly and really listened to the concerns I had. Not only were they great with my 2 mini schnauzers they were great with my son too! Every time I go in to get flee & heart worm they are always fun and welcoming. They turn their clients into friends! This place is not like any other vets office, and their prices are much better too!

Overpriced services and were more concerned about making money then giving my cat the proper diagnosis and treatment. Ended up at another vet and confirmed that he had a respiratory infection - it was not asthma or any of the potential problems they stated and charged me over $500 - I went to harmony Vet care and it was under $150 with medication, ultra sound, and emergency visit. Will NEVER EVER take my cats here. Horrible staff and vets. All they want is money they do not care about your pet.I have donated to Harmony myself because I understand that. My review is based on the fact that YOU COULD NOT DIAGNOSE A RESP INFECTION I would have paid whatever and I obviously did by trusting the vet office I was taking my cat to. The office sent my cat home with treatment he didn’t need and services that I could have avoided if you tried the alternative option first.Harmony vet care or any other vet I have been to when I lived in St Petersburg was not only more affordable they were more knowledgeable understanding and genuinely concerned for the pet not trying to make money off the owner.Your response was obnoxious “tell harmony vet we said hi” explains the type of establishment you run.

Originally loved this place after they were helpful with my dogs irritated ear. Had another issue with his paws come up, It was taken care of. Nurses are lovely, great communication. I changed it to 3 because it’s very expensive and feel like they were looking for more ways to bill me instead of trying to give a reasonable course of action. I spent $2.000 here this month already and now I’m being told my dogs ear is worse than when we started because he picked up a particularly bad ear infection after having 2 ear cytosis done that came back clean in the past 40 days, and we have to do an expensive ear packing and lab work just when I thought we were done here, and didn’t offer any alternatives. I had a decent experience but will not be returning. Great staff though, and the quality of service is good.

I just want to thank the way they act fast On Monday going to work I passed near a garbage drum and it made me curious to see a cat with a kitten, I happened to see and I found 2 dead kittens, 1 alive and another in bad condition, I did not know what to do, I I felt bad and wanted to help the kitten so that this place was the closest and their service they gave when they attended the 2 kittens and the mother, I applaud them I give them my respect because I couldnt stay with the kittens and one of them told me that she will help them I appreciate your service they give, they deserve more than 5 stars

I have been going to this vet for over 5 years. I have always felt they have taken the best care of my pups. And truly cared about our fur family and us. When we lost my senior dog in June they were so kind and check up on us, even when the care was split between them and the ER vet. Their shots for life program has been amazing. I have sworn up and down to all my friends about them. When I lost our senior dog, DAMC was so great about doing what was necessary as well as talking through things with me, and doing their best to not have unnecessary spending. Today was not that case. My other dog got into something, and was vomiting and had blood in her stool. It was scary for any pet owner. I knew and expected Xrays, blood work and an IV. But I was shocked when they told me the bill was $1875.04 (later 2 tests were not needed so it was $1652.41. The did 3 Xrays, which was over $330 (not sure why 3?) as well as various blood panels. I even asked the vet if they needed to be done all at once and was told they all test various things, which I get. However if the X-rays show that the pancreas is not inflamed why do a blood test? Why 3 Xrays ? I left with ‘she just got into something’ and a bill. I was not told any post visit care instructions, just here is your pup. I had to call to ask for care instructions, and during that call the phone was disconnected (I know spectrum was there working when I left, so I understand). But no call back, nothing. I’m not sure what has changed this last few months/ year. But I felt totally taken advantage of, and feel like I have no answers but a massive bill. I am so upset and sad to leave them after all these years, but outside of using the shots for life program I’ve paid for, I’ll never return. My ER vet visit at CARE in clearwater when my dog who passed diagnosed and treated for pancreatitis was more affordable than this.

Excellent service and attention from the minute you arrive!!! Jen B always greets my Benny and I with a warm and sincere smile and is very caring!! She truly loves her job and is definitely an asset!! Dr. Delgado and the medical staff are excellent and always provide top medical care to my baby!! Keep up the excellent work!!!

Called to ask if they could prescribe some antibiotic eye drops for my cat that has a mild case of conjunctivitis in one eye and was told I need to come in for an office visit. Been going to this vet for several years. The individual that answered the phone claims they havent seen my cat since 2017 which is false. I was just there in January for a comprehensive exam and blood work with Dr DeStefano. She wanted me to fax or email them proof I was actually there. Claims their computer system may have lost the records. I will bring my cat to another vet. Youve lost my business. Do not recommend!

We have taken our 3 dogs here for close to 10 years. We moved 40 min away and still drive our dogs there, that’s how much we love this place! Amber W & Dr. Boyajan have treated our dogs like their own, even our 3 legged dog Zeus, carrying him in and out of appointments. They have been amazing to us and I send friends there all of the time. If our dogs are there, Amber keeps me updated on their progress and even checks in when she hasn’t seen them in a while. We are so thankful to be able to bring our dogs there!

Please consider taking your dog somewhere else. I feel so bad leaving a bad business review but you should know to not take your dog here. It seems they are too busy and they change their staff too frequently to really pay attention to diagnosing your pet or even putting your pets information in the computer correctly (ie meds your dog cant have). If its just a routine checkup/shots theyre fine. If its something more serious, you will see a different vet every time that maybe brand new. They misdiagnosed my dogs Cancer as being a skin condition, after all the skin shampoos/meds we tried (for months & multiple visits), the vet sent me to a dermatologist because he didnt know what the issue was. The medical director at the time was amazing, she found the Cancer and helped us. We only went to her for the future, after my dog passed we returned with our new pup to see her, and she was no longer there. Upon returning, they didnt pay attention to my name/contact info and put us right back in the same room with our new pup that our previous dog had just been put down in. When we checked out we went to confirm they had added the meds our dog could not have and they had not added those in. Lastly, their computer system crashed and they lost our other dogs vaccination records because their server wasnt backed up and they recommended us double vaccinating the dog. Everyone has a bad experience and makes mistakes but weve given multiple chances here and I just think people who love their dogs need to know the truth before going through what we have.

We brought our dog to Dunedin Animal Medical Center for tumor removal and while this was a scary thing the staff made it very manageable. We had excellent doctors both Dr Desefono and Dr Williamson were great about answering every question we had. Dr Williamson did the surgery and did a great job. Our technicians Brendon and Jennifer were also super helpful. Jennifer made sure to check in on us every visit even when she wasn’t our technician. Overall very happy with the experience.

This veterinary clinic is wonderful!! Jen B. was excellent and ensured we were about to get a same day appointment for our sick pup. Dr. Delgado was awesome and even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend the clinic!

I will be honest and say that, before my visit yesterday, I had not been to DAMC in almost 5 years due to moving out of the state. But, yesterday reminded me as to why I respect and appreciate DAMC a lot.My young cat had started acting weird yesterday morning, and I was able to immediately bring him in and everyone in the office assured me that he was going to be their top priority. Even when he took a turn for the worse, the staff made sure to keep me in the loop and took every measure to save my cat.I am very grateful for everything DAMC was able to do for me. The staff were all incredibly kind, caring, and very attentive to my needs during this time, and Dr. Williamson made sure to explain everything in a way that had made sense to me and was very receptive to questions.100% would recommend.

We have been going to Dunedin Medical Center since 1/2017 when we adopted Tacoma at 2 months. Everyone there is tops but one special lady Jen is beyond a rating. When we drop Tacoma off for boarding she takes her breaks and goes back to give lots of love to her. Where else can you find a warm and loving individual. Please Jen don’t ever leave❤️🐶

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!We were unexpectedly unable to keep our great pyrenees at our vacation rental during the day and have never boarded our beloved girl Willa before. We were nervous but, Liz was quick to answer all our questions over the phone and made check-in a breeze! Danny and all the other lovely folks who work here treated her with such care that she was actually excited to get out of the car each day and go to her doggie spa! The daycare hours are excellent 6:30am to 8pm and the prices are affordable. We were able to really do a ton of adventures we wouldnt have (due to heat) if Willa was tagging along. I have had several interactions with their reception staff & all were awful. Highly uncaring for a vets office. These drs also ran me up a bill over $300 & the problem has now reoccurred for a urinary infection. Save your time, money & most importantly your pets life & go elsewhere.

Probably the best Veterinarian that I have ever been to and I have had many animals over the years and have seen many Vets, by far no competition. Incredible staff, Incredibly clean, accommodating to any body,,,, the hours,,, 7 days a week.

We had purchased a 3month old papillon and within the a week of purchase we scheduled an appointment w/ the vet because I was concerned about a cough. This was in March 2020 during COVID19 and I had to drop off my baby w/ a tech. I received a call from the vet and I asked several questions and provided different reasons why the cough exist her being a new pet we just received less than a week ago. I asked could it be kennel cough and other scenarios. The vet said it was nothing to be concerned w/ and gave cough medicine. A week later, the cough persisted and we took her back to the vet. for the cough and a follow up for vaccines. They said they gave her the vaccines and said that she was fine. The very next day, my little one was sluggish and was in bad shape. I rushed her to Blue Pearl and they had diagnosed her w/ Bronchial pneumonia. My little one passed away 3 days later. They said she has had it for more than a month. I did my due diligence and contacted the store I purchase the puppy from, but I am heart broken that the vet didnt catch this severe diagnosis, I am sure a trained and license vet would be able to listen to lungs and perform proper testing and because I could not come in I could not verify if they did the job they were suppose to. I cant risk taking my other pets to this clinic.

We moved here from Wisconsin alittle over a year now and needed to find a new place to board our Lab when we are out of town. We are very happy with Dunedin Animal Center and Pet Resort. The staff always makes us feel so comfortable leaving our Lab; I always have a peace of mind when he is being boarded. Jen B is such a sweetheart. Every time we come in she has a smile on her face and treats you like family. Liz, Ashley, and Jasmine are just a few that also makes the whole experience a pleasant one. With an older pet and being a worrier, I would definitely have to say I know he is being taken care of with the best care around....and I dont worry!

Visited today for shot updates. Pricing was affordable. And customer service was outstanding. Jen B. And Jen D. Maria and Dr. Williamson was Great. With our work schedule sunday hours was a plus. I strongly suggest taking your sick pet here.

I got an estimate to get two tumors removed from my dog- the high estimate was just under $5,000.00. Got two second opinions, one from a regular vet office, one from a surgical specialist. Regular vet (harmony vet care) high estimate was $805.25, surgical specialist (Tampa vet specialist) high estimate was $3,000.00.in summary- dont get procedures done here without getting a second opinion unless you are willing to throw $$$ away.

So we have been going here for about a year and a half now. We originally went to a different vet in Dunedin when one of our kitties was very ill but found that Dr. Williamson has been very informative, and compassionate about his work with our kitties so we maintained our veterinary services here. We have never experienced bad service with them and they are always very good with our cats. Ragnar and Björn are in great hands with Dr. Williamson and our favorite Pet Counselor Amber W. I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you want complete health services for your furry family members.

We’ve been taking our pets there for years! They have always been extremely compassionate and attentive to our needs, especially when our dogs were sick or in need or surgery. Shout out to Amber for always being so pleasant with us during visits!

I took our dog in last week for his yearly checkup. Dr. DeStefano was awesome! He thoroughly answered every question and offered expert advice on caring for our aging pooch. His assistant was great, too- very caring and professional.

My small dog was very nervous. They noticed and placed her in an exam room with me. She calmed down. The staff is very helpful and informative. They took extra time with me because i was unsure i was caring for my pup correctly. Vet tech. Jennifer super sweet and very good with my baby girl. Dr. DeStefano was top notch as well. I had an appointment here last night and they were wonderful as usual. Soraya was super attentive and patient with my dog. I have been going here for five years and would never go anywhere else. They have always taking such good care of us.

For the past 4 years I have loved taking my 3 pets here. UNTIL YESTERDAY! From the condescending know it all tech who would not allow me to ask questions about a oral medication to the Vet who had no idea what kind of dog I had. Truly those were her exact words. I even asked to speak to an owner and was told that she was not there but was not given a phone number or email. I called back today to try again only to be given the third degree about why I am calling and ..was I a sales call? .....Has there been a drastic change in policy and procedures in the last 6-9 months?Are there new owners involved?I will give credit where credit is due. The girls at the front desk were so kind and even gave me cleaning supplies to help me clean out my car after my pet got sick. Thank you to the front desk for your kindness and smiles.

We love this place. Seriously cant say enough about how nice and friendly the doctor and staff were. The whole place is so clean. The prices were so much better than our previous vet. This office helped us tremendously and we are so thankful.

We had a great experience here yesterday. They got us in same day and took care of my cats issue without having to come back again. Very friendly and informative. They handled my difficult cat gently and with care. Definitely recommend.

I’m so incredibly impressed with the entire staff here. It’s tough being a pet parent when your fur kids aren’t well. My dog Genesis is taken care of here & I love them. My cat Hogan was recently diagnosed with diabetes & the care, counseling and treatment here is outstanding. Ashley is a huge comfort & I couldn’t be more grateful for her empathy, understanding & smiles. Toni the technician who took care of my baby today is just so sweet, loving & informative about his condition. And I Received valuable feedback for his future care options. Brendan, who had been his tech for a prior visit was also cream of the crop. These guys truly made my stress level so much less & can’t say enough about how genuinely cared for we felt. We’ve seen Dr. DeStephano mostly and my babies are in the best hands at DAMC!!! Wouldn’t take them anywhere else! Thank you!

I’ve been taking my pets here for about 5 years now. I had to let my sweet old man cat, Oreo, go after 18 years of friendship and they were extremely thoughtful and helpful. Now they’re helping me give good care to a new little furball. Most recently I must note that Soraya, a newer tech, is especially informative and helpful! Plus, she had really cool glasses!All in all, this is a wonderful place for pets and their owner pals! I’ve recommended them to friends and family in the past, and will continue to do so 🌟

Update: I am always happy they have a place for our Charlie. We had to leave town on short notice and a quick call determined they had room to board her while we would be gone. They are always friendly, accommodating and provide great service.Previously: We were new to the area and looking for a place to kennel our dog. She had never been kenneled before and we wanted to make sure we were sending her somewhere we knew she would be well cared for. I stopped in one day to check it out and asked to see the kennel facilities. They were happy to show me the kennels where she would stay and the area the dogs do their business. They happily answered all my questions and gave great information. We have used their kennel services about 4 times in the last 9 months and our dog goes happily each and every time. The staff is friendly, especially Daniel who I have interacted with numerous times. Their hours are very convenient and I always know how much the stay for my dog will be upon booking. We will continue to use their services happily!!

DAMC is one of the best veterinary clinics Ive ever been to. I came across them by chance, and Im so glad I did.The front desk staff are always polite, straightforward, and very helpful. The vets are kind to the animals and compassionate with their owners. Everyone here is understanding and helpful, and I would absolutely recommend this place!

My pup had a dewclaw injury and was able to come in for quick and immediate attention. Soraya spent lots of time with me patiently answering my many questions and Dr. Williamson was fast and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the reassurance from Jen B while I anxiously waited for him to come out of surgery. We always have had a great experience at DAMC and the entire team is friendly and helpful. I love my dogs. I would do anything for them. Just to be clear, I LOVE MY DOGS! There is no where else I would take them. The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and address any concerns no matter how long it takes. Highly recommended.

I have to find a new vet ASAP1- way too much turnover in this place!2- they lost their records due to computer virus and they don’t have record of lime disease test that they definitely did?3- Ridiculously overpriced price gouging!!!4- and most importantlyI have never enjoyed vets that take my dog in another room to do bloodwork or whatever it’s not cool you need to stop doing that I’m definitely looking for a new home for my Veterinary needs for my baby.

Cant recommend this place enough. I was checked in and seen inside of 10 minutes. Tech came in and took the time to answer all our questions about our cat. She was super nice and knowledgeable. Then the doctor came right in. Again, answering all our questions and addressing all our concerns. No rushing just very polite, friendly staff who focuses on making sure all our cats needs are met. Literally no complaints. Total bill was 200.00. Thats office visit, blood work, nail clippings, and rabies shot. So Happy we found these guys. Saved me hundreds over the other mainstream vets. Now just waiting for the results.

Dunedin Animal Med Center is a great place to take your pets for medical attention. The hours are convenient and the staff is very friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they got me into a room right away so I could take my cat out of the carrier. The nurse (vet tech?) came in to get some information on the problem and to weigh Darwin. He was quite caring and understanding and seemed quite knowledgeable himself. The doctor was also very good. She took the time to explain different medicine options and the pros and cons of each. She didnt rush the examination as Ive seen some vets do. Overall, the visit was a great experience and Darwin didnt seem upset at all by all the attention he was given! Great staff and service at Dunedin Animal Medical Center. Thumbs up and recommended.

I absolutely loved the experience that I had at the Dunedin Animal Medical Center & Pet Resort. I would recommend it to anyone that wants someone to take the time and appreciate your concerns about your family member being seen. The staff is knowledgeable, well mannered, and always providing the best service possible. They always have time to fit you in, even if they are extremely busy! Their hours are great, and I appreciate what they do for my sons service dog. Thank you guys for making our move down South an easier transition for our family. You guys are the best!

I love Dunedin Pet Resort! I reserved with Danny, and also worked with Jessica. They were both so friendly and detailed, in providing me all the necessary information to make sure my little girl was taken care of. Their service was prompt and any time I called for information, they were available. The location and rates are also excellent, and knowing they are connected to a qualified animal clinic brought me comfort in case of those unexpected emergencies. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I would give DAMC less than one star if I could. Do yourself, and your pet a favor, take them to another vet! I have zero confidence in the staffs knowledge. They will take your money and allow your animals to go untreated and left suffering.

Bless this place. They truly care. I cannot say how grateful I am to have found such a wonderful staff that truly cares. My dog recently was laid to rest, and they sent a beautiful card, even called to see how he was doing prior. Dr. B takes the times...all the staff takes the time. They offer holistic and standard care. Now that is what sets them apart. I highly recommend.

Great doctors, good care, however they gouge you on meds and they refuse to work with online pharmacies. They also forgot to give me all of my prescriptions so I had to make repeated trips and then mail multiple letters. Really a inconsiderate waste of their customers time. I brought this up to the receptionist/vet tech and got a shoulder shrug in response, so I will go elsewhere.

The staff consists of good hearted people and they helped my fur baby feel so much better instantly. I got my appointment the same day I called, I highly recommended this facility!

It was a very bad experience. Waited over an hour with a very sick dog. The assistant was very cold and the vet came in for a few min, checked the dog out and said we need to do a chest X-ray. I said how much is that, he left and said the assistant would handle that and I was told with the appointment, cough suppressant and X-ray it would be well over $500 like I think $587. I said that’s crazy, so much for an x-ray to which she responded the machines cost a lot and the doctor has to read it. So I said I could not afford to do that at this time since my dog is 13 almost 14 and do they do any kind of discounts since she is in distress and she said no. So I said I’d like to talk to the doctor. He then came in and talked to me and we decided because it was so expensive to go ahead and start with a cough suppressant. I did that and she seem to be getting worse but I did not trust this office to go back Because I felt like They were trying to take extreme advantage of me in a time of deep sadness and when I was scared with a sick dog. The total for the visit and the medicine was $66 which means the x-ray would’ve been over $500. I am very glad that I didn’t get the X-ray at the moment of desperation because I called around and most places were about $100 for the same thing. So I took my dog Thursday to a different veterinarian who did the exact same thing but did the x-ray and their price was $100 so my bill there ended up being about $168 with the visit the x-ray and two medicines. Also I felt like my dog could be in pain from a sore throat from coughing for 3 days and said that to the first vet and his response was no I don’t think she’s in pain and would not give me a pain medicine for her and this new vet did. I would caution anyone to stay away if you are in a desperate situation. Seems their priority is money! 😢

I have been coming to Dunedin Animal & Pet Resort for 8 months now. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog here. I fully trust the staff and vet and know they are honest. Danny is phenomenal!!!! His personality and genuine concern for people and their babies is refreshing. You are a real asset Danny.

Cant recommend this place enough. I was checked in and seen inside of 10 minutes. Tech came in after about 5 and the doctor after about 20. Totally normal for a medical facility. Actually very quick in my experience. Ive always been super weird about vets. I worry a lot about how my dog is being cared for and this has been a great experience. Polite, friendly staff who focuses on just accomplishing what youre there to do. Literally no complaints. Total bill was under 250$ for a pretty badly infected ear. Everything on the bill was what I expected. I think a lot of people who review places like this just dont understand cost of service. Ive worked on farms and with animals a lot in my life and this place is absolutely reasonable. Better than reasonable to be honest. There was no pressure to spend anything else, to purchase additional services, no criticism about how I care for my dog, no awkward questions about his day to day health or activity, no assertions that I dont run him enough or feed him too much. To be fair my dog is in good health but Ive been to vets that clearly feel its their personal responsibility to review the owner as much if not more than the animal. My dog was super difficult about weighing and the ear exam and they were very professional and patient.

First time Dog owner and Amber was fantastic and very knowledgeable what an asset to have her same goes for Dr Delgado!! Bonnie Ray wasnt even nervous!!

I recently registered my dog to be boarded here and Danny at reception couldnt have been any more helpful! I was not expecting to board my dog but I had a family emergency and needed to find a place for her ASAP. Danny was incredibly friendly and helpful. He worked with me to go over all the necessary paperwork and explained everything fully and made sure that I wouldnt have any surprises when I returned home to pick up my fur baby. While I was there I also saw other staff interacting with clients whose animals had had surgery and they were incredibly passionate about the animals well being and the owners feelings and were very understanding. I was very impressed!

GREAT experience at this place. My baby broke her nail and was bleeding pretty good. It happened on a Sunday and this was one of the few places that was actually open and would take my dog to be seen! The vet was great as were the techs and we were in and out in little time with minimal cost. Would recommend for sure and Ill be back to catch up on my pups vaccinations! Thanks again:)

Im a current client and brought my neighbor Faith in yesterday, with her 2 kitties, for their 1st appt to establish with your facility, and receive vaccines. Just about the best place around. Patient and friendly front desk staff (is it Danny? if you have not met him do yourself a favor - this guy is great!) My folks bring their dog and we bring our dog (Pluto) and two cats (Hannah and Jinx) there for everything. They keep you on point for maintenance care and have taken good care of our animals. My family loves this place.

I adopted a dog from the pound and needed a total check up for my fur baby. This place was amazing they were very loving and caring to my scary dog that has gone too so much. Dr Delgado was such an amazing professional.This place is open everyday including weekends. This is perfect for new parents like me that needs weekend schedule.

This place has been amazing! I use their boarding and vet services, and have had positive results with both. Even if they dont have an appointment open for that day, they will still find a way to squeeze you in. When your pet is sick, this is really something to be appreciated. The hours are also great - most places close by 5 or 6, but these guys are open late. This gives me a piece of mind, knowing if I need them at night, theyll be there :)

Great care and great hours! Seven days a week, open late every evening. I recommend them to everyone at the local park. The staff even values your input on the treatment programs they recommend, only doing the items you approve. The doctors have been spot on with all their diagnosis, treatments, and advice.

Used to go here. But service and care changed. Had my dogs teeth cleaned last year. Dr. Williamson called me to tell me he needed to extract a lot of her teeth. Wanted 3,000.00 dollars to yank them out. I told him to pound sand. Took my lovely Angel to another vet and she said NO. No need for those extractions. She used an antibiotic powder to the gum line. Worked like a charm. Never bring your animal here. They are incompetent and just after your money.09/04/2020: UpdateAfter reading the response of the business that they had no record of our visit, that can certainly be attributed to the incompetence of this business for allowing themselves to be hacked and losing all of their patients records. I stand by my previous assessment of the way we were treated and would advise anyone to be careful bringing their animal here.

The staff was very friendly from the moment I entered the door. They were very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Also, they are very well priced compared to other places. I love how theyre open 7 days a week! I could never find someone that was open on the weekend to make an appointment. Overall, I would defiantly recommend them to all my friends and family. I will be bringing all my pets here from now on.

I have been using the boarding services here for quite sometime. In the past year, we have started using the veterinary services, as well.I have a fur family of three. Each time we have been there, the service was beyond reproach.The staff is courteous, appears to have the animal as a priority and approaches them in a friendly manor encouraging a good experience for them.It is not easy dealing with the different personalities of pet and parent. They balance it very well. The prices are fair and the care is thorough. The facility is immaculate.

It was horrific they kept my dog 8 hours ...afterwards didnt get a chance to talk to the vet..After 2 weeks i called asking to talk to the vet..Receptionist said she doesnt have notes on my dog..Ask to be called back 4 times not one person bothered to call back,,Their turnover is high add on chances aree your dog will see a different vet every singled time..Screw that..Wish i can give lower then 1 star

Today my family and I had to make the difficult decision to put down our 13 year old lab. It was honestly one of the hardest decisions to have to make.. you feel the need to get every last day with your best friend but know that sometimes it is most fair and in their best interest to be put down. As a family we have never had to make this decision with a dog and the staff from the front desk to all of the Veterinarians were absolutely the most supportive and comforting group of people you could ask for. When we walked in we werent sure if we could make something else work, if there was one more treatment we could have done to get to spend more time with him, but in the most reasonable and comforting manner the techs examined him and the veterinarian let us understand that he had a great life and his time with us would not be comfortable or much longer for him. You want to feel like he is still the same puppy that could fall over and get right back up again, but with their guidance we understood ourselves that he didnt have it in him anymore. They offered us to leave the room or stay with him through the process, which we chose to do, and throughout the entirety I felt as if they treated our dog as their own, comforting him just as much as we did ourselves. The gentleman at the front desk was very comforting on our way out, as well as the tech who we met once before on his last visit there. It is a very difficult circumstance to loose your pet, and we are all dealing with that feeling right now, wishing he was still here to bark at us for a treat just one last time, but as we have been reminiscing I thought it would be important to write this review while all of the memories of our parting with our dog were fresh and as we praised, among ourselves, the outstanding level of comfort and care provided by everyone here. I hope this will help in anyone reading this reviews decision making process on the proper choice to make in the passing of their own pets and where a great option to go to for any pet care is as well. From the moment I was frantically making phone calls to quickly find a last-minute kennel for my dog, I came across Dunedin Animal Medical Center, and was extremely happy! Very courteous, understanding and made me feel comfortable. I was able to call every day and get an update on my dogs status. Very reasonable price, very nice, and I now will be using their medical center as his vet. Best pet resort!!!

If you live in Dunedin, this vet clinic is very conveniently located on Main Street and they have long hours so it’s easy to schedule an appointment and get in. The staff were great and the place was clean and well organized. They took great care of my puppy. I highly recommend them.

Dunedin Animal Clinic is the best Jennifer, Pretty blue eyes is an outstanding technician she took great care of our two dogs Taco and Sula. she is very nice to her customers and and took great care of are dogs. The Clinic and Boarding is outstanding.

Such a great experience! We looked at a lot of different vets in the area and nobody gave us that warm feeling like Dunedin Animal Medical Center. On our first visit Danny and Marcus were absolutely incredible. Marcus took his time answering all the questions we had about our new puppy and gave us great suggestions. We look forward to coming back for all of our little pups needs.

Very good vet practice and boarding. We switched to come here because they doSunday drop offs and pick-ups for boarding--very important when you are going for the weekend. Highly recommend.

The staff is very attentive, professional, courteous and thoughtful. The doctors take their time to explain prescribed treatments and I never felt rushed. My dog had a medical emergency and being new to the area, we did not have a regular vet. The staff at the Dunedin Animal Medical Center worked us into the office schedule promptly and we were able to receive treatment quickly.

Dunedin Animal Medical Center & Pet Resort are great. This is our go to for boarding our dog! The whole staff is very attentive, friendly, and understanding of pets needs. Our pup tends to get anxiety and she always comes back from boarding happy and stress free! Weve had to leave our pup in boarding while she had an injury and was on medication and the staff was amazing. They kept us updated on her condition and keeping her comfortable!

I have been a client for years with my four fur babies. The doctors are great but recent changes in front office staff has left a very bad taste. 20 minute hold times on phone without checking in (just kept putting on hold) and when I called in on another line (while still on hold) and suggesting they offer to take name and number to return call the response was nasty and unprofessional- and no return call. An auto attendant may be a solution if too busy to provide good customer service. I was treated rudely by staff in person as well this same week. Seriously considering taking my animals elsewhere.

Excellent Service!!!A year ago, my dog, Oscar, had an injured toe which led to an urgent situation that the vet I had at that time was not willing to see us that evening. Instead of going to the emergency hospital, I called Dunedin Animal Medical Center to see if they are willing to see Oscar at the last minute. Despite not being a patient of the establishment, they let us bring Oscar right over and took excellent care of him.The staff was wonderful! Everyone at this facility is polite and friendly. They will give you undivided attention to your pet as they did to mine that evening. Ever since that particular incident, I never took Oscar back to the other vet clinic again. The service at the Dunedin Animal Medical Center is by far the best I ever seen to date.

Any time weve ever had an issue with our pets the Dunedin Animal Medial Center has always been accommodating. Theyll always find time for us even if theyre swamped. Theyre open late and open early. Everyone is super friendly and personable. Theyre also very affordable and forthright with pricing. I love everything about this place and well always bring our pets here.

The staff here is always friendly and they do everything they can to make your fur-babies feel comfortable. They are reasonably priced and always organized and professional. Even though my pup has had lots of tests, shots, etc. here, she loves coming back!

I have brought my cat here on a few different occasions since adopting him last May. The staff is so friendly and caring. They call the animals babies or kids and refer to the humans as mom and dad which I think is adorable. They have always handled my cat with care and gentleness and talk to him to soothe him as he gets a little nervous being there. The prices of services I have so far needed seem reasonable compared to a few other places I called around before visiting Dunedin Animal Center. I also chose this vet because of their extended hours and being opened on weekends. Since pets tend to get sick on a non 9-5 schedule, its nice to know if I need them, Dunedin Animal Center will be there. They also provided me with information for local 24/7 hospitals should I ever need it. Overall our experiences have been very pleasant and I wish that I could get my own medical care here! They are much more caring than many human doctors I have visited!

We have never felt so welcomed and informed at any other vet clinic. The people here were so patient with our questions and were so very friendly. We will definitely be bringing our two pups back to this facility. My husband and I were so impressed by this place. Absolutely wonderful.

Very very friendly and helpful staff!! I took my puppy for an exam just to establish her with a vet and not only were they very warming and welcoming, her exam was free because I adopted her from a shelter!!!! I received a ton of great training tips and other information without being overwhelmed. We have found our new vet!! Thank you

I just moved to FL and needed to board my little dog Tina. I picked Dunedin Animal Medical Center & Pet Resort for a couple of reasons, one of which is their times of operation. I am so pleased that they are open 7 days a week and can drop her off and pick her up from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm and they have half day rates. Due to my schedule this convenience makes such a positive difference so I can get Tina right away when I return. Also, its great to know there is medical assistance right there if needed. Their facility is very clean and they make sure all dogs have their shots and flea protection.Their staff has been very nice, especially Danny who is so helpful and caring. I have and will continue to take Tina to this wonderful Pet Resort.

We were told by friends of ours to go here, its great and they were right! What a positive experience working with this place! The entire staff was compassionate and caring for humans and animals, and really took their time with us. The extended hours are so nice-- especially when your pet gets sick at the stroke of 5 PM or on a weekend like ours tend to do. My only recommendation is that they should expand their in-house capabilities (for us, to include a SNAP blood test and an ultrasound). We will be back for regular vet visits for sure!

We have used Dunedin Animal Medical Center for our Chocolate Lab Saki. The Staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The staff treat our Saki like their own. Saki was a rescue that was abused and did not like being in a caged environment. The staff at Dunedin Animal Medical Center went above and beyond to make Saki comfortable and they did it with love. Danny is always helpful and accommodating. I cant say enough GREAT things about this place. They are very clean and spacious. The have great hours for all types of pet owners and the rates are VERY reasonable. Thank you DAMC for the GREAT care!!!

Thank you so much to the staff for being so great with my kitty Riley, and I. They thoroughly examined my cat and were extremely loving and attentive toward him. Also, Daniel went above and beyond to help get me a last minute appointment. He truly gave me the best customer service I have ever received, and was so understanding of my feelings. Having a sick pet is emotional as it is, but he put 110% into easing my situation. I appreciate this medical center more than anything!
